She could probably just run a blood test right about now; the hCG levels would likely pick up the pregnancy before a standard urine test even registers anything.

I'm still waiting... I've basically convinced myself I'm pregnant and that the Clearblue test was just a fluke. Like, maybe the next one in a couple of days will actually show a plus sign. What am I even hoping for here? Honestly, if this turns out to be a bust, I might as well just walk into a wall. πŸ€·πŸ™‚

It has been nine days since my period was due. However, Beta Diagnostics refuses to perform any testing until I reach the fifteen-day mark. I intend to call them today to schedule yet another appointment. My hips and legs have been aching whenever I stand for extended periods, which is quite unusual for me. After researching various articles, I’ve realized that many women have received false negatives despite being pregnant. Does this mean there is still a genuine possibility that a negative result could be inaccurate? This is certainly uncharacteristic, as my cycle has been perfectly regular all year.

Mine was 9 days late too. I just went to a private lab like Quest Diagnostics , paid about $60, and it was done in 5 minutes. They even emailed me the results by noon that same day.

So, this is essentially the situation I find myself in...

On November 15th, my period was supposed to arrive, but since nothing happened, I naturally began to suspect I might be pregnant; I was experiencing certain symptoms, so I decided to take two different tests, both of which came back negative. I waited, and then my period finally arrived on the 24th, though the cramping has been significantly more intense than what I usually endure, and for the past two days, the flow has seemed unusually dark and quite light... so, I am wondering, is there any actual possibility that I could be pregnant despite having this bleeding?

Thank you.πŸ™‚

I have a question for the group. Initially, I noticed a thick white discharge, but now there is a strange, somewhat unpleasant odor developingβ€”what could this signify? On top of that, my period is now ten days late; my last one started on December 10th. Last night, I experienced some unusual pains and felt a faint rhythmic pulsing in my abdomen. It doesn't feel quite like my usual intestinal movements, as I am very familiar with how my digestion behaves, so I am uncertain. Is it truly possible to feel such sensations this early on?πŸ˜•πŸ˜•πŸ˜•

You’re describing symptoms very similar to mine. Heavy discharge combined with pain could indicate implantation...

I am currently 17 weeks and 3 days along.πŸ˜‰

I took a test on day 15.... Good luck.πŸ‘

Thank youπŸ™‚. I wish you the very best of luck as well; may your pregnancy be beautiful and pleasant, and may you truly enjoy every moment with your little one. I find myself wondering why she didn't schedule an appointment for me sooner, as I feel it would have been prudent to confirm everything via ultrasound, though I suppose she is the expert in this matter. Perhaps I am simply being overly impatient, given that my own tests initially came back negative, yet I have read that false negatives can certainly occur.

I have been running a slight fever and feeling an unrelenting sense of exhaustion lately. πŸ˜•Given this persistent, rather unpleasant odor, should I consult my physician to investigate what might be causing such discomfort?

It is far too early to feel a baby. While increased discharge is normal, an unpleasant odor typically suggests otherwise. You have little choice but to remain patient or, if your schedule permits, visit the clinic as James Adams70 suggested.

As for Dr. Miller, give her a call and mention your symptoms; she might be able to fit you in for an ultrasound πŸ˜‰ since things should be visible by now.

If you are truly this anxiousβ€”and it seems these symptoms are weighing heavily on youβ€”perhaps seeking a private specialist would be wise? They could likely get you in by tomorrow.

I have nothing further to offer given that you have already completed the tests.🀷

In theory, they exist, but if you want to be absolutely certain, your best bet is to get a blood test for beta HCG. Anything under 5 is generally considered a negative result. You should probably check in with your OB-GYN and run it by them just to be safe.

Unfortunately, there is a possibility you might have miscarried. It would be best to check in with your doctor as soon as possible.

Look, let's not jump to conclusions quite so quickly.
First off, the entire subject and the question itself were clearly intended for an OB-GYN, not for us here on the forum...
It could be anything at this stage. It might be pregnancy, a miscarriage, cysts, fibroids, or it might actually be nothing at allβ€”perhaps just stress or a minor hormonal imbalance.

So, I would suggest stepping away from the forum discussions and heading straight to your doctor!

Well, here I am again today, dealing with these lingering symptoms that make me feel as though everything is nearly settled, yet there remains this persistent, brownish spotting that just won't quit... I actually reached out to my doctor, but they didn't bother scheduling me for an appointment until Thursday... I have this nagging intuition, this deep-seated feeling that I might actually be pregnant, even though everyone around me insists I'm just being paranoid... My breasts and areolas seem to have enlarged somewhat lately, too... I honestly don't know what to make of any of this anymore... Furthermore, I find the timing of it all quite baffling; the bleeding lasted only three days and was incredibly light, with the exception of that first day when it was more of a mucousy consistency... Has anyone else out there navigated a similar experience? Thank you.😒😒😒😒😒

Hello again, if you will permit me to bore you once more. I am counting the days, and as of today, my period is eleven days late. I find myself wondering: is it possible for a primary care physician to issue a referral for routine blood work related to pregnancy, or perhaps even a specific referral for a HCG test? My thanks to all of you; I am well aware that you must endure my constant stream of inquiries.

Hello again, if you will permit me another moment of your time. I find myself counting the days once more; today marks eleven days since my cycle was expected. I am left wondering: is it within the authority of a primary care physician to issue a referral for routine blood work related to pregnancy, or perhaps even a specific request for a HCG test? I thank you all for your patience, as I know my constant inquiries may be a burden to this group.

Hey everyone,
I'm new hereβ€”just joined the group and have a few things on my mind.
So, I'm about 9 days late. I'm planning to grab a test this Monday, then we'll see where things go...🀷
Lately, from when I expected my period until just a couple of days ago, I've had those familiar lower abdominal crampsβ€”you know, the kind right before your cycle starts. I've also been feeling a bit dizzy and slightly nauseous, though honestly, I might just be overthinking it.😁
I've also been exhausted lately. I feel like I could sleep all day, but I've always been a bit of a sleeper anyway, so I haven't taken it too seriously.πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚
One weird thing, thoughβ€”I'm hitting the bathroom constantly. It feels like I need to go every thirty minutes to an hour, and once that urge hits, it's pretty intense...
I'm really not sure what to make of it all. My breasts also feel strangely tender and sore every now and then...
Any advice?πŸ˜•
