Does anyone happen to know of a high-quality wellness center or a facial and body care studio located in VK?

I was wondering if anyone has ever visited Villa Lenija, the Iris studio, Zoe, or maybe even a glam fairy or something similar.

If anyone could provide a recommendation, I would be so incredibly grateful!

Thank you so much!

Does anyone here have any firsthand experience with weddings at either the Glasser venue or the wedding hall over in Peterson?
How's the catering—and more importantly, how's the service?
Thanks in advance for any intel you can share.

I'm actually heading in for a blowout for New Year's, so I'll be able to give you my firsthand opinion then... I've also heard that Manda, the owner over at the Nova salon in the Midwest, does beautiful work. There's also this one girl who isn't officially at a salon but does hair for friends out of her own home... if you're interested in that, just shoot me a DM 🙂

Thank you so much. 🙂

We’re looking for wedding venues in Vincennes that can handle a crowd of over 500 guests.
We want to know how the different places compare when it comes to what they offer and, more importantly, their pricing.
Honestly, we’re totally lost—what has your experience been like?
Did you go with an all-inclusive package from the venue, or did you try to DIY some of the arrangements?
I have absolutely no clue how this whole process works.
We need a starting point, and I really want to get my head around things
before we start calling venues left and right.
What should we be looking out for? What was a dealbreaker for you, or what actually made you happy?
Thanks in advance!

Which hair salons do you all recommend in Vincennes or the surrounding areas?

I’m going to ask here too—any Midwest locals out there who can help me out? If you’ve ever been to the Viva hair salon in Valparaiso, what was your experience like?

Alright, since mine is officially in the books, I figured I’d drop some intel for anyone hunting for vendors around the Vincennes area:

Person: 400
Venue: Ivanov Castle in Ivankov—huge shoutout to the staff there, seriously, they were on it 24/7 for everyone! Major props to the owners too for sticking by us all night.
Band: Greg from Slavonija—we were stoked, honestly. Great price, killer quality, and when we chatted with guests afterward, everyone was raving about their setlist... MASSIVE thumbs up for this band!!!
Cakes: Babin Greda—not much to say here, they just absolutely nailed it.
Photo: Picasso from El Paso, just two guys—super chill, easy to work with, and pretty budget-friendly. Photos were ready just a week after the wedding, and the DVD came two weeks later. We loved them, and the shots look amazing!!
Wedding Dress: Nikolina Vinkovci—the ladies there are so sweet.
Flower: Rose Valentine from Ivankov—for $433 we got the full setup: venue decor, car, bouquet, boutonniere, and even the head table styling.
Tent at my place: for 70 people $167

If you need anything else, just holler. We kept things pretty affordable, so if you're watching your wallet, hit me up via PM.

I’m looking for some advice—does anyone know where I might be able to buy or rent "curtain" style fabric for a venue? I'm looking for something large enough to go behind the newlyweds, plus some for the ceiling and side walls. Thanks in advance!

Ladies, I need some help here! :-) Does anyone know any good musicians near Vincennes who can play? My only requirement is that they can handle modern pop hits too! :-)

What can you tell me about those folks from the Dacca group and the TS Evergreen Slav ship? They’ve actually made it onto my shortlist.

Hey ladies, quick question! Does anyone here know anything about this band called Focus from Dacca? I heard they’re pretty affordable, which is great, but I really want to know what they’re actually like—you know, what’s the vibe like at the weddings when they’re playing?

https://www.facebook.com/pages/Grupa...377291?fref=ts

Has anyone actually been to a wedding where they were the ones performing?
Thanks in advance!.....

Honestly, you really can't go wrong with either choice... they're both top-tier outfits and they both know exactly how to set a great vibe.

What kind of stickers are we talking about? Just standard adhesive paper with names and pictures? You should check out Pixar over by Union Station.

So, my wedding is finally over, and here we go
-Walmart photography services—even if they happen to be the only ones available for your date, don't bother; they aren't worth a single cent
The photos are a total disaster—I honestly can't find any other way to describe them
-The live band—if you absolutely have to hire one, just know they’re completely mediocre; they didn't bring any energy at all
-A local florist from the suburbs—she did a lovely job with everything, really solid work, no complaints there
-Studio 54 (hair and makeup)—let's just say I wouldn't go back, and trust me, I'm not a high-maintenance person. The hairstyle looked nothing like what I asked for, and the makeup was its own special kind of nightmare. I even showed her a photo from their own Facebook page—you know, the one they use to showcase their "bridal looks"—and what I got was... well, something else entirely. I had to fix everything myself once I got home. The makeup didn't even last, and the hair? A complete catastrophe

There is a group called Budweiser from Subway—they are honestly fantastic performers... though unfortunately, I wasn't able to book them because they were just a bit out of my budget. :/

To all my lovely brides-to-be out there—if you’re feeling a bit overwhelmed trying to decide on a makeup artist, I highly recommend https://www.facebook.com/makeupbyiness?fref=ts.
Her work is absolutely stunning, and more importantly, she is such a sweetheart who truly listens to what you want. She did the makeup for both me and my maid of honor, and honestly, I can't stop raving about her. Plus, her rates are incredibly reasonable compared to most other artists out there.

You should check out the Coca-Cola band from Old Charleston... 🙂
We hired them for a year-long gig, and honestly, those guys are incredible—they can play absolutely anything you throw at them! 😁
