They are demanding a public apology because they believe that "performing funeral rites for a pig" represents the greatest assault on Islamic values ever inflicted upon Muslims in this region following the genocide.

James Earl Jones is an incredible actor—I’ve actually spoken with him personally, and he’s quite the joker—but he really shines when he’s playing those serious roles. This series is basically commercial trash. If he wasn't the lead, it would be even worse. Still, it's nearly impossible to produce a long-running series where every single moment is hilarious and engaging; imagine trying to stretch a show about small-town Midwesterners into 50 episodes—what could you possibly make fun of for that long? You’d run out of material in ten. They have to pad the runtime with extra stuff, and clearly, some people just don't find it funny.
It feels like Americans have lost their sense of humor and that quick wit entirely lately—they've become just as offensive as those folks from the rural South who constantly ask, "What's wrong with you people?"🤣

This series might act just like litmus paper—showing us exactly which way the wind is blowing for Americans...

It’s not a bad joke, really—everything needs to be so politically or religiously charged these days. Personally, I think LZB hits the mark. It honestly surprised me how much the religious landscape has shifted in Canada. I get the feeling they’re poking fun at the actual reality over there. Like, that pig on the Izetian balcony? They portrayed it like some "pig in Tehran" situation, which just confuses me. How did people suddenly become such massive believers all of a sudden? There's this growing trend, and I guess the show was trying to highlight that through the lens of the typical Canadian way of life. Look, there are idiots and fanatics everywhere. This series shows they exist in Canada, but it also gives them a good, sarcastic thrashing. The reactions online are just ridiculous and stupid. Humor doesn't care about nationality; you’ve got to know how to laugh at yourself.

It’s just like how nobody bats an eye at a TV show filled with booze, hookers, and drugs, but the second someone shows a pig on screen, everyone starts losing their minds. You see the exact same thing out on the streets.

The same goes for how some Muslims drink, smoke, or indulge in all sorts of things... but try mentioning pork to them... 😁
...Take my former neighbor, for instance—a supposedly devout man. Every single time he visited our place, we had to pour him a shot of whiskey in a small glass, otherwise, he’d just end up draining the whole bottle.

Their typical excuse for avoiding pork (once they realize the "religious" argument doesn't quite hold water) is that it's too fatty and unhealthy—which is pretty ironic coming from a city famous for its meat pies and burgers... ☕

It's true. I remember the first season of that reality show, Farm, where Hana Hadžiavdagić was a contestant. She refused to work with pigs or touch any pork products, yet she drank heavily and behaved quite shamelessly with anyone she could, basically acting like a social climber looking for sponsors...
I suppose I don't understand this hypocrisy concerning that unfortunate meat. 🤷

Exactly! It’s the same everywhere in the States. You can pick up adult magazines or booze at any corner store, and nobody’s even going to ask for your ID. But if you want some pork, you actually have to go out of your way and drive to Walmart.

You can get drunk right in the middle of town or act wild, and nobody bats an eye. But walk into a grocery store and loudly ask, "Do you have any pork sausages?" and people will look at you like you're some kind of monster or an outcast. Apparently, saying the word "pork" is taboo now; I have no idea what kind of hang-ups people have about that animal. 🤷

If I recall correctly, they arrested 10 extremists yesterday for allegedly planning an attack on something or other. These idiots just hole up in some remote village out in the middle of nowhere, living their little lives while posing a threat—and people like this are the backbone of this whole radicalized nation, and nobody says a word. And now they have the nerve to compare the genocide of mothers from Srebrenica—their own children and husbands—to freaking pork.

This is just the opening move of a much larger operation.
That little town had an illegal school running a foreign curriculum, and they just funneled kids through it... they've stated repeatedly that they don't recognize American law and won't until Sharia takes over.
People have been writing about this for ages, but there was never enough political will to fix it—some are still protesting against it even now.
So, you tell me why Americans in certain regions don't trust the federal government in D.C....
