Google is expensive, and from what I know, you don't even get direct deposits. You just end up getting cash through the mail. I’ve never actually seen money move that way myself, so I can't say for sure if it's 100% legit

It says here that I can 🤔 http://savjeti.novac.net/blogovi/upl...-tekuci-racun/
Will they actually send me an alert if I need to head down to the bank to move some funds around, or am I just left guessing?

edit: found the answers myself... 🤣

Quick question.
What’s the most cost-effective way to snag a token from the Fed?

I’m looking to transfer $1,500 from my foreign currency account into a USD checking account. It isn't actually my account, but I am the authorized representative for it.

My plan allows for five free transactions per month.

I wanted to check if I would be charged any commission or fees for this specific transaction?

To be clear, we are talking about a total of $1,500.

Hey everyone, quick question for the group. I've got a housing savings account over at Wells Fargo, and I was wondering if I could just move some of those funds into my regular checking account—also with Wells Fargo. Can I actually pull this off through online banking or the mobile app, or is it one of those things where I'm stuck having to deal with someone in person? Is it even possible?

Moving funds from a home savings account directly to a checking account? That’s only an option if you either terminate the agreement or wait for it to mature—and even then, you have to head down to a Chase branch or a local credit union to sign the paperwork. Once that’s done, the bank handles the transfer. You can't just move money out of a dedicated home savings plan whenever you feel like it.
Unless I completely misunderstood the question? 🤷 🤔

Hi there,

I’ve been scouring the various threads here, but I couldn't find anything that quite matches my situation—so I'm starting a new one. I hope this doesn't break any rules regarding duplicate topics...

Here’s the deal: I had my Chase mobile banking app and the security token app fully set up and running on my android device. Everything was fine until I decided to perform a factory reset on my phone. After wiping everything, I went ahead and reinstalled both apps...

Now I've hit a wall. I can't actually use either application because they're both demanding an identification code and an activation code. I still have my ID code, but the activation code—which I believe was sent to my phone by the bank via SMS—is no longer valid.

To make matters worse, I don't own one of those physical hardware tokens; I've been relying entirely on the mobile version, which is currently useless. This means I'm effectively locked out of my online banking entirely. If anyone could point me in the right direction, I would truly appreciate it. Thanks 😉

If you’ve got an active e-wallet token, just log in on your PC and send yourself the activation key. If not, give their support line a call at 1-800-555-0199 and tell them to shoot it over. 😉

Thanks, 🙂 edit: turns out I don't actually have a physical security token, so I gave them a ring—they told me they couldn't just mail one out and that I’d have to drop by a local Chase branch in person. Just figured I'd share in case anyone else runs into this headache.

I have no clue why, but my accounting software just died after the latest Java update. I moved from the old version to Java SE update 21... at least when using Internet Explorer 10 or Firefox 20.

Anyway, if you use this software, stay far away from the new update... it seriously tested my patience today.😳

For anyone who already updated and suddenly found themselves stuck, here is where you can grab the old version:
Java SE 7 update 17 works perfectly fine.😉
Basically, just uninstall the new version, reinstall 7 update 17, and everything runs smooth again.🙂

Look, that's ancient history and it just doesn't cut it anymore.

So, here’s what you actually need to do to get things sorted:

1. Scrub every single trace of Java off your computer
2. Give your PC a quick restart
3. Head over to java.com and grab the latest version (right now it's 7u21)
4. Reboot one more time

And boom, you're back in business. If that still doesn't fix it, then you aren't dealing with a Java issue, it's something else entirely.

Take care!

Anyone else having issues with that new Financial Planner tool over at Chase?
I signed up for it online over three weeks ago, and I've just been stuck staring at this message ever since:

"Data preparation is underway. Your Financial Planner will be ready to use in a few minutes. Once complete, you can access it via the 'New Financial Planner!' link in the main Chase menu."

I emailed customer service about a week ago, and they just gave me the usual "IT is working on a fix" line, but still nothing. 🙄

Alright folks, so today I went through Chase and set up a template just to wire some funds to someone's account via their routing number.
I authorized everything with my security token, and at the very end, the screen actually told me that the transaction was processed successfully.

I ended up deleting the template because I don't see any point in keeping it around—it’s not like there's an easy way to just make a one-off payment without setting up a whole template first anyway...

So now, I'm staring at my transaction history, scrolling through the recent activity, and I can't find a single trace of what I just sent out today.

Did the money actually move, or am I just talking to myself here?
Why doesn't the app send a notification if the transfer fails? It shouldn't be left to me to sit here wondering if my money actually went anywhere...

Maybe your transaction hasn't actually cleared yet—especially if you sent the money to a different bank—and that’s why your balance is still showing the same old number until everything finally processes

So, I decided to dig a little deeper into my Chase app and found this "payment history" section... turns out the transaction went through just fine, but from what I can see, it’s sitting there waiting for May 27th. And apparently, I can still cancel it until then.
I didn't mess with any of the dates or anything—just left everything at the default settings—but I gotta ask you pros... does this mean we're looking at a one-day delay for money to actually hit someone else's account from now on???

Look, that’s just how it works when you're sending money to an account at a different bank.

If you try to pull this off later in the day, the payment won't actually clear until the next business day—I mean, they definitely gave you a heads-up about that right when you clicked "confirm transaction," didn't they? 😉

If you had just moved that cash over to Chase, the transfer would have gone through instantly.

aha, thanks

hey, if you could just walk me through this

what’s the deal with the "call by number" thing? I see it popping up on some offers all the time
there's this little icon and then a big one for signing up

The payment reference helps the recipient match the incoming funds to their own records, like an outstanding invoice or account balance.
In the little box, you enter a two-digit "code"—basically just a way to validate the other numbers—and then dump the remaining amount into the big box.
Most people just call this info a reference number.

I’m having a total nightmare trying to get the IRS website to actually load. It’s been down for me for a few days now—just won't load, period. I’ve already tried messing around with different Java versions and clearing my cookies, but nothing is working.
I am seriously losing my mind here and have zero clue what else to try. Right now, I’m running Java 7u21 and Firefox 21. Is anyone else dealing with this exact same headache, or does anyone happen to know a fix? thanks 🙂

^^ Just wanted to jump back in here and follow up on my previous post—especially if anyone else is currently losing their mind over this same issue.
I finally stumbled upon a workaround: if you type Chase.com directly into Google and click the link from there, it’s the only way the page actually loads for me.
I tried downloading several different versions of Java, thinking that might fix the glitch, but honestly? It did absolutely nothing. Turns out, just using the Google search method is the only thing that actually works. 👋
