I mean, sure, that might work, but what if the prompt actually says "include reference number when paying"?
What if they screw up the tracking later and I'm stuck dealing with a massive headache? 🙈

A thirteen-digit number would be the Social Security number 🤔 Personally, I’d probably go with the Tax ID. I don't think it'll fly without referencing a specific identification number 🤷

Can someone please tell me for sure if I can use the mobile app to make a deposit into a Junior Savings account? I'm asking because when I went down to my local Chase branch, the staff couldn't give me a straight answer about whether that option actually exists on the app...???!?!
Thanks in advance

Of course you can—it just gets categorized as a child's savings account. But don't think you can just swipe a card and spend it whenever you feel like it; you can only withdraw specific amounts at the bank depending on the kid's age and whatever federal regulations are currently in play. If you need more than that, you're going to have to deal with Child Protective Services or social services

Can someone please tell me if it’s actually possible to log into the online banking portal using a security token? I keep getting hit with an error message saying it can't establish a connection with JPMorgan Chase. Is this just my luck, or is their system actually acting up right now?

Finally back up and running for me too. Thanks a ton—looks like it was just one of those temporary glitches.😁

God, did anyone else get burned by their latest garbage design? I used to just grab my templates, swap out the phone number and price, and hit submit. Now, apparently, I have to run an update first. Great. Thanks to them, I just botched a payment and now I’m completely swamped.

It gave me a massive headache yesterday too while I was trying to figure things out🤦. But what kind of update are you talking about? My templates worked perfectly fine, except I had to manually type in the payment purpose myself

I just swap out the invoice number and the amount on every bill, then hit pay. Basically sticking to the old template. Now I have to be hyper-vigilant and double-check everything. It’s a mess

Jesus, these constant changes are driving me absolutely insane... didn't they just overhaul everything a few weeks ago?🙂🙂😠

I’m also struggling with this new layout. It isn't clear to me what I should enter in the field for my routing number when prompted. Why are my old saved templates suddenly invalid? Could someone please provide some assistance? 🙂

Click that top field under "Payer"—it’ll trigger a dropdown menu with all your linked accounts, so you can just pick whichever one you want to use. If you’re settling utility bills, there’s an account number section right in the middle (or a routing/account combo, if that's how they phrase it—honestly, I was too lazy to actually set up my Chase mobile app properly) 🤣
. Just check that box and type in the recipient's info. I spent about 15 minutes playing around with the Bank of America app yesterday
. edit:
There's also an option at the top of the transfer slip to pull up an old template. I’ve never bothered using them myself—too much effort.

Roughly how long does it usually take for an international wire transfer to actually hit my US bank account?
Also, I’ve been waiting on a refund from June 22nd to show up... still nothing. 😢 🙄

The same day it was sent from abroad? 😲
Which country?

I had a transfer sent to me in North Mexico today via Western Union... does that mean I should see it hit my account by tomorrow?
Or how does the whole WU process actually work?
