What planet are you even from? 🤔
Asking me for that is like asking for proof that you need letters to actually read a book. 🙄
p.s. Maybe try picking up something other than comic books for once? 😁

Yeah, I figured you didn't know; I was just waiting for you to admit it.
Look, if this stuff makes you happy or helps you get through your day, hey, good for you.
But declaring something as absolute truth—especially when it's this obvious and lacks any actual
evidence to back it up—just flies in the face of being honest. It goes against
basic common sense, which is pretty much baked into being a decent human being.
If we lose that sense of reality, we kind of lose what makes us
human in the first place, don't we?

@Anna: "this is my first time hearing that, so maybe 2-3 times a day isn't too much" (referring to ejaculation)

Look, I’m no MD, so I can’t exactly set the gold standard for what's "normal," but man, I’m guessing that’s pushing it.
Actually, if that’s the reality, it might be the culprit—or at least one big reason why
you're feeling the way you do. My advice? Try tapering off gradually. Try to catch the urge before it even takes hold, because once that craving hits, the tension just builds and builds until you cave. From some stuff I've read—stuff that hasn't really been peer-reviewed yet—it could actually be risky because you might be draining your serotonin (yeah, that's the "feel-good" chemical in your brain). It's probably a good idea to stay active with some regular exercise and ease into abstinence slowly rather than going cold turkey. This isn't some hippie nonsense either; people have believed this for ages, and there was plenty of scientific research throughout the 1900s backing up what I've mentioned in previous posts. It’s just that ever since the sexual revolution, it’s become an open secret. If anything, the media does the opposite by subtly or directly fueling those urges, and honestly, a lot of doctors don't have a clue about it... given the kind of world we live in, it's pretty obvious why things are this way.

Stana said:This has been weighing on me for years... thoughts of suicide and all that... BUT lately, it’s just constant. Every time I think about it, I hit a wall because I can't bear the thought of what it would do to my family. It makes things hard for them, so I back off for a moment, but before long, I'm right back in that dark hole again. Is this depression or what the hell is happening? Just now, I was looking at old photos of my dad from back when he was still healthy, before that hellish war broke out, and looking at him now... it just makes me want to end it all because I can't face any of this. What is even left of a person after all that? I feel like I'll just lash out in anger at anything or anyone that gets in my way. I don't know... if this gets me locked or banned, then so be it.

And to those of you who want to say "go ahead and do it," please, tell me exactly how you'd suggest I go about it.

It seems like only the most difficult "cases" reject therapy or medication, but reaching out on a forum like this—whether you realize it or not—is a genuine cry for help.
Nowadays, people aren't just thrown into an asylum for having suicidal thoughts; instead, there are various types of psychotherapy (psychologists, psychiatrists) and medications that, unlike the old stuff, are much more effective and won't turn you into a "walking zombie." 👍
So, your best path forward is psychotherapy. You might also want to look into non-profit organizations that specialize in psychological help and support (just search online).
One recommendation from me; it's a short, clear, and incredibly fascinating book. It's written in a simple, easy-to-understand way, even though the author is an expert neurologist and psychiatrist who practiced "logotherapy."
The book is "Man's Search for Meaning" by Viktor E. Frankl🙏

Alma: And what about before the beginning?
Bradley Bennett9: Beats me. Honestly, I doubt anyone actually knows...
Alma: Maybe there isn't even a start or an end. Everything just flows, nothing truly being born or dying out. Man, we should probably just go ask some philosophers.

I mean, I totally agree. That’s basically the REAL answer right there. 👍

Bradley Bennett9: Look, we don't actually have enough hard evidence to say for sure. In fact, modern physics basically argues that the entire universe sprouted from something and will eventually fizzle out—think black holes doing their thing. But then, on the flip side, you've got thermodynamics claiming that nothing is ever truly created or destroyed. According to Einstein, total energy (which is just mass times c squared, if you're keeping up) stays constant regardless of all the chaos happening around us. It sounds pretty contradictory, at least based on how I’ve managed to wrap my head around it.

Alma said:Bradley Bennett9: look, we just don't have enough proof to say anything for certain, plus modern physics basically argues that the whole universe popped out of something and will eventually just vanish (black holes and all that). but then again, thermodynamics claims—specifically if you follow the rules—that nothing is actually created or destroyed, meaning total energy stays constant (which, according to Einstein, is mass times c squared) no matter what kind of chaos is happening around us. honestly, it sounds pretty contradictory, at least based on how I've managed to wrap my head around it.

You're saying we don't have enough evidence, but man, we've got plenty to work with. I mean, I can get behind Einstein as both a scientist and a philosopher, and those laws of thermodynamics aren't going anywhere.
But seriously, how are you gonna prove whether or not there's a 4D universe—spatially speaking—that might be overlapping with our own? Who even knows? And we haven't even touched on the whole origin and end of the world thing yet. Or maybe there's this other sphere, a parallel world where people's souls hang out temporarily or permanently, kind of like what you read about in the Tibetan book of the dead.
There are tons of examples out there. And who’s actually able to prove those things are just nonsense, like, that they aren't describing something that really exists? It's just that we can't measure it yet because we simply don't have the right tools.

Everyone else has been busy coddling you up to this point, but I’m here to give you a reality check.
- According to the laws of karma, since you haven't quite finished your business in this lifetime,
you're going to be reborn as a woman. (Can you even wrap your head around life without your junk?)
And if that doesn't scare you... just imagine being a woman in Afghanistan...(That really hits home for me! :-))
..your husband will beat you, he'll take what he wants without any foreplay—basically making it feel more like an assault than anything else... you'll end up with twelve kids, and you certainly won't have the luxury of feeling depressed or even having the spare thought to consider suicide.
..plus, there won't be any TV or computers for you!
Now, go ahead and think about that.

Look, kid,

suicide actually hurts!
It’s definitely not this magical "close your eyes and everything goes dark" thing.
And honestly, who’s giving you any kind of guarantee that there isn't something waiting for you on the other side?
Who even knows where your soul ends up? For all you know, what comes after death could be way more intense than what you're dealing with right now...

There's just no promise that death is any better than staying alive.

Have you actually tried it?

it would be awesome if I could somehow let you guys know, maybe it'll be cool..

A buddy of mine actually tried it. He swallowed a bunch of pills and pesticides, thinking he’d just drift off into a deep sleep and never wake up... but obviously, that wasn't how it went down at all, since his brain basically melted and he ended up dying in total agony.
I am never going to be able to get the memory of his death out of my head!

I will never, ever be able to forget what happened to him.

And that’s exactly where we differ. If I were ever in that position, I wouldn't choose a method that carries even a slight chance of leaving me alive to deal with the aftermath. I'd go for a bullet, or more likely, a few grenades... something like one with a 12m radius and 36g of gunpowder.

Hey kid, check out what this other guy on the forum had to say about it:
username gandharve:

"I was chatting with an expert in this field regarding the whole topic of suicide: an Indian yoga master, a guy born with abilities we’re all just trying to practice up in this life or the next, someone who really knows his stuff.

He told me:

Every single one of us possesses both a physical body and an energetic body. As long as you're living a normal life, that energetic body keeps charging up and discharging based on the state of our chakras—our energy centers. Every time we lose our cool or get stuck in a 'negative' headspace, those chakras slam shut and the energy flow stops. But when we open ourselves up—say, through prayer, meditation, or just immersing ourselves in art, beauty, and love—those chakras open back up, letting the energy flow. This continues until our energy slowly runs dry—it gets spent, sooner for some and later for others, leading to death. Everyone decides their own timing:
If you close off, the energy stops flowing and no new energy comes in, so you (your physical body) just burn through your reserves. If you stay open, you receive new energy—you're basically extending your life. It's entirely up to the individual.

The moment someone takes their own life, that connection between the physical and the energetic body is severed. The link breaks between the producer of energy (the energetic body and the chakras) and the consumer of energy (our physical body).

There’s no way to spend any more of that stored-up energy because the consumer is now lying in the ground rotting, while we (the energetic body) wander the astral plane without our senses—our nose stays tied to the body, our eyes too, our sense of touch, taste, smell, everything is still linked to the flesh.
And here's the kicker:
The consciousness that is part of us remains with us (yeah, at least it does) until the very moment that energy finally runs out, and just imagine:

Suppose we're meant to live, say, 80 years using that energy via our physical bodies, but we destroy the body early; we're left wandering the astral plane for maybe another 700 or 900 years until our internal capacitor finally drains completely.
With full awareness of our existence, of everything we've done and everything we've done to others, both the good and the bad...
It's the one thing you can't run away from...

That's why suicide is the absolute worst sin a person can commit against themselves."

So, go ahead, be a fool and see if what this guy is saying holds water.

This kind of stuff really gets under my skin.
