I truly hope whoever started this thread is picking up some sort of spiritual enlightenment from all these posts. 😂

A tiny bit of light finally flickered into this thread before being blown out again, 😁 but I suppose there might still be some potential left in the wreckage. 😬

Who knows what we’ve actually gathered from all this. 😉

1. So, Master, how are things going with you?
__________________________

"How OTHER 'fathers' are doing."
(An old-school, secular way of putting it, quite different from the Master's approach)

righteous one:

2. Do you happen to hold any sort of certification for your mastery?
_________________________

And just who exactly are you looking to be validated by?
If you are out here hunting for a "certificate," righteous one, then what is even the point of this entire discussion?
If you already know which institutions are authorized to hand out such credentials, then surely you must also know who—and what—constitutes a true spiritual teacher?
Is this little interrogation merely a way for you to pass the time between meals?

righteous one:
_________________________
3. Have you earned respect as a Master from those you have actually helped, or just from people who don't even know you?
_________________________

You really are just entertaining yourself between meals, aren't you?
Claiming to be "respected" by people who haven't even realized you assisted them is a hollow boast.

righteous one:

4. Can you provide even a single example of a method you've used to help a confused soul, drawn from your own experience as a Teacher?

Less talking, more listening—that should be your starting point. 😎 🙄

Honestly, it’s solid advice. That’s exactly how hiddenviper9 got their start, and look at them now! 😁

I'm being dead serious here.

My spiritual mentor told me seven months ago:
1. Use intense mental focus to program your memory cells to shed excess weight.
2. Cut back on meat and bread, and eat more fruit instead!
3. Drink less—both water and juice!
Everything else stayed the same.

Whether anyone on this forum actually believes me doesn't matter; I lost 36 pounds in just one month using this method.

Just a side note.
I did all of this under the supervision of several medical specialists who monitored my physical and mental health, as well as my vital organs.

I originally wanted to share my entire weight loss journey on the Science subforum, but I decided against it because of one idiot.

Pure nonsense. You absolutely have to stay hydrated. Drink plenty of fluids, consistently... Dehydration is nothing short of dangerous and detrimental to your health.😉 🙏

Karen Sanchez19, I think it might be time for your mom to put you back in your crib for a nap.

But first, answer me this: Do you even know what percentage of fruit is actually water?

If you're clueless, go ahead and ask Jose Reyes. 😉

Somewhere in the ballpark of 95 percent... but honestly, does that even matter anymore?

Just drink more water to keep the kidneys functioning properly... plus, it actually helps with weight loss.

If you’re clueless, why don't you go ask Jose Reyes?

And honestly, shouldn't your mother just put you back in a crib at this point, hiddenviper9?

You still owe a proper ANSWER to Master John regarding his question about how you supposedly managed your "selective exemption from karma."

Even Karen Sanchez19, Jack Harris3, and a few other sharp minds have already recoiled at the gaping void within your memory-based fairy tales, and they are practically begging for some actual wisdom from you instead.

Just for some biographical context, Master John has been a macrobiotic vegetarian for twenty-five years now. 🙂

Master John has been a macrobiotic vegetarian for twenty-five years now—just some biographical context for the record.

Is this driven by some deep-seated internal compulsion, or what?

It’s funny how every single one of these "enlightened" types seems to be a vegetarian...

Is that some kind of prerequisite? Or just a coincidence?

😕

Look, I’m not a vegetarian myself... but I’ve reached a point where the whole idea of meat and killing is starting to turn my stomach.

I suppose that’s why I only care for heavily seasoned meat; I want it to taste more like smoke and paprika than actual flesh. 😎 😁

It seems as though every single one of these so-called "enlightened" individuals happens to be a vegetarian...

Is that some kind of mandatory prerequisite now? Or perhaps just a trend?

Karen Sanchez19, Master John has pointed out on numerous occasions that ENLIGHTENMENT DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY SPECIFIC DIETARY RESTRICTIONS.🙂

Jose Reyes said:Congrats to Karen Sanchez19, Jack Harris3, and anyone else with half a brain... you guys were all clearly shaken up by those massive gaps in your memory stories, and honestly, you're probably still craving a bit of that wisdom...

What did I do wrong this time? I asked him a long time ago what even interested me about his stuff in the first place... 😁

The comment I left was coming from a completely different place... 😁
And besides, it was directed at you, not him... 😁

Jose Reyes said:Master John will be more than happy to address any questions you might have.😎 🙏

Personally, I’d be curious about a few things,

based on the various criteria and signs of enlightenment typically found in the literature...

1) Someone claiming to be enlightened isn't actually enlightened.

2) An enlightened person wouldn't dismiss someone else's realization or belittle other teachers.

****

From what I can see, M—just like you—seems to be breaking both rules here. It's like how a company would never turn around and say their competitor is a bad brand; you'll never hear an Audi rep claim Mercedes is a junk car.🙂

Jose Reyes hasn't offered an explanation or commented on why, for instance, he claims these figures aren't enlightened:

Buddha
Muhammad

Osho
Krishnamurti
Balsekar
Eckhart Tolle

So, I think M needs to clarify a couple of points:

1) In his view, who *is* enlightened, and what makes them so?

2) Which of these famous names are not, and why?

from what I can see, M—John, much like yourself, violates both principles, specifically numbers 1 and 2; even corporate branding follows this logic, after all, you'll never hear a Ford representative claim that a Mercedes is a bad car.

THAT IS THE "PROBLEM," members of this forum.
It is this incessant churning in your minds, creating images and mental constructs.
Not a single shred of actual "ENLIGHTENMENT" has touched your souls, yet every one of you nurtures and
waters YOUR OWN PRECONCEPTIONS regarding what
this "ENLIGHTENMENT" is supposed to look like.

And then, predictably, you find yourselves confused when a LIVING BEING among us actually NAMES HIMSELF ENLIGHTENED,
failing to match any of the scenes you've conjured or the rigid molds you've memorized.

There are two things you ought to know from any decent spiritual "tradition":
First, NO ENLIGHTENED PERSON resembles ANOTHER
ENLIGHTENED PERSON.

And second, a TRULY ENLIGHTENED HUMAN being is equally and inherently
ORIGINAL.

Therefore, all your PRECONCEPTIONS in this regard are futile.
All your COMPARISONS are utterly senseless.
All your "KNOWLEDGE" in this field is nothing more than Harry Potter-esque IMAGINATION.
Stop the DAYDREAMING and simply observe WHO STANDS BEFORE YOU.

What literature, people?
On this entire planet today, you won't find five "PUBLICLY" ENLIGHTENED BEINGS.
So, who exactly is composing these spiritual blueprints of enlightenment?
The "THIRD-WAVE" of new-age SPIRITUALITY, certainly.

hiddenpuma75, citing any SOURCE at all, even literary ones, regarding the realm of ULTIMATE REALIZATION, is a pure 99.999 percent hazard.
Are you really going to take this "factography" seriously just because it is WRITTEN SOMEWHERE?

And ask yourself: why should an ENLIGHTENED MAN resemble your little saints, hiddenpuma75?
You will only discover yet another MOUNT EVEREST of your own social conditioning.

As for your other questions—Master John has already answered everything regarding "The Challenge" and elsewhere on this forum.
Perhaps, just perhaps, he might grace you with one more insight.😛 😳 😠

Honestly, folks, why is everyone jumping down the Jose Reyes's throat like this?!?😲
Rather than actually sitting back and letting him share some enlightened wisdom, you all just relentlessly force him into this exhausting cycle of constant defense and self-justification...
And in the process, he loses precious time that could be spent on his actual "enlightenment"...

Jose Reyes, if it means anything to you—I’m with you. 👋

There is one truth: NO ENLIGHTENED being resembles ANOTHER
ENLIGHTENED BEING.

This leaves me scratching my head...?

In what sense do they not resemble one another? I just don't get it...

I mean, isn't there just one single "Master" within us all? Though, now that I think about it, does an enlightened person even possess a personality? If they do, then my point stands perfectly firm.

Jose Reyes said:Maybe you need one more little lesson to finally get the point.😛 😳 😠

1) It’s not just about me—it’s about everyone!

2) You still haven't actually answered my two specific questions.

3) I am never claiming that an enlightened being has to fit into some pre-made mold!
So please, stop trying to pin views on me that aren't mine.

My intuition tells me that every free, realized being is truly UNIQUE—special in their own way—and they simply CANNOT be imitated.

They are unique in the same way there is only one Einstein, even though there are thousands of PhD physicists out there.

Or how there is only one Mozart, while there are countless other poets.

And I believe anyone should be able to do whatever they want (provided they aren't causing suffering to others).

4) However, I *do* maintain that you can't claim certain eccentricities for yourself while denying them to others. For instance, you can't look at Osho, Adi Da Samadhi, Krishnamurti, or UG, and then say they aren't enlightened while claiming John is!

5) I’m still sticking to my simple question that you dodged:

By what standard did you measure and decide that

Osho, Krishnamurti, Balesar, Papaji, etc., are NOT "enlightened beings"?

And why?

6) Give me five examples of public or semi-public enlightened beings who are currently living here in America or anywhere else in the world. Do you even know anyone today who is truly enlightened?
