That’s the truth of it.
I had a remarkably similar experience just the other day.
I transferred some funds from my ZARA account into my JPMorgan Chase checking around noon, yet the money didn't actually show up or clear until about 7 in the evening.
For everyone else, it usually happens much, much faster.

Hey there!

Is it actually possible to just "freeze" a cash refinancing loan—you know, put it into some kind of moratorium? Can I tell them something like, "Look, I'm totally underwater right now and can't make the payments," or just straight up say I'm overleveraged?

Thanks!

Does anyone happen to know if there are any deposit-enabled ATMs anywhere near Chicago? And if not, is it actually possible to make a deposit without getting hit by a fee through the Allpoint network? I know you can pull cash out, but depositing is a different story. I tried calling customer service, but since it’s the weekend, they’re predictably useless.

Hi everyone! So, I recently switched over to JPMorgan Chase, and honestly, looking at their online banking interface right now... it feels like it was designed specifically for a toddler—it’s just so incredibly simplistic. Does anyone happen to know where they hide the option to generate a confirmation for a single transaction? Thanks so much!

You can actually grab a confirmation for your transaction through the JPMorgan Chase mobile app.
If you’re already on one of their specific service plans, using the app won't cost you a dime.

Thanks. What button am I supposed to hit? I’m clicking the amount like a maniac here, but nothing is happening.

So, you just grab that transaction in 2go and, if my brain isn't totally failing me today, you hit that little mail icon. Just pop in your email address and boom—the confirmation should show up in a minute or two, maybe three if the server is acting up.

@analogjackal11
Just head over to “Account Overview > Transaction History,” and I guess you should be able to download the receipt from there.

@Analitichar and @contactless—thanks so much for the help. I actually had to reinstall the old version of the app just to get everything working properly. 🤦.

For those of you rocking the Visa Walmart Revolving card, how often are you actually seeing those Walmart gift cards pop up and what kind of amounts are we talking about?

Here’s how my history looks so far:

10/2020 - 10%
11/2020 - 10%
12/2020 - $20
01/2021 - $20
03/2021 - $43

Do you get it sent to your house?
I usually just get my bill via email, though when I got my first one in the mail, they actually threw in a Walmart gift card—think it was for like 100 or $67 bucks.
Is there some kind of minimum spend requirement or something?

I get my bills via email, but those vouchers show up in my mailbox. Honestly, I’m pretty curious about the actual spending criteria they use to hand these out, because seeing this many vouchers pop up in such a short window has me a little surprised, I guess.

Ever since I finally got my card in the mail back in May or June, I've only ever seen one single coupon tucked into my monthly statement.
Wait, regarding those dollar amounts—does your spending actually spike during those specific months? Like, if you drop $1667 on stuff, you get $43, but if you end up spending $667, then you get $20? 🤔🤷

During those months when I actually saw a 10% bump, $20 my spending stayed pretty much flat. But then the bill from $43 showed up for a month where my usage was like, maybe 30% higher than what I usually run through.

Is there any way to actually delete templates? I'm not talking about removing them from a scheduled announcement, but rather within the JPMorgan Chase mobile app—under current transactions > templates. I’ve spent an eternity trying to make it happen, but at this point, I'm starting to think the option simply doesn't exist.

You can actually just wipe them out through the website since the mobile app doesn't really give you that option.

Just got another Walmart voucher from $47 for that Mastercard Walmart Revolving card. I guess this is pretty much the only card in the States actually worth using 😁

Wait, hold up—is your monthly bill hitting more or less than like $900?
I’m guessing you’re just paying the full balance every month.
I used to clear the whole thing every time, but now I've switched over to using a revolving line of credit, so I'm not even sure how that works out. I don't even get physical statements anymore, just one from $20 at the start.
But seriously, I am dying to know what kind of logic they actually use to decide who gets sent those paper bills 😁

I’m spending around 10k$5.00, paying everything off in full, too. I don't touch credit or revolving stuff at all. I just run everything through my Visa, which obviously keeps things under the radar.
