The Los Angeles Lakers are a hot topic in the NBA right now. They've installed new seats after 50 years, a new scoreboard, LED lighting, a gym—the team is playing great, attendance is climbing, and the arena is packed. And all of this is thanks to himself's involvement. With high-quality games and a full house, it's only a matter of time before an investor steps in. I know, it's hard to watch. Smart move on your part.

How many companies actually show up to the public bids alongside himself? One? Zero? 😉
Smart move on your part.

We're lucky to have you here to explain everything to us—why don't you tell us about the youth academy and where the new money is coming from? You don't have to blindly parrot everything that idiot says. And regarding the bakery and Pointa-my, you're pointing exactly to the problem.

Good grief, this First guy is a total case study.

The guy is a failed politician because he got kicked out of the local party, a failed journalist because he works for the bottom-feeders at Hanza, and apparently a failed entrepreneur too... 🤦

LEGENDARY LLC
LOSS IN 2021 - $14,000

It’s pretty obvious now why First jumped into politics, and how he turned into a journalist worm at a big firm like Hanza after failing there. He’s famous for having "compassion" for the parasites draining city funds and the pests eating away at the trees in San Francisco's parks.🤣

San Francisco Možemo! and Tamara Visković owe their voters a massive apology for getting involved with this disaster.

Zachary Anderson20 said:Actually, no—we need competent people like Kuzmanic, who loudly announced investors who basically fight over the Golden State Warriors, only to end up using our tax dollars to polish the benches. 🤣And then there's whatever went down on the West Coast this summer. Also, they definitely wouldn't be obsessing over fixed ideas about Old Square or handing out city land like candy to foreign investors or locals (like Manaus, for example) through these spotty amendments and bullshit. Don't even get me started on the lawsuits. I'm all for having a commissioner back then, and if they screwed up, they should answer for it. Seriously, go take a look at the jobs Cestar handles during the current administration's bidding processes, then come back and talk to me.

What event are we talking about, and who exactly got lucky?

I mean, remember when that guy from the West headed out to some random yacht festival that dragged on for a month and a half?

man that's the son of a legend--this sweaty guy didn't even drink water
he was studying in NYC but who knows if he actually finished
next thing you know he's sleeping in the street reading trashy papers like that
a total clown like him is a disgrace to the whole crowd

Word on the street is Netflix rolled into San Francisco to grab some film rights... Move over, John Wick...

hahah....

Even this union rep is a total caricature... faith, beer, dive bars, church, swearing, the whole "wife stays home" thing...
When you're picking a union leader... please pick someone who actually knows how to act and negotiate (this guy just folds the second he gets a little pressure)

Is this judge John Doe his father? He's the only one I see with that last name on the bench.

So Doe isn't just a failed politician, a failed entrepreneur, and a failed journalist—he was also a failed student. 🙏
The Joker, truly. I bet he's thriving over in China.

Now he's acting offended because Jane Doe didn't fight for a city apartment. What's next? Is he going to find Doe some cash in a Swiss bank account? Or maybe find Ivošević a villa in Hawaii?
The "worm" is just doing his bosses' dirty work while exploiting the elderly and vulnerable—people who haven't paid rent for downtown apartments in six years—yet he won't even let his father's son stay in his place. I mean, $150 a night isn't pocket change. Doe is a ruthless capitalist. 🤣

st guest workers
Jane Doe and the director from San Diego had their little private showdown, meanwhile, we're paying for the Sanitation Director's gas all the way out to the Snake River.

Honestly, this whole thing has been blown way out of proportion—people are making a mountain out of a molehill here.
He received an inquiry, checked with the CEO to see if it was doable, and it wasn't. So what? Where's the actual issue?
The same individual actually sold them land for pennies just a few years prior. That’s just business, not some kind of special favor.

Yeah, his old man is a judge.
Kid's living the dream—just coasting through life.
Can't even tell if he finished college or if he's just a hack reporter.
The guy from San Francisco is a legend for putting up with all this crap.

It’s not favoritism; it’s just plain old cronyism. Look, there's no denying those guys are shady and the leadership is a joke, but you can watch them slide right past the line until they eventually cross it and become total disasters. Since I've been watching these same characters play games since the old days, this just felt pathetic. And let's not forget, even the guy running things has his own yacht and some side business going on.

I checked out Prvan's Facebook. The guy is a total mess. Honestly, this is too much even by Marriott standards. I doubt Joe Biden would be happy about this. Prvan constantly posts nonsense and barely gets a single like.🙏

Speaking of wild characters... the son of Bacalja (who clearly wants a cushy government job) is acting out in the comments again. People have already started making fun of him. Instead of loitering on Facebook, he should probably focus on finishing his degree. Then maybe Eric Adams could make his dream come true and land him a spot on some board of directors. That’s how you get those $167 stipends 😉.

It seems like the entire psychiatric community has set its sights on Eric Adams and his crew. This isn't even about politics anymore; it's a medical issue.

Sinisa Bacalja
Mladenka Podrug—God forbid we see any actual progress from this administration. The Deepwater Horizon project, the chaos they're brewing in the Mission District, absolute disaster. Handing over parts of the West Coast to private interests for vague commercial reasons? Total disaster. Appointing cronies to boards without meeting requirements? Disaster. Wasting taxpayer money (allegedly 20,000 Euros so far) just to line pockets? Disaster. Bringing questionable people into San Francisco despite having plenty of capable Americans available? Disaster. Even the Waste Management strike was a disaster... It's just one catastrophe after another.

The son didn't meet the requirements in the first place. That's why he got rejected. 🤣 Haos son, haos administration...

Where on earth do they find these flowers?
‘The whole thing came to light when we realized that San Francisco City Hall actually has zero clue what those two lawyers, Kuzmanović and Pacheco-Vinković, are doing behind the scenes. It turns out some people in the local government—and I mean right at the top—hadn't even heard of this duo until we called them out. They don't even know why the Mayor signed off on power of attorney for Marko Kuzmanović and Shain Lou Pacheco-Vinković over a year ago, let alone how much cash their firm is funneling back into the city treasury by collecting fines on our behalf.’

You quoted the wrong part of the article. The whole thing explains who found what and which law firm was involved, 😒
The reporter laid it all out clearly, just saved the most important part for the end. Real journalism by ST... Forum life by Smart moves! 😁

I don't see anyone asking the Department of Justice about how the President's special envoy allegedly pocketed $30,000 from the local contractor.
That’s just not the topic for the scammers. 😉

A more logical explanation is that the city administration is simply being negligent. This has been the case since the days of the previous leadership, when the partnership between San Diego and that law firm from San Francisco first began, and it continues under the current Mayor. These officials aren't worried about their pensions, and they don't care about fine totals—hardly anyone keeps track anyway.

Oh, look at velvetmason14 being such a good little follower... You quoted a snippet of the article that specifically talks about today—meaning this questionable practice is still going on and there’s still no resolution. Since you want to be such a mindless drone and post photos completely out of context, why don't you also post those shots of the mayor and his envoy with the flowers? This whole thread in the article isn't even about the contractor, yet we’re obviously waiting for that to come to light too. You're just blindly parroting whatever the Mayor's PR team throws at you. That's your whole deal.

Since so many cities rely on those specific lawyers, I’d say they’re either tied to the local political machine or they’re just the only ones who actually know how to handle out-of-state collections.

And then there's the implication that the mayor hasn't sorted this out yet... Honestly, if I were running for mayor, figuring out exactly who is slapping these parking fines on tourists would be right at the top of my agenda.

Why the anger and bitterness the moment things don't go your way? You're throwing shade at a guy who is perfectly level-headed and just wanted to serve San Diego altruistically.

Don't you think you're overreaching a bit with these constant attacks on the Mayor and his team? Despite all the mess and corruption, to you and the others, the biggest crime is apparently that the Mayor didn't immediately scrap the contract with that law firm that handles fines for foreign visitors—the one that Opara took 🤔

It's a shame if the other side had won; things would have been swept up in uncovering corruption, and they would have dealt with it decisively.

Anyway, remind me, wasn't that unstable guy Prvan also on your joint ticket? What a stellar lineup of candidates. It's a pity the voters didn't see the appeal.🤣

Look, honey. I'm not a member of any political party. Like I said before, the Pametno crew is my favorite, but honestly, right now I don't even have anything bad to say about Matijević (for now!). There are a few decent people in the mix. But tell me, do you actually know how to approach things critically, or do you just hyperventilate one-sidedly? Because whatever criticism gets brought up, to you, it's just "well, it happens, anyone could do it." See, if it were the Republicans or some local tycoon sitting in power right now, you'd be just as pissed. Just like how it was back then with Marijani, and now suddenly it's totally fine.

I was just about to say that Matijević from the Democratic Party is probably the most hollow politician in the country. I haven't seen anyone more pathetic... San Diego's Bero.
Wow, you sure know how to take a jab at someone 🤣

I really hope Puljak realizes this too 😁
