What’s everyone’s general experience with them—and I mean besides just the app?
If you just went by the reviews on the Apple Store, you'd think they were terrible, but then again... people on this forum seem pretty satisfied with them, right? Or am I missing something?

I just received an email about this, but I don't see any app update available, nor is there anything prompting me to accept the changes within the app itself. Is this rollout limited to Android or is it on iOS too?
From what I gather, this is going to replace that specific online purchase PIN that used to be unique to every single card, right?
@Joseph Turner36 You can find the link to my detailed experience with them on the previous thread. I have nothing but praise for their customer service—it's pretty much how most smaller banks operate. I don't have any complaints so far, aside from the long wait to get my Mastercard delivered by mail (about a month, though that might just be due to the pandemic).

Hey everyone... I'm moving my direct deposit over to Wall Street, so I was wondering how their overdraft rules work? Especially since I was blocked from credit until December 2019.
My current bank (Goldman Sachs) is telling me I need to wait four years after a closure before I can get back in their good graces!?
On top of that, I’m planning on taking out a loan pretty soon, so if anyone has some inside info to shed some light on this, let me know.

I got approved for an overdraft equal to one full paycheck immediately. They also gave me a Mastercard with a limit slightly higher than my monthly pay, plus a $5,000 line of credit.$1667
I was also dealing with account freezes until late 2019. Wells Fargo told me I’d have to wait two years to get an overdraft line, but when I went to JPM, they approved me right away.
Plus, I work at FedEx, which definitely helps since JPM owns them.

Wait, is it actually possible that you can't just set up new transfers using old ones on Chase Mobile or Bank of America Mobile? I’m kind of reeling here... 🤦

Has anyone recently gone through the process of getting a personal loan at this bank? My paycheck currently hits an account over at JPMorgan Chase, but I’m more than willing to switch my direct deposit here if it helps guarantee an approval. I’ve been with the same employer for three and a half years now—contract work, but steady

What’s the maximum number of paychecks I can stretch a Madonna installment plan across?
Right now, I’m looking at one paycheck for standard installments, and then three for the negative balance option.
Is there any way to bump that negative balance coverage up to three paychecks?

You basically described my experience from two months ago, so you might want to scroll through the thread. Generally speaking, they don't tend to approve loans for contract workers, but I suppose it's worth checking just in case.

Is there any way to actually shift the billing date on a personal loan? Right now, it’s set for the 8th of every month, which is just a bit too early for my budget cycle.
I’ve got my checking account with them and I’ve always been perfectly reliable with my payments.

I currently hold some B-FREE funds in USD.
What I really need is to have access to Euros too.
Is it possible to deposit Euros directly into this B-FREE account? Or will JPMorgan Chase just kick the transfer back to my original bank account?
Also, can I actually maintain two separate B-FREE accounts—one for USD and one for Euros?

It might be best to just ask them directly, since I doubt anyone here will have that specific information. There probably aren't many people on this forum who bank with JPMorgan Chase. If you just copy and paste that into an email, you should get a response by tomorrow morning; they're usually pretty quick with their email replies.

I tried sending some Euros through Chime ages ago, but the whole thing just bounced right back to me.

Thanks, guys. I'll shoot over an email and touch base here once it's done.

Exactly. If you've got specific questions for a local branch,
you should probably just reach out to the nearest 😍 office.
Honestly, though, they tend to be much more helpful over email. You might have better luck trying them that way.

Looks like they’ve got a new app in beta testing:

Anyone actually tried this thing yet?

"available to a select few."
They still haven't gotten back to me regarding my email inquiry.

Also, I haven't seen any emails come through since this morning, which seems a bit odd to me...
