Linda Hernandez15 said:Ladies, I have an incredibly stupid question—and please bear with me because it’s actually eating at me—but I just have to ask... Is there any actual chance I could be pregnant if I’m on birth control and my boyfriend doesn't finish inside me? I'm starting to worry because since our last time together, my breasts have been aching and they look... well, much fuller, almost like I've had implants. Does that have anything to do with it? Thanks in advance.

It isn't a stupid question at all.👍

What you described is exactly what happened to a close friend of mine—she’s currently at home dealing with the fallout—but she went through a massive shock at the time (major family issues), which completely threw her hormones out of whack, so her situation wasn't quite identical to yours... though, let's be real, there is always a chance because no form of contraception is ever 100% foolproof. That being said, the odds here are incredibly, incredibly slim. Just wait a few days; if your period is late by, say, two or three days, go ahead and take one of those pregnancy tests that all the girls recommend.

Thanks, ladies! Ugh, I still have two weeks to go until my period starts—I can't wait until my little guy is finally back with me. Honestly, when it comes to taking my pills, I’m as precise as a Swiss watch... I just really hope this bloating is nothing more than a side effect from the medication... ugh.

It’s me again... just another thought that might be relevant. My partner went in for his semen analysis, and the results are right on the edge. His motility is borderline, and the doctor mentioned that depending on my own fertility tests—if I end up being on the borderline too—we might have to look into IVF options.

It just makes conceiving harder, and since you're consistently on the pill without missing a single dose—and he didn't even finish inside you—there's a very high chance you aren't pregnant. Then again, maybe you're part of that lucky 0.3% where it actually worked despite everything...

So, my partner's period has been running about 10 days late this month. She mentioned that it doesn't feel like her usual cycle, either—the flow on her pad seems much lighter than what she normally experiences, which has us feeling pretty uncertain. We almost always use condoms, and honestly, there hasn't even been a moment where we were close to finishing before pulling out, but we can't completely rule everything out. I’m reaching out to anyone who might have some insight or experience with this because it’s been weighing heavily on my mind. We’re planning to pick up a pregnancy test tomorrow, but I was hoping to get some perspectives here in the meantime. Thanks so much...😢

I honestly think you shouldn't worry too much about this. A few of my friends have mentioned having their periods start early before. I suspect it might just be due to the timing of things. As for the discharge being thinner, I don't believe that has anything to do with it. It will probably stabilize in a day or two.

I wouldn't say that, but hey, I guess a lab test feels a little "more reliable" than just taking some random advice from an online forum.

Kimberly Sullivan said:Even though almost always we use condoms, if there was ever a time I didn't, I was nowhere near finishing—I'd pull out before that happened.

By the way, you guys are being reckless if you're having unprotected sex while she isn't on birth control. I'm sure you realize that's a massive mistake. Just go see a doctor and get some pills sorted out, because honestly, it doesn't matter how close or far you are from climaxing if you don't have actual protection in place.

That's more than enough reason for both of you to book an appointment with your OB-GYN tomorrow...

Unfortunately, I don't really have any experience with this kind of stuff... regardless of everything else... first take a test, then maybe head over to a clinic like Planned Parenthood
But look, if she actually got her period, that’s usually a pretty solid sign she isn't pregnant
Do you guys even realize what a period actually is?
It's just the body shedding the uterine lining because those eggs didn't get fertilized
Jesus... do you people seriously know nothing about how reproduction works?
Before you go getting reckless, please, for the love of god, educate yourselves. There are endless resources online on this topic—not to mention all the stuff regarding STIs. Slow down, kids

It’s probably just some minor issue that has nothing to do with pregnancy. Even if she actually is pregnant, bleeding isn't exactly a glowing sign for how things are going to play out. She really needs to get to an OB-GYN and get some professional advice, because guessing like this is useless. But without a condom??? You can try to be careful all you want, but the second you go without one, you're setting yourself up for a massive headache later. I don't know how you deal with the stress of overthinking this every single month.

Look, you aren't going to get a straight answer from us, but we can at least try to offer some reassurance 😁

Here’s the thing: if you guys were using a condom, pregnancy is highly unlikely. That said, she needs to see a doctor immediately. A home test won't tell her anything about what's going on with her cervix.

If you check out this thread , you'll find a massive discussion dedicated to possible pregnancies. It’s packed with questions and answers, so you might want to read through some of those experiences to get a better idea of what to expect. 😉

..Look, if you can't be bothered to actually read, here's the bottom line: she needs to go see a gynecologist. At the very least, she should talk to them about birth control options.

Alright, let's get real here 🙂

If your girlfriend is on her period, she isn't pregnant. Either that, or she was pregnant and had a miscarriage.
Bottom line: if she's bleeding, there's no baby. Plain and simple. 😉

irud said:Alright, listen up, you clueless amateur🙂

If your girlfriend is having a period, she isn't pregnant—period. Or, if she was, she had a miscarriage.
Bottom line: as long as there’s bleeding, there is no baby. It’s plain and simple.😉

And don't go betting any money on that theory🤣 🤣 🤣

4elements1love: Look, she absolutely needs to see a gynecologist because based on what you're describing, it could be anything—hormonal imbalances, an infection, a uterine rupture, or even a pregnancy loss. Honestly, guessing about this stuff is just plain stupid... She needs to see a doctor so you both can actually have some peace of mind and stay safe.😍

There’s a tiny group of women who deal with spotting early on that feels just like a period... so they don't even realize they're pregnant yet. But honestly, I think that's pretty rare, so I'm leaning towards thinking she isn't pregnant.

So, I had sex with my boyfriend back on December 21st. We used a condom, but he didn't put it on right away—he waited a few minutes after getting aroused before sliding it on, and then he finished inside the condom. But now, my period is totally MIA this month! Usually, my cycle is super regular, so I’ve been freaking out thinking I might be pregnant. I took a pregnancy test and it came back negative, but still... nothing. No period. I've had some discharge, and today I noticed a few drops of spotting, but that stopped immediately. My lower abdomen is aching too, and while I'm not actually vomiting, I definitely feel nauseous. No weird metallic taste in my mouth, though. Has anyone ever dealt with anything like this??? Is there any way I could be pregnant even if the test says otherwise? Has this happened to anyone else? I took the test three days ago, which means it’s been over 19 days since that "critical encounter" (you know, following those instructions on the box about waiting at least 19 days). I made sure to follow every single step perfectly, too!

It’s entirely possible you could be pregnant, or maybe you aren't... when was M supposed to show up?

I was with my boyfriend about a week ago—we used a condom—but now I’ve been dealing with morning nausea. Could this be an early sign of pregnancy? How long does it typically take for those first symptoms to actually show up?

THANKS SO MUCH!!!
