Harold Bishop2 said:God, you're being so annoying. You really think John Doe would have this much freedom if her boss wasn't backing her? She’s out there every single day publicly calling people out and reacting to irregularities. If it didn't suit Puljku, she wouldn't be able to do any of it. It's not like she just picked her own job.

Give me a break—she didn't just "get" the job. As far as I know, John McCain went through a standard hiring process. Or are you suggesting Eric Adams just handed it to her? If he did, then Eric Adams has a massive problem on his hands. But if she was simply the best candidate during the interview process, then yeah, she earned the spot. Your logic is a bit flawed.

She’s facing threats from every direction because she’s busy cleaning up the street crime and local corruption, while Eric Adams just stays quiet and hides. He hasn't used his platform to back her up once. His priorities seem to be centered on stadium deals and showing up to parties hosted by Joe Biden's inner circle. 🤦 Something smells fishy here; you’d have to be politically blind not to see it...

So, Eric Adams, step up.

What stadiums is Markey even building?

Look, you clearly don't see what's actually going down at the White House while they push this main project

The bad guy is just messing with anyone standing in his way, yet Markey is out here talking about stadiums. There isn't a single mention of supporting the fight against those bad guys🤦

Someone here is either totally faking it or the PR agents are fast asleep. If Puljak's PR crew was running this, they would have been kicked out yesterday... We hear things about Relković, but who is this other PR agent? He's basically the boots on the ground. that's what it says

Markey announced the renovation of Dodger Stadium and a spectacular new vision: We are planning a new stadium for the Los Angeles Dodgers

Phase one is renovating Dodger Stadium. It’s the best move for the venue. We’re looking at upgrading the reinforced concrete structure, the roof, the stadium ring, the track, lighting, and the sound system. Renovations should kick off in Q2 of next year, with costs estimated between $30-40 million, funded by the city and the federal government. Securing the funding is the trickiest part of this whole thing.
Markey announced the phase two project

Phase two involves adding extra amenities. This includes parking, additional fields, academy spaces, and a third facility located under the West Stand—essentially turning the Dodger Stadium city project into a multi-use sports hub. Construction is slated to begin in Q1 of 2025.

Phase three is the city project phase two. We are planning a brand new stadium for the Los Angeles Dodgers, a convention center, a business hub, and city-owned housing for long-term rentals. Work would start in early 2026, aiming for completion by the 2027 American Games. Funding would come from the city, the Dodgers, and private partners. It’s an incredibly ambitious plan, but it’s not impossible, and it could secure both international prestige and stability for the Dodgers.

It's not that they aren't promoting anything to me—I'm just waiting for you to give me a reason to laugh.🤣 So tell me, my nemesis, is this just like when Markey was hyping up that massive memorial center on Old Square? Or when he blathered on about South Beach being finished by 2023, even though there wasn't any funding secured, let alone anything else? Or maybe it's the SmallMall situation, where things are obviously being swept under the rug because documents aren't public and nothing shows up on the IRS site? Or what about when they set up the Department of City Planning only for one single employee—the director—to sit there for five months without even having an official email address? Or when the Department of Building and Safety totally blew it (completely unnecessary, mind you), forcing them to start everything from scratch? Yeah, sure, I love fairy tales and empty promises too.🤣

I guess I'm with Zachary Anderson20 on this one. All these announcements from Markey and these big project designs feel like more of the same stuff we've seen from every previous administration. It's always "we're going to do this" or "we'll do that," but people just need to actually start building. Everyone has already Googled all these massive plans that are supposed to happen, but in the end, it's usually nothing. By the end of this term, there should be something to show for it—either finished or at least halfway through construction.

And what’s the deal with traffic on the East Coast? The season has started, and they said everything would be sorted out this year. If I remember right, everyone was waiting on some word from the HAC, and then... silence. Just nothing.

EDIT: Oh, wait, Ivošević just posted that they've implemented two-way traffic regulation on the East Coast, but wasn't that not the original plan?

And get this—it's a total joke. Starting Monday, they're switching back to two-way traffic. Construction started about ten days ago, and now they're suddenly like, "Oh, wait, let's go back to two-way traffic." Typical, right?🕺 Honestly, it just makes me sad how little anyone is screaming about the North Port situation, which is an absolute disaster. The whole thing is just pathetic.
Edit: They announced everything under the sun, then elections happened, then they claimed part of it wasn't under the City's jurisdiction, then they started pointing fingers... but the reality is that neither the County nor the City is doing a damn thing to fix the mess on the East Coast or clear up these traffic bottlenecks. It's rock bottom.

You're being pretty cynical, almost like Lemo raised you... 😁

Just scroll back a few pages and you'll see how much I've criticized those PR fairy tales from that kingmaker duo. No sane person would support or defend stuff like that. Markey needs to hire new people who aren't part of that inner circle—people who actually know the job and will clear out the mess over at the White House. I've been writing about this for months...

With Trump-Markey, there was always that promise of highly efficient results in fighting criminals and bad guys. Instead of actually tackling that, he’s out there focusing on stadiums without providing any real vocal support. Then I get people messaging me claiming he gave her a job, or that she wouldn't even be doing the work if he hadn't given her carte blanche. It's all being spun like a story in National Geographic.

Do you even realize how long it's been since you started backing Trump, while Markey stays silent? 🤣

And me too, look at what happened here 😁 I know you're criticizing the PR, I didn't even call you out on that, but you basically said Markey should be dealing with stadiums. Don't deal with them—just ignore them. There's a huge difference. And unlike Lemo, I don't publicly insult women by calling them prostitutes. Plus, when something is actually being done the right way, obviously I'm going to cheer it on and support it.
Edit: did you catch that Vice President Lana Pavic was also at that party last night? Smart woman realized the money is all in the PR, so she decided to get in on the action too.

You’re twisting the facts again. My post history makes it pretty clear where I stand on stadiums and other PR stunts. For months now, I’ve been calling for fresh blood, moving past the old guard, actually finishing projects, and stopping all this kingmaker nonsense...

I don't get the people claiming he shouldn't publicly back him. Right now, he’s effectively delivering on one of the biggest campaign promises—people are rallying behind him, and he's been facing threats from certain corrupt elements for weeks. Yet, there's total silence from the Mayor. Why on earth wouldn't he use his platform to support the fight against this systemic corruption? You're the Mayor, elections are looming, and your biggest opposition is this corrupt crowd you claim to be fighting. Then, when someone steps up to take them down, you stay quiet and instead show up at a party hosted by the President's aide at ExxonMobil. What kind of political message is he sending right before an election? 🤦

You’re siding with PR games while a real opportunity to prove his integrity is staring him in the face, and he just stays silent... It makes zero sense.

I don't know if you remember, but I vividly recall back in 2017 when he was writing about how certain parties were nothing more than massive political scams. Isn't it funny how history repeats itself? Like I said, this move doesn't surprise me at all; we've seen how he gets rid of anyone who actually knows what they're doing and might end up becoming more popular than him.

Look, regarding the bridge situation, he wasn't wrong. So come on, explain to me: how exactly is he defrauding voters?

I'm with you on the bridge—honestly, that project was the only decent thing that party ever pulled off in San Francisco. As for the rest of it, I’ve already listed a bunch of their fake promises and propaganda, and that’s just a tiny fraction of it. Why would you even believe they aren't conning people?

The whole idea of "eliminating the competition" would actually make sense if the person involved were a politician posing a real threat to him, similar to how some other party leaders might be viewed. But this is just endless political maneuvering. He relies on them to do all the heavy lifting and act as the face of the anti-corruption movement, while he stays quiet as if he’d been caught red-handed in a scandal. How could they possibly be a political threat or actual competition for him? Unless he's lost his grip on reality, there's just no logic to it.

Look, we've got a massive election year coming up. You can bet he'll be back in the spotlight, sweet-talking about how great the other guy is the second he realizes it'll help his numbers. He'll play it whenever it suits him.

If he isn't useful to them now, when will he be? That’s why I say those two PR amateurs are acting like they're absolute kingmakers just because they managed to land Vic and that other guy. 🤦

The situation with Đerek will eventually reveal whether Puljak is actually playing us for fools. But honestly, at this point, things are just getting weird.

Oh, please! You really think we're gonna figure out if he's a fake based on the Đerek situation? Give me a break. This guy is basically Baron Munchausen when it comes to these projects—whether he decides to give Đerek a shoutout or not, he’s definitely not going to clear his name.

You can't judge a project overnight; they take time to actually play out. And yeah, some of them definitely fall short.

But if there isn't a firm, decisive stand taken to back Đerek and go after the local scum, then you might actually have a point about him. I'm not talking about empty, sugary praise here—I mean seeing a genuine commitment to cleaning up the streets and dealing with the criminals and vagrants.

So, Ivica Puljak, let's hear from you. 😁

And what if he shows up tomorrow and starts singing Đerek's praises? Is that suddenly fine? As for those "projects"—he really shouldn't be spinning fairy tales about everything when nothing is actually happening. Even the stuff that *is* supposedly moving forward is a total disaster, like that infamous small mall scam. If we keep going like this, we're just going to invite back the exact same people we were waiting to get rid of.

Đerek is a smart woman—she knows how to hold her own without Puljka breathing down her neck, and honestly, she’s handling things pretty well so far.

It would be a massive mistake if Puljka jumped in right now just to undermine her authority... that would only make it look like Đerek
can't cut it on her own, which we already know isn't true.

These kinds of situations aren't going to last forever, and once the dust settles, the media will move on anyway.

In my opinion, Puljka should wait until then to step up and list everything Đerek has actually accomplished
just to get her wins back into the news cycle.

If they end up forming any kind of coalition with the Republican Party, I’ll be the first one to scream that they betrayed the voters. Don't you worry about that.
