Will teachers be facing criminal charges?

I’ve been digging through the state auditor’s report regarding the university's operations, and frankly, it looks like there is more than just a few accounting errors happening here—it looks like actual criminal activity. Yet, for some reason, all the headlines are focusing on mere "irregularities" and "oversights." To me, this smells like a textbook case of high-level embezzlement. It makes me wonder: is this being handed over to the Department of Justice, or did this circle of "elite intellectuals" simply find enough loopholes to ensure they remain untouchable?

I can't help but wonder why certain professors at some universities feel they can just break the law. And then, somehow, they actually manage to walk away scot-free.
It really isn't fair... 😢
