Zachary Cook2 said:Take, for instance, when someone says: I believe in God. In those cases, what you’re really saying is that certain ideas were handed to you, and you just decided to pick them up and adopt them—and now, suddenly, you're willing to die for them. So, basically,
you aren't even the ones making the call! It’s someone else doing the deciding—it's pre-programmed reasoning.
It would be a lot better if you actually built your life around your own direct experience. If your belief system depends on something outside of yourself, watch out. Anything that doesn't make you free is just keeping you captive.

Sure, this makes us "experts" in a field, but at the same time, it freezes those energy channels—the only way we can actually react to certain stimuli—
by burying our true selves under a mountain of borrowed ideas and judgments.

The universe is dualistic. It's made of two forces, symbolically shown as two intertwined snakes.
But those forces have nothing to do with the usual dualities we talk about—like good and evil, God and the Devil, positive and negative, or any other pair of opposites you can think of. To be more precise, they create an unimaginable
wave of energy—materially right here, right now, and spiritually, the stuff that exists even though we can't see it.

Based on personal experience? Hmm, I mean, during those first few years on the path, maybe our experiences aren't even that frequent yet, or maybe we just can't quite wrap our heads around how to interpret them, so having some external support feels pretty necessary—for me, honestly, just being around people who are moving in the same direction helps so much because we can bounce ideas off each other or just cheer each other on.
The whole thing about killing for ideas sounds super extremist to me, like some radical group style, though I suppose we're hopefully a bit smarter than that. Could you maybe elaborate a little? I'm kind of a literalist, I guess, so I really like it when things are laid out clearly for me.

Honestly, I'm surprised you didn't catch my drift.

But fine, let me try to break it down for you;
if you obsess too much over anything, you drain your energy into it, and then you've got nothing left to connect with the spirit.

There. Was that literal enough for you?

Gregory Jackson said:That’s it, man! I had no idea physics had pushed things that far; maybe some of our ramblings will actually turn into real science someday, I guess. 🙂 Regarding this alpha state stuff—for the most part, that’s the state we find ourselves in during meditation, and we automatically start receiving energy, just like she said. That’s probably why people feel so much better and more relaxed after meditating, like they've actually received something. It kind of gives you the impression that we automatically attract energies that vibrate at a frequency matching our current brain wave frequency. I’d also add, from my own experience, that we can actually ask for a specific kind of energy to help us heal, relax, or aid our development and such.

There’s even a Theta Healing movement here in the States that uses theta waves for healing and various effects; it's basically the same concept, just involving a lower range of frequencies, which means even more powerful energy.

I'll say something else that might sound a bit heretical, but it's been tried in practice—if someone manages to reach 0.15 Hz through prayer or meditation, an "inner spiritual teacher" emerges during the session. I'm reminded of Barbara Brennan and her "Hojehn." In reality, it’s this special energy that calls itself the energy field (EF), and its job is to take over individuals who are spiritually developed and guide them toward enlightenment, because a person just can't practice their way down to those low brain wave frequencies on their own. Reaching 0.15 Hz could take years, maybe even like 20 years of constant meditation. When the EF appears (and it usually shows up in a form that feels familiar to the person, like the Virgin Mary, or Krishna to Hindus, or just a simple, real inner voice—it rarely shows up as itself), a person can finally breathe easy because they know they're in safe hands. Communication during meditation happens through direct knowing; it's like a person is aware of a sentence without a single word being spoken—at least, that's what those who do this say! Once you get down to the 4 Hz range, personal powers start to emerge, like seeing energies or whatever it is the person is practicing or naturally inclined toward.

Thanks, Nancy Harris6, for the support! We really need more exchanges of information like this; I feel like we can all learn something from it.

Ugh, well, I guess I’ve been stuck at that level this whole time.😁 Oh, thanks for the heads up—I had absolutely no idea...😂

There’s really just one question: do you want to operate on the frequency of love? If you do, everything else falls into place—just have faith.
Seek God's kingdom (love) and His righteousness (truth) first. Truth is blind and speaks from nothingness, and once you have that, everything else will be added to you—hallelujah, amen, and all that.
Just one real question to help grasp the truth—which I already know, though I also know I know nothing, so I have to ask—what is the actual difference between paganism and faith?
Answer from the one true source. After all, what's the distinction between Elijah, pure knowledge, or lightning? Who actually provides the knowledge? Knowledge—much like ignorance or fear—isn't something you just grab; it's something you return. So watch how much you seek and what your intentions are—Gregory Jackson, be especially careful. If you don't want anything from nothing, and you realize you already know everything anyway, then you can walk through a rainstorm barefoot without being bound by matter—even if that matter is your own body... haha, amen!

Yeah, being tied down to worldly stuff totally stunts your spiritual growth, which is pretty much common knowledge at this point. I mean, Jesus basically said He came to set us apart from even our own mothers and fathers—it sounds a bit intense when you put it that way, but yeah, that's pretty much the gist of it.

Go ahead and try to separate things—but you have to connect them first if you ever want to pull them apart... it all happens when it's meant to happen.

So, if you're looking to shake off those various attachments—which, let's be honest, are really just unconscious little survival mechanisms we've picked up along the way—we pretty much end up right back at the idea of self-work. It’s all about combining awareness and willpower, I guess. Like, once you actually recognize something as an attachment, that's when the willpower kicks in to snap the tie. Awareness alone might not quite cut it, though; you kind of need both working together in tandem. Awareness is what spots the pattern, and willpower is what actually breaks it. And I truly believe this whole process leaves its mark on our energy field.

Now, you can't really "freeze" energy channels—well, maybe that's just me being picky with my words, but I suppose you could say the channels get blocked so nothing can flow through them. See, within the aura, there are basically two kinds of bioenergy at play. You've got the gray energy and the white energy, where the white part is essentially our soul or consciousness. It's intelligent, in its own way 🙂, making up about 10% of the total energy in the aura, and it travels through these specific pathways called meridians. Then there's the gray energy, which pulls in from the space around us through the chakras; it makes up the bulk of the aura and doesn't really have any intelligence—it's just neutral. For a person to stay healthy and for their spiritual side to really flourish, I think the ratio of gray to white energy at any given point in the aura should ideally sit around 9:1.

Here’s where it gets interesting: when a negative thought or feeling ripples through your aura like an energy wave at frequencies lower than 20.6 Hz, a reaction happens between that gray bioenergy and the wave of that specific negative thought. It’s almost like a chemical reaction, and it creates this third type of energy. This stuff is naturally neutral, but it’s thick, kind of like jelly. In the spots where this reaction takes place, it practically creates a blockage in the meridians, preventing the white energy from flowing. This causes things to pile up and messes with that 9:1 balance. Where energy builds up, you get an excess, and where it can't reach, you get a deficit, and that’s basically how physical illness starts to manifest.
There’s also this specific zone in the aura tied to spirituality, and if that area gets hit with blockages, a person might find themselves totally uninterested in spiritual matters or they might just lose their way entirely. Even things like an atheist upbringing or certain beliefs instilled since childhood can cause these blocks, because we tend to think and act according to whatever we were taught. On the flip side, if you do the work—through different paths, energy cleansing, meditation, or prayer—you start clearing out that specific zone in the aura. Once that happens, you'll probably notice you feel way more drawn to spiritual growth and have a lot more drive to keep going.

What I'm trying to say is that this "freezing" of the channels is mostly driven by our own negative thoughts and emotions. So, we circle back to all those spiritual disciplines meant to boost awareness, keep us in the present moment, foster non-attachment (as you put it!), and encourage tolerance and mental/emotional hygiene. It's all about minimizing those triggers. Sure, there are other things that can mess with the aura, like physical injuries, bad radiation from the ground or artificial sources, or general pollution, but those seem to be much smaller factors in the grand scheme of things.

Alright, fine, whether you call it frozen or blocked, it’s basically the same thing.
Either way, you thaw out something frozen and unblock something stuck.😉

Within the aura, there are two types of bioenergy: gray and white. White energy represents our soul and consciousness—it's actually intelligent (as 🙂 would say)—making up about 10% of the total aura energy, moving through specific channels called meridians. Gray energy is pulled in from the surrounding space through chakras; it makes up the bulk of the aura's energy, but it lacks intelligence and is essentially neutral. I don't know about all that, honestly, but that part sounds more like the whole left vs. right brain theory. Scientists talk about the hemispheres—the right side handles everything we can't see, while the left is the spiritual side, handling communication with the spirit and the unseen.
Take Jill Bolte Taylor, for example. She got a research opportunity most neuroscientists would kill for: she experienced a massive stroke and then watched her own brain functions—movement, speech, self-awareness—shut down one by one. She actually learned how to communicate using just her left side without any issues.
It’s a pretty mind-blowing story for some, though I wasn't exactly stunned myself. Still, I'm glad science is slowly catching up to this idea of the "left" side—the spiritual side—seeing us as pure beings without all the stuff forced upon us. http://www.ted.com/talks/lang/scr/ji...f_insight.html

Where energy accumulates, you get an excess; where it can't reach, you get a deficit. That’s how illness starts.

Bdw, I can see you might have an answer for me. I don't really get bioenergy, but it's strangely attractive to me for some reason. Do hot and cold spots on the body link back to having too much or too little energy in a certain area?

Conversely, by working on yourself through various paths and doing energetic cleansing in power spots—via meditation and prayer—you clear that zone of the aura. Consequently, we become more interested in spirituality and find more motivation to do the work.

In our American forests, mountains, and fields, you generally find plenty of power spots in places where people don't hang out. Whenever I hit a spot like that, I feel completely intoxicated and calm. So, if someone can't make it to those specific places you were talking about, they should just head into the nearest big woods and look for a clearing somewhere in the middle, away from the brush and stuff. You'll definitely find a spot like that. It stands out clearly from the rest of the forest; for anyone who can perceive energy, noticing the difference won't be hard. For everyone else, they can just try to find it by instinct or gut feeling—they'll find a spot that suits them just fine.

Look, what I'm trying to say is that when a channel "freezes up," it's mostly because of our own negative thoughts and emotions. It always circles back to those spiritual disciplines—things like boosting awareness, staying in the present, practicing non-attachment (like you mentioned), being tolerant, and basically just mental and emotional housekeeping. You need that kind of spiritual hygiene to minimize the interference. Sure, there are other factors affecting the energy field—physical injuries, bad radiation from the ground or some tech sources, pollution, whatever—but honestly, those are minor compared to the internal stuff.

I knew you’d get it; I never had a doubt.👍

bdw, I see how deep and complex your posts get, so why are you hunting for literal, step-by-step explanations? If that's what you want, you should probably just start writing literal posts instead.😉

So I checked it out, and man, that is such a fascinating description; you rarely see something like this, so thank God she's still here to share it.🙂 Whether it's the right or left side of the brain really just depends on your perspective—and Ms. Taylor mentions that the right side is the "spiritual" one, while the left is the "logical" one. Who knows if science will ever fully wrap its head around it, but I think it's more important for each of us to try and tap into it ourselves. I didn't want to dwell on it, but since it's come up, some spiritual energy readings from a few months back were pointing toward the idea that our inactive brain hemispheres might—according to some folks—only be naturally, genetically programmed to fully activate in maybe another 1,000 years. Up until now, humans have barely used them, which is why people attribute things like spiritual intuition or artistic talent to them. Maybe highly evolved individuals can partially activate them now, and when they do, it supposedly lets them reach abilities like cleansing an energy field, hitting high levels of spirituality, or gaining huge powers with total ease and understanding—like seeing energies and stuff—all before they even hit enlightenment. It's like they could basically take a shortcut to the powers of enlightened beings. People with an activated right side could potentially hit enlightenment in like five or six years without even trying too hard. And even "normal" stuff would get a huge boost, like reading super fast, understanding nature and human relationships way better, or having endless creativity. If science ever invents a pill for this, I'll be the first in line!

Well, naturally, that’s usually just a result of blood circulation being stronger or weaker in certain spots, which is indirectly linked to the state of the energy field surrounding that specific organ or part of the body. This holds true if we're talking about a normal ambient temperature—you know, not factoring in the cold making your vessels constrict in the winter or the heat dilating them in the summer. Basically, any damage to the energy field, like having these little blockages or "voids" in the field, shows up in how healthy your organs are and can lead to poor circulation. From my own experience, whenever I go through energy sessions, the first thing I notice is this intense surge of warmth and increased circulation throughout my whole body—it's like those blockages are getting cleared out and the body responds instantly by ramping up the flow. I always make sure to carry a water bottle with me because after an hour of that kind of work, I get pretty dehydrated from the heat. Then there's chronic poor circulation, which you see a lot in people's hands or feet, and just like any other ailment, it often stems from disruptions in the energy field caused by our negative thoughts, fears, and stress. Chronic issues are much harder to shake off; they usually only clear up once someone reaches enlightenment, since they involve such deep-seated damage to specific zones in the energy field.
It’s also possible that the energy field is totally fine, but the organ itself has lost some of its vital bioenergy due to, say, an injury, which then causes the poor circulation.

For a person to be healthy and for their spirituality to flourish, the ratio of gray to white energy at any given point in the aura should be 9:1.

I totally agree, nature is just full of these pockets, and we all know it—it's where a person can just unwind and tune everything else out, like a total battery recharge. Those Mount Shasta-type locations are just the most powerful because they were practically designed to help us evolve and heal. Honestly, five visits to a high-energy site might do more than five years of meditating.😁 Besides those three main energy centers, there are these unique fields created specifically for certain locations—like at Aphrodite’s Beach, for instance, there's a field that heavily stimulates reproductive organs, so if someone is struggling to conceive, that's the place to be. It's funny because there’s even a local legend that if you're having trouble having kids, you should swim around a specific rock in the ocean three times! It makes me think someone back then actually understood the truth, and now it’s just an echo of what they knew.
You know, hearing stuff like that makes me stop laughing at the old stories our grandparents used to tell, which I always thought were just silly folklore. It's entirely possible that some of those old folk tales have a real foundation to them that just got lost over time...

Honestly, I feel like my own posts are pretty literal most of the time. When I see someone getting way too mystical or trying to wrap everything in layers of mystery, it just doesn't really do anything for me—it actually kind of gives me a headache, trying to decode all those hidden meanings. It was kind of like back in school, where I could never quite figure out what an author was actually trying to get at... for me, if it's written on the page, then that's exactly what they meant, I guess.

So, I'm curious, what's your main direction lately? Like, what path are you actually walking down? And what does that subjective feeling of making progress even feel like for you?

I'm following along... 👋

So, here's a little something before bed...🥳 something about Cosmos and us earthlings...

Christ's energy brought a huge variety of living things to Earth, and I guess maybe about a third of them actually existed in similar forms on other planets or habitats first, so that energy just sort of carried them over here. But since life on Earth has its own unique vibe and conditions, those beings had to change quite a bit, so even though they kept some basic biological structures or specific traits, they don't really look much like their cosmic cousins anymore. The other two-thirds, though, were probably created specifically to fit Earth's unique environment, because you couldn't just take a finished creature from another planet and expect it to work here.

What I mean is, Christ's energy was basically crafting different types of living creatures one by one right here on Earth, so Darwin's theory isn't quite right if you think everything just branched out from one single ancestor and kept changing until now. A whole bunch of beings were actually created fully formed, though they did gradually shift as their environments changed, which led to branching out into subspecies, while some other subspecies or entire species just faded away completely. Sometimes, I think, Christ's energy would trigger mutations—sudden shifts in a species' structure—just to help them improve or stay afloat when environmental changes threatened to wipe them out entirely.

And honestly, those spiritual energies, especially Christ's energy, aren't done working on Earth. They're still at it, every fifty to a hundred years or so, popping up a new bacterium or microorganism, and then every few thousand or tens of thousands of years, they might create something even more complex. It just keeps enriching the diversity and complexity of life on Earth. So, it's totally possible that Christ's energy could create something relatively advanced even in our lifetime, though those beings would still have to keep evolving to adapt to their surroundings and fight for their place among everything else alive. Because of all that, I’d say the creation of life is this ongoing process on this planet that just never truly stops.

It's starting to make sense now who's actually right: the creationists or the Darwinists. Honestly, I guess both sides are kind of right and kind of wrong at the same time!

Darwin wasn't right because not all life came from one single ancestor; instead, Christ's energy created a massive amount of original, distinct beings. But then again, creationists aren't quite right either when they claim that everything God made has stayed basically the same since the beginning, except for a few rare cases.

At the same time, though, Darwin hits the mark when he says that changing environments caused life to change, because that's what happened in most cases. And the creationists are right when they say God created all the original life forms.

😉Just more stuff that can't be proven, but it fits the theme, I guess... Hey, Nancy Harris6, why don't you type something up too? I can tell you know your stuff! Give us a little sneak peek of a future book! 🙂

So, I was thinking about how the universe actually came to be, and there’s this idea that during its development, energy fields started spontaneously expanding, you know? It’s like they just drifted away from the specific dimensions and intensities that the Creator originally set out. Because of that, I guess the Creator had to bring in this special kind of condensing energy—sort of a cosmic stabilizer—to stop everything from just thinning out and to pull those fields back into the right dimensional frameworks. This stabilizing energy was basically everywhere in the universe, just waiting to react whenever things started drifting too far. But then, almost by total accident, while two massive energy fields were expanding near each other—and one of them was the energy of the Holy Spirit—they ended up overlapping. It was like they occupied the exact same space at once. When that condensing energy hit that overlap, it triggered something totally unplanned. Basically, the energies got squeezed together so intensely that matter actually formed. At first, it was probably just these incredibly tiny, microscopic specks of matter that we don't even have a way to understand today, but eventually
it started forming larger particles, which led to atoms and then molecules. So, if you think about it, matter isn't really its own separate thing; it’s more like a concentrated knot where two energies meet—one being the Holy Spirit and the other being this very specific, intentional energy. I always picture matter as looking like little knots tied into a soft, energetic rope. And the thing is, matter stays forever tethered to those parent energies that birthed it.
Even though most of the stuff in the universe popped into existence by pure chance, I suppose there are times when certain types of matter are created with actual intention, though it still happens through that same process.

At the end of the day, the universe is really just a world of energy. Energy is the most important part of everything, both in what it's made of and how much space it takes up; matter is really just these tiny little bits scattered here and there, even if one of those bits is a star that looks "huge" to us.

So, what’s the actual deal with positive versus negative thoughts? You know, strictly from an energy field perspective.

Zachary Gonzalez8 said:So, what’s the actual deal with positive versus negative thoughts? You know, strictly from an energy field perspective.

Well, I guess if you really look at it, the main difference is basically just the frequency at which your brain broadcasts those thoughts, which then totally changes how they mess with our energy field and our physical bodies.

It’s kind of like all our thoughts just ripple out from the brain as this sort of energy wave—kind of like a sphere that keeps expanding until it hits the edge of the universe, I suppose.

Generally speaking, negative thoughts tend to really beat up our energy field, and they’re probably responsible for most of the physical and mental health struggles we see. There are these four big categories, I think: dissatisfaction (which vibrates around 16-18 Hz), fighting for power (maybe 9-14 Hz), sadness or grief (around 8-11 Hz), and then fear for survival, which is usually 6-9 Hz. When a wave of negative thought hits—whether it's just a quick flash or something that lingers—it passes through our energy field and body and basically neutralizes the gray bioenergy whenever it makes contact. And, you know, the more negative the thought is, the lower the frequency goes, making it even more damaging. Plus, the more intense the emotion, the worse the damage; and I guess fear for survival is usually where that intensity hits its peak.

On the flip side, positive and even neutral thoughts also radiate out from the brain in every direction like a spherical wave, reaching the furthest reaches of space just as fast as the negative ones do. But these don't do any harm to the gray or white bioenergy, and they don't mess with the harmony of the energy field at all. Instead, they actually trigger a bunch of good stuff for both the energy field and the body. The frequency of positive thoughts seems to match the baseline bioenergy frequency of the human race—which is about 10.93 Hz—so when a positive wave passes through, it kind of recalibrates the energy field's frequency toward that ideal state. It also creates this sense of contentment, which I imagine helps the nervous system run smoother and keeps all our organs working the way they should. It even helps the chakras function better, which allows more of that gray bioenergy to flow into our energy field and our bodies.

Thanks for getting back to me. Tell me though—is all this stuff you're talking about coming from your own lived experience, or are you just reciting things you've read somewhere? Also, maybe this is a bit too heavy or trivial for a Tuesday, but: what happens when we actually kick the bucket? Is it possible to reunite with the people we lost, the ones who meant everything to us? I was actually planning on asking Zachary Cook2 about this, so if you find a spare moment, feel free to jump in on that conversation.

Man, I’ve seriously lost my mind today because I typed out two massive posts and both of them just... vanished. It drives me absolutely crazy every single time it happens. Usually, I’m smart enough to hit copy before I start, but I totally skipped that step this time, which was probably a bad move on my part. I guess once I finally calm down and get my head straight, I'll try to answer...

I suppose we’re just waiting on High Energy to chime in, since she probably has some real insight regarding thought energy. I mean, where there is frequency, there is energy... you know, like how electromagnetic waves and light—photons—work according to the formula E = hν, where ν represents the Planck constant. A higher frequency carries more energy, which leads me to think that positive thoughts possess high energy. On the other hand, negative thoughts might have such low energy and such long wavelengths that they essentially get swallowed up by our own brain's electrostatics. They can't even really reach other people, I guess. Unless, of course, someone gets extremely close, in which case they might be more exposed to them. I suspect that might be why good tends to outweigh evil. 😍
