Just make sure you look for the methylcobalamin form specifically.

Honestly, you’re better off going with a spray since it bypasses the stomach entirely.

If you’re dealing with capsules, half the battle is lost because the stomach acid just ends up breaking down a huge chunk of the stuff before it can even work.

I’m looking for some solid advice—which B12 supplement actually works? I've been browsing and it seems like you can get it in capsules or even as a spray. Any thoughts?

My blood work just came back and my B12 levels are sitting at 175.

Sprays are fine, and sublinguals work just as well...

Wait, so you put that under your tongue?

I stumbled upon these
Are they actually any good?😁 Everyone’s raving about them.

So, I grabbed this B12 spray—just one dose under the tongue once a day.
The lady at the CVS counter was swearing up and down that it’s top-tier (said she uses it herself), plus everyone else picking it up seems to be raving about it too...
Well, we'll see if it actually does anything.

Why waste that kind of money? Just grab some B12 sublingual tablets from NOW Foods on Amazon. You can get a 100-count bottle for about $6. It’s a no-brainer.
Actually, that spray is pretty solid too.

Man, give me a break.😁

So I called my doctor about the B12 thing, and she’s all like, "Well, we need to look at your complete blood count first," and starts going on about how there are a bunch of different parameters to check before deciding if you even need supplements, and if you *do* need them, you might have to deal with shots for the long haul. Basically, she didn't give me a straight answer. Honestly, it felt like she had no clue what this whole B12 spray trend was even about.

Anyway, I'm just gonna spray one or two doses of that organic stuff from the local health food store under my tongue and see if it actually does anything after a while.😁
