I was wondering if someone might be able to tell me what would be considered a normal range for Beta HCG levels in a blood test?

I won't get my period for another 6 or 7 days, so I haven't bothered with a pregnancy test yet; it would just be a waste of money at this stage.
During the ultrasound, the doctor spotted two corpora lutea and mentioned that I actually had two ovulations this cycle. Naturally, at this point, you can't see much else besides those two large corpus luteum structures. (I have a genetic predisposition for twins, so having two ovulations isn't exactly rare for me.๐)
Now, once I got home, I noticed this strange yellowish-clear discharge along with two drops of blood. It feels like it could be implantation bleeding, but part of me is worried it might just be the start of my period or maybe something caused by the exam itself. Could that be it?
It's only day 19 of my cycle.
Does anyone have any insight into what this might be? I want this baby so badly that Iโm already overthinking everything.
Thanks in advance for any thoughts or advice.
Kenneth Howard2 said:The bleeding finally stopped. Iโm thinking it was just some irritation from the exam, so everything seems fine now. I've got a little bit of light yellowish-white discharge going on, so now I'm just waiting to see if my period shows up or not.๐

I was supposed to get it yesterday, but nothing yet. I ended up taking two tests yesterday afternoon, and both came back negative.
Can I even trust these things?
Thanks, Josipa

Iโm totally lost on whether itโs too soon to grab a test, especially since my period isn't even supposed to show up for another week...
Bradley Edwards2 said:Thanks for getting back to me. If my period doesn't show up, I'm going to retake the test on Tuesday.
By the way, what's the deal with these tests? What's actually the difference between the $6.75 one and the one I grabbed yesterday for like ten bucks at CVS? The lady behind the counter mentioned there's also one for $33.
Even the cheap one claims it can pick up a pregnancy 3-5 days before you're even due for your period, and both say they're highly sensitive at 25 mIU hCG. It all feels a bit much, honestly.
vividtinker17 said:honestly, the only real difference is the packaging! the one from $6.75 just comes in a plain little cardboard sleeve, while the pricier one has a fancy plastic case with a lid. I used the one from $6.75 and it gave me two lines!

Basically, right now, I have absolutely no idea how to track my fertile window.
I did have sex last weekโwe used withdrawal, though. Iโm not actually seeing this guy, but honestly? The worst part is that I wouldn't even mind if I ended up pregnant. I don't know what's gotten into me lately, but I just really, really want a baby. I'm 25.
My mom actually got pregnant with me, and then later with my brother, right after she stopped taking birth control. She always says women become way more fertile once they quit the pill.
I mean, I don't know how much truth there is to that, though. ๐คท
Someone please give me a reality check here. ๐ต ๐คฆ

Thanks to everyone for all the replies... ๐
