Jamie Gonzalez said:Well, it finally happened—the pregnancy test came back positive. 😍 We’ve got an appointment with our OB-GYN in about ten days to see what she has to say, but if I had to place my bets, I'd say she’s probably around four weeks along. 😍

Hell yeah! Huge congrats on the win! You absolutely crushed it!

Hopefully there’s some better news waiting for me 😁 congrats on the positive result! I guess you should just watch what you eat, then maybe you won't have to deal with any issues 😁

Thank you so much😁... I’m honestly overjoyed about the positive test😍 but at the exact same time, I am incredibly—and I mean deeply—anxious about everything. Though, I suppose that’s just the standard experience for any expectant mother out there... I think I’ll be spending a bit more time hanging around this forum from now on; I’ve been lurking and reading through all your posts lately anyway, just trying to soak up as much information as possible 😁

First off, congrats on the pregnancy. 🙂 Indianapolis is going to be one little kid richer. 😍
Glad you're happy—you should be. It’s such a beautiful time. There will definitely be some tough days, but this community helped me through so many uncertainties; the women here are wonderful.👋 Take care of yourself and let us know what the doctor said.
If you don't mind me asking, which clinic are you seeing? (I'm from Indy myself)😍

I’m heading privately to see Dr. Semenić in Chicago... though unfortunately, the little one won't be making an appearance at VK—they'll actually be born much, much further away 😁 (Portugal, specifically—I'm relocating there this September). Thanks for all the kind wishes... 😁

☕
I feel like everything I’ve eaten over the last week has just triggered constant heartburn. It’s been relentless. 🙄
Today marks day 25 of my cycle. As far as symptoms go, I’m dealing with some very mild nausea and a general sense of fatigue, though I suspect the drowsiness might just be linked to the cramping. My breast tenderness has mostly subsided—they don't really hurt to the touch anymore—but my nipples are still quite sensitive. I’m also still seeing frequent spotting.
Only four days left to go. 😳

Figured I’d jump in here too... I'm due this Sunday, so that's when I'll finally take a test... assuming my period doesn't decide to show up first...

Actually, following up on what you said—I've been dealing with terrible heartburn all week too, even though I’m being super careful with my diet since I already have a sensitive stomach. Plus, the fatigue is unreal; I get home from work and just completely crash into bed...

Who's actually going to wait out these last two days? God, I hope not me...🙄

I know, I heard they do that over at Mount Sinai in NYC. It runs about $500, but honestly? No clue what the actual procedure looks like!

So I took a One Step quick test last night, just one day after my period was supposed to start.
It came back negative.

Has anyone actually dealt with the opposite happening? I guess I’ll probably just try testing again in a few days if my period doesn't show up.

I honestly couldn't wait until tomorrow to find out, so I went ahead and took the test today. I'll post the actual results over in that other thread.😉😍

I was wondering—does anyone know the actual odds of getting pregnant if some of the sperm leaks out? Like, how much actually stays inside?
Has anyone else here actually gotten pregnant without doing that thing where you keep your legs up after sex?

Most women end up getting pregnant without ever needing to hold their legs up in the air.

So, I guess there’s actually still some left inside even if it looks like everything leaked out after they propped their legs up?
