Satya, there is seriously no point in waiting around. You are more than ready—100 percent! 😁
Just clear your head, make a run for it, and jump straight into the arms of your man 🙂, and just know we're all sitting here rooting for you guys! 😍

Thomas Phillips2, there's really no point in waiting. You're already 100% ready 😁
With your mind racing, you'll probably just jump straight at your man 🙂, and we'll be right here rooting for you 😍

😬 Fine, alright, I promise that during one of my next ovulations—the one 🙂

I can't help but wonder what it'll be like when I'm already under this much influence from (cyber) hormones 😳

Things can only go downhill from here, but hey, at least we’re having a blast talking nonsense and blaming everything on some newly discovered hormone 😬

Hey ladies, sorry I’ve been MIA. Spent last night at my brother-in-law's place, and honestly, his house has zero service.
Took a test. It wasn't negative. Great. Just great.
Saw my doctor today. Turns out I wasn't actually pregnant, even though she admitted all my symptoms were textbook. Apparently, it's just some hormonal imbalance. I was pretty down about not having a baby yet, but she tried to calm me down by saying I'm highly fertile and that things will happen when they happen.
Benjamin Nelson8, didn't you mention you dealt with something similar—a false pregnancy?
😢
Feeling a bit bummed out, I guess, but at least I know there isn't anything seriously wrong.

Oh, don't let it get you down, Moon. Everything has a way of falling into place eventually. Just try to soak it all in and relax—I promise, when the timing is right, it’ll just happen.

Well, it landed, but it missed the mark.🤣 🤣
Eb, looks like his dear leader is stepping up around 8 PM, so his little army will probably launch another offensive.
I’m not even joking right now. I feel a bit hollow inside, but honestly, this is better than the alternative. I somehow convinced myself I might have had a miscarriage without even confirming if I was pregnant in the first place. Just a total lapse in judgment.
The doctor says these hormones shouldn't have any impact on fertility. 😲 Even if I were ready, 😎 😍

Jesse Flores842 said:Unfortunately, no. My appointment isn't until next week.
The delay is starting to freak me out, though I suppose it’s not unheard of—just never this long.
I keep feeling this constant pressure, like it's coming any second, but nothing happens. I know those could be pregnancy symptoms, but here I am with my third negative test today.

Thanks for the support, 🙂 😘
Women are strange creatures. When it’s not happening, it just won't happen. 👎
Look how much I've been fooled... I had that same pressure, but nothing. My "period" barely even showed up once it finally arrived—if you can even call it that. Just five or six drops a day, though my OB-GYN insists it counts 😲 😬 and claims there's no more blood left to give 😲...
Maybe if we stopped obsessing over being pregnant, our bodies would actually cooperate? 😕

Look how I played myself... Pffft. I had that same kind of pressure, but nothing. My period didn't even really show up once it stopped being an issue—if you can even call what happened a period: just 5-6 drops a day, though my doctor insists that counts 😲 😬 and claims there isn't any more blood left to produce (just like that 😲)...
I honestly think that the more we obsess over being pregnant, the more our cycles delay themselves just to mess with us??? 😕

I’ve realized that if we aren't actively hunting for a pregnancy, we don't go looking for every single possible "sign"—those little things that are always there—and then mistake them for a done deal.
Mine is still late, but I know there’s no pregnancy there; my cycle probably just got thrown off because last month was absolutely brutal with stress—the worst kind.
I ordered an LH test so I can try to pinpoint my ovulation day, and I've also made a solemn vow to myself and my husband that I am done with what I did this month—testing almost every single day. I completely lost sight of 🙂 the goal 😬 and the idea that we should just enjoy ourselves instead of living under this crushing pressure of "will it happen this time?" Because, let's face it, it probably won't. You know what I mean, right? 😁

Mine is late, too, but I know there's nothing there. My cycle probably just threw a curveball because last month was an absolute nightmare of stress.
I ordered an LH test so I can try to pinpoint my ovulation day, and more importantly—I made a solemn vow to myself and my husband that I’m done with what I did this month. Peeing on tests almost every single day... I completely lost sight of 🙂 the goal 😬 of just enjoying the process without the pressure of "will it happen this time?" because, let's face it, it probably won't. You know what I mean?😁

Yeah, I agree. Honestly, I think I started feeling pregnancy symptoms purely out of psychological necessity. I wouldn't believe my doctor if she told me I took a test last Friday or Saturday that might have actually turned positive. I asked her how that was even possible. She said she's seen cases where nerves alone trigger enough hormone production that a woman feels every symptom, and even a test could show a faint line, but an ultrasound eventually shatters all those illusions. It taught me not to trust those "pregnancy feelings" anymore.👎
As for me, mine was due on October 23rd, and I finally got it today—hardly even a flow. To be honest, I think we are our own biggest obstacles here. If I had just said, "Okay, where's the baby? I can't have one," maybe it would have shown up. But instead, I said, "Cool, maybe I'll be a mom," and as the days passed, I got more invested, picking out names and everything, only for it to turn out there's nothing. I don't know how much science supports it, but it feels like we influence the whole thing with our minds. We create this intense pressure for it to happen instead of just relaxing and enjoying life with our partners.🤣
Don't worry, Jesse Flores842... Just dive back in, but ditch the pregnancy obsession and focus on the fun part. That might actually be better for the future baby.😛 😘 🤣

Well, it finally happened 😢

I honestly went as far as thinking—since I had that deep talk with my husband last night and finally came to terms with everything internally—that my period would actually show up.
We’ve been so incredibly tense about this whole thing; instead of just enjoying life, we're acting like total nervous wrecks. 😬
Moon — I'm sending us both all the good vibes for our future attempts 😘

Maybe that's just what the future baby wants

And honestly, it probably should be that way 🙏

Oh, thanks a million... I’m feeling absolutely miserable right now. I'm still stuck at the office—so no time for a proper pity party just yet—but my husband will be picking me up soon, so I'll just have to tell him he's on full-time consolation duty tonight.😳

As for me, I’m still totally in the dark. I’ve got a test scheduled for tomorrow and then a doctor's appointment on Monday, so we'll see what the verdict is. I really, truly hope this is it—even though I’ve already paid for that ski trip to Colorado! But hey, even if things don't go as planned, at least I can still enjoy some walks through the snow in that crisp mountain air. Honestly, this whole waiting game is just brutal. I am counting down the minutes!!!!!🙂 And if it's not good news, then it's back to square one for us 🙂

Hey, Dana Cooper6... I know exactly how you’re feeling right now, and if I can offer even a little bit of comfort, I will. My first time, my period was about ten days late—and when I finally took a test, it came back positive. To be honest, I wasn't exactly planning a pregnancy either, much like you, so it caught me off guard—but we realized pretty quickly that we actually wanted this, and we were just so happy... Unfortunately, about twelve or thirteen days after my period was due, I started spotting. I completely panicked and rushed straight to my doctor's office. He did an ultrasound and told me there was no pregnancy; he said modern tests are just incredibly sensitive these days, which is why they pick up early pregnancies so easily... He also mentioned that delays of ten days or more are often just that—the very beginning of a pregnancy—but maybe the body realizes something isn't quite right and just rejects it... I was a total wreck, honestly, and I felt so heartbroken that we decided to just keep trying. What can I say? The very next month, it worked for us, and here I am at twenty weeks... So please, don't let this get you down...

ema1, Moon, and all the other women who've dealt with this setback, listen to an experienced mom 😎—don't let it get you down. 😘 Just remember that your little ones will arrive exactly when they are meant to. Everything happens for a reason, and things have a way of working out just as they should. Instead of crying, try to find some joy, relax, and embrace 🙂lots of
gentle and passionate love.

Hello....

I have been struggling with this for several days now, and I still cannot seem to find any peace of mind... so I would be truly grateful if anyone could offer some guidance....
I am quite terrified of the idea of becoming pregnant.... an unwanted and unplanned pregnancy....

About two months ago, I had sex with a guy... without protection.... he didn't actually finish inside me, but we all know that isn't a reliable way to prevent it.... that was back on September 1st, and then on September 25th, I had my period as usual.... but I haven't had my next one since then.... or to put it simply, I am about 10 days late....
I feel incredibly bloated... my stomach feels firm.... and I am having much more frequent trips to the bathroom....
And I read online that these could be early signs of pregnancy... and that having a normal period last month doesn't necessarily rule anything out either....
I was taking birth control pills until six months ago... and my cycles have been irregular ever since, but this current situation feels like too much....
I took a test this morning and it came back negative.....
But I am just so deeply worried.....
Is it possible that I am pregnant despite having had my last period?

If that were the case, I would be about two months pregnant by now..... is it possible for a test to show a negative result even if I am pregnant????

Please... help..................
Could this just be stress?!?!?

If you were two months pregnant, a test would have picked it up by now. During pregnancy, your HCG levels double almost every single day, and these tests work specifically by detecting that hormone in your urine.
If you aren't sure, just go see an OB-GYN for a proper exam.
