Gaudrath said:I bet you have some seriously weird pets... 😉

Not me. I just deal with pests... 😁

And why even be surprised? It’s right there in the thread title. 😁
I mean, I totally agree with that too...

Who did what to whom, when, why, the motives, the messy relationships... none of that actually matters. 😉
It all boils down to energy vampires.
You guys can spin it however makes you feel better or fits your worldview, but my take is that we're all just leeches. 🙂
Anytime, any amount...

Certain people follow you through specific chapters of life. But then, you outgrow them. They stay stuck where they are, trying to pull you back down to their level. If you want to keep moving forward, you’ll eventually have to leave them behind. It’s just part of life. Don't let it weigh on you. New people will come along—maybe even people who find you to be a bit much sometimes...

It's dark, and honestly, it really is. You enter these "conflicts" with others solely to learn something. Either you learn from them, or you learn what it feels like when you're the one causing the friction. It's about patience, empathy... basically, it's all lessons. But now what? Well, you have to put in some work too; it wouldn't be fair to expect everything to be handed to you on a silver platter. It's incredibly hard to endure that phase while people are draining you... but if you watch any decent movie, you'll see that spiritual growth is basically a battle against various demons—some our own, some from others—and then, we win. We do.

I actually enjoy scrolling through this whole thread because everyone here acts like they aren't just being total leeches to someone else... we've all been the parasite at some point without even realizing it 😉

Damn. You're right. We really need to stay vigilant and remember what it feels like when others squeeze us dry... so we don't end up doing the same to anyone else.👋

Burzum said:Astral vampirism is actually quite an effective practice. 😁 Some people use advanced versions for much more sophisticated purposes. 👍 There’s even a type of vampirism practiced by certain individuals—including Oscar Wilde—that's powerful enough to drain a victim to death with nothing more than a single kiss.

Where on earth did you get that idea about Wilde?
If you read *De Profundis*, it sounds more like his lover was the one practicing that kind of vampirism.

Regarding that point about whether we’re all just leeches—I actually mentioned that right back in my opening post!

Oh, we absolutely are. 🙂

Like I said before, as much as I absolutely loathe being a parasite, I catch myself doing it constantly. It happens almost every single day.
It’s usually just the little things, but when it comes to draining people... man, you have to admit it's real.

Actually, if we set aside my own issue, which is now 🙂 (thanks for the help), the fundamental question here is whether energy—specifically how it's distributed and wasted—is the core foundation of our entire existence, of how we live?

Can we actually improve our quality of life, our spirit, and our very character by focusing on the flow of energy?

And does someone else necessarily have to be drained just so one person can "recharge"?

Shortcuts might exist, but then it isn't really "it." There’s this one issue—when our own thoughts are messy and everything feels cluttered, our energy just collapses. To me, that seems like a natural part of personal growth; we probably have to go through all those stages. Once we realize we can't keep living like that, we start looking for answers. That’s when these questions come up. People start following different paths... and honestly, the choice is ours. We can close ourselves off to avoid getting hurt, or we can stay open, even if it means a little suffering, or just staying stagnant... and so on.
The possibilities are endless...
I’m not sure exactly what steps to take... and I don't think there's a universal manual for every situation, but I am certain of one thing: once you reach a point where you feel stable and secure within yourself, then external things—people, circumstances—won't be able to shake your life.
A lot of things help... like doing good even when people walk over you, prayer, or light meditation (nothing cultish, just using it to relax rather than chasing specific goals). It’s about staying steady when the storm hits and trying to observe and understand the people around us without getting swept up emotionally. I know that sounds cold, but it isn't. We’re still here, feeling everything, but we try to keep a level head. If you can pair that with empathy instead of judgment, everything should be fine... though I won't lie, it takes a long, long time. Don't give up. 👋

Jack Harris3 said:To me, a leech is anyone who drains someone else's energy. Period. 🙂

If they do it with permission, then suddenly they're a "darling" little leech. 😁

Heh, 👍 sounds like you're just coddling the leech—whispering sweet nothings to it. 😁

Gaudrath said:How do you send someone energy? I’m not trying to get all mystical on you... but what Pesica is saying is actually spot on. And it doesn't have to be an email. It could be a call, a text, maybe even a letter if you aren't in a rush. Positive energy is just positive thought. The easiest way to refill someone's "tank" is simply letting them know they're on your mind and that you're rooting for them. No need for deep philosophy; pretty much anyone can do it. That's my take on it.

I'd basically agree with this... 😉

What if we focused more on the power sources instead of the consumers? If you stay "full" by knowing how to recharge—through music, a good book, spring weather, or a kiss—then nobody can touch you...

Why does the noble Gaudrath claim to be a volcano of energy? Because he's sitting right on top of the source. Find your own fuel and plug in. Just don't do it by being a leech... 😉

Jack Harris3 said:“Leeches,” energy vampires, Organic Portals, pre-Adamite humans, sons of God, and anthropoids—these are all just different labels for people lacking an individual soul. They act as conduits for the “matrix” to feed on, or more accurately, they serve specific entities from the 4D “polarity OPS.” Think of them like straws or cables used to suck the life force out of Adamite humans (those with individual souls), who essentially function as batteries in this 3D reality. These entities can be activated by “matrix controllers” whenever they need to ramp up the energy drain from specific individuals, though for the most part, they’re constantly running in the background. We’ve basically been programmed not to notice, and if we actually do catch on, they manipulate us into thinking something is wrong with our own heads. Eventually, we end up doubting ourselves instead of seeing them for what they are. (It's all just part of our mental programming.)”

The whole concept is laid out pretty clearly in this article here:

Take care!

Why is nobody saying anything about this??? 😲

Man, you are such a textbook example of someone who just reads something and swallows it whole... 😁 Djaba! 👎

I don't feel like reading all that, but I already disagree with half of what was said... or let me put it better—I disagree with how it was presented. We know a thing or two about psychopathy, and it's a lot more complicated than that 😉

I think we all act like a bit of an energy vampire from time to time. We all lean on others; it’s just part of being human. We all need that recharge. But there's a massive difference between people who give back and those who just take. To me, the ones who constantly drain you without ever offering anything in return? Those are the true vampires. I make it a point to stay far away from them. Especially right now.

You can be a total energy vampire even when you're giving—it’s just that the vibe you're putting out is pure negativity. That's what actually destroys people.

Whenever I happen to stumble upon a leech, I find myself indulging in a little mental exercise where I visualize a massive, brilliant burst of energy just radiating outward from my body, completely obliterating any and all things clinging to me. 😁

restlessmarlin6 said:Why is it that they always show up right when you finally feel like you have the strength and the power to take on the whole world—even yourself? Why does it happen just as you finally start believing in what you can actually do?
Why do they pop up exactly when you're feeling like an absolute powerhouse?

What is it about people that makes them want to drain you? Like, they just want to break you down and crush you, figuratively and literally?
Why do they try to leech off your strength just to make themselves feel stronger?

I mean... how does that actually look in practice? Give me some more detail... talk to me like I'm a detective interrogating you...

It’s always a good idea to ask (the universe, God, the angels, love, ...) for protection against all negativity, dark thoughts, and fears, while simply stepping away from people who drain your energy. Just feel the love, immerse yourself in it, focus on it, and then nothing can touch you. Ever...

If you just immerse yourself in love and focus on that, surely nothing can touch you. Right?

And then you get cancer... or maybe you just get hit by a high-speed train.
So much for being untouchable just because you're "living in love" and whispering prayers to the angels.
