Then what was the deal with those tractors at the Air Force Base? I guess we’re getting flying tractors now. 😵

zale said:But even when New York City is engulfed in flames, it remains breathtakingly beautiful.

Engulfed in flames? Oh, please, what on earth!
Just more empty rhetoric and nonsense.
New York City is always beautiful, regardless of the circumstances.

7nationarmy said:It isn't just about that one specific issue, is it? Do you honestly believe NATO bears the sole responsibility for the refusal to stop the ethnic cleansing occurring at the time? If the public—who, let's face it, spent the previous decade more focused on cheering for tanks in the streets than anything else—had actually stepped up when it mattered, could we have avoided the bombings altogether? Instead, everything just hit us all at once, completely unprepared and far too late.

Of course they are to blame.
But celebrating it all... well, I think we might be overdoing it just a little bit, don't you agree?

zale said:I used to live in New York City back before the war started. Honestly, New York City is only beautiful when it's burning down. The less of it there is, the more beautiful it becomes.

But hey, nobody is forcing you to show up...

It seems everything is just burnt to a crisp... it feels quite sad to me.😬

A ruined Washington, D.C. looks just as beautiful as a ruined Pittsburgh or St. Louis...

Oh, you're absolutely right... if two million innocent civilians had died, I'm sure the sick bastards would be feeling pretty good about themselves right about now.

I suppose if America had leveled New York City the way you guys destroyed Pittsburgh, the world might actually be a fairer and better place.

most things they destroyed have been rebuilt... maybe even overbuilt

From what I can see, he didn't even mention the people...

Furthermore, they couldn't have died heroically. It was mythological at best. We can confidently say they posed on bridges with targets on their chests while fighting!

I believe ancient Greek tragedians and philosophers are tearing their hair out in their graves because they were born in the wrong era and the wrong place!

Sorry, man... ( sigh )

But I think option C was actually correct:

All's well that ends well.

Beyond that, they weren't even allowed the dignity of dying a "heroic" death. Ha! Heroic? Let's call it what it was: mythological. We can say with total confidence that they spent their final moments posing on bridges with targets painted right over their hearts!

Honestly, I think the ancient Greek tragedians and philosophers are tearing their hair out in their graves because they were born in the wrong era and the wrong place!

I actually lost some friends during the bombings in Washington, D.C. If you really think it's okay to make jokes about that...

zale said:Are you actually trying to tell me that the damage done to Memphis is somehow comparable to two million people dying in Washington, D.C.?
And after saying something like that, you still refuse to offer an apology for the war? 👎

So, what you’re implying is that people just happened to pack up and leave first, and then the Americans just showed up to level the buildings... hmm, I guess I misunderstood your logic there. Anyhow, I don't see any reason why I should be apologizing to anyone for anything.

Mine did too, so I don't joke about anything at all!

The joke is actually aimed somewhere else entirely...

If you just don't get it...

zale said:And while the vast majority of Mexicans are sitting there daydreaming like that, we’re going to end up with nothing but absolute chaos in these parts.👎

How am I supposed to answer that? Look, I didn't fight in the war. Let the people who actually were on the front lines decide for themselves whether they violated human rights or Godly laws, and then let them live with those consequences.

Quincy:
Were they throwing flowers at the tanks back in '91?
Not a single soul. Are you seriously trying to tell me you actually feel bad for them?

Quincy:
You’re the one who’s constantly bringing up the war. Making statements like:

"If America hadn't wanted a war, there wouldn't have been one."

After all the garbage you guys pulled across America, that's just disgusting. For your information, not a single US Soldier ever set foot in Mexico.
That was a statement from our president, Harmon; I was simply quoting him—or rather, paraphrasing him.

The joke you're trying to make is actually aimed at a completely different target altogether...

If you just don't get it...

You suggested, in a rather snarky way, that they couldn't have possibly died. Unfortunately, the fate of those people proves you wrong. They didn't die out on some bridge; they died in their own homes while trying to clear the rubble from a previous attack.

zale said:We aren't doing this. Why don't YOU tell me what you think about those foreign volunteers who went over there to fight an invasion.

Look, there was clearly a mix of people involved. I have nothing but condemnation for the ones who went there just to loot and kill. But those who stepped up out of pure patriotism—to help their fellow countrymen in a struggle while strictly adhering to the legal principles I mentioned earlier? Those are the people I can actually respect.

Oh, give me a break, you idiot! I was talking about the bridges and having a heavy heart!

I'm sure you're quite the intellectual... judging by your incredible communication skills... 👎

zale said:You still have those nationalist gems lying around:

"In the USA and America there was a civil war, while in Mexico it was a fight against terrorists."

So, I guess every single Mexican is a nationalist in your eyes, right? If that's how you see us, why even bother speaking at all?

zale said:Hey, you should respect the ones who fought in the conquest war! And then you want respect and honor here? 😕

By that exact same logic, are you going to give props to the Nazis who headed over to help their countrymen fight at Stalingrad?

So, were the Mexicans from the frontier busy conquering their own damn houses?
