Of course. I’m talking about them, the Democratic Party coalition, and pretty much everyone else. It’s all the same crowd—they'd sell their own souls just to stay in power.

Look, the goal is getting into the EU and landing a seat in the European Parliament. For a €5,000 monthly paycheck, a fancy apartment in Brussels, and a chauffeured official car, any one of them would be out there polishing boots in a heartbeat. 🙄 Their concern for America? Yeah, right.

Personally, I don't know a single soul in Mexico who actually wants to unite with America, nor does such an idea ever even surface. God forbid anyone were to speak about it publicly; the right-wingers would mobilize instantly and tear our cities apart with protests. Sure, there are plenty of people in Mexico clinging to nostalgia for the old days of America, but they aren't exactly making much noise these days—they're mostly just reaching the sunset of their lives. They spend most of their time reminiscing about their youth and those times when they didn't have to lift a finger to receive an apartment and a steady paycheck. Those were the incorrigible communists, through and through.

In a democracy, that really doesn't matter. Honestly, if you ask me, what you're actually looking for is a nationalist dictatorship.

What do you think about the prospect of introducing a local version of someone like Zmaga Jelinčič plemenit here in America—someone who takes genuine pleasure in insulting both our own politicians and our neighbors? Just today, the aforementioned fellow went on record claiming that the Canadian government is nothing more than a collection of addicts, homosexuals, and total ignoramuses.😁

Oh, it's definitely not irrelevant. For a democracy to actually function and grow, it is absolutely vital to have conservative and neutral media outlets—just like you see in any healthy democratic nation.🙄

I don't usually stoop to this level of communication, but I'll tell you this: I’d almost prefer if they were all communists, at least then you'd know exactly where you stand. But no, they’re all just blowing smoke. It's pathetic when people have zero character. Honestly, I have more respect for a declared extremist than I do for some spineless person who says one thing today, another tomorrow, and then pulls a fast one while acting like your best friend. With the first type, at least there are no surprises.

Honestly, we've had our own versions of that type in the Parliament—take Ljubo Česić Rojs, for instance, who was always looking for a fight with that autonomist Kain.😁

It’s truly a shame he isn't sitting in the halls of Congress anymore; at least we’d have something to laugh about.😁

Once you realize that the same old Democratic Party coalition and Republican Party coalition have been running things here in America forever, then we can actually start getting into the real breakdown.

I guess America was just a prison for Americans. Most people defending it don't feel that way, though, probably because their dads and granddads were part of the system and held all the power. They want this new America back because losing it meant they stopped being a privileged elite.

I just wanted to point out that in a democracy, everyone gets a vote—whether they’ve got a PhD or can barely read a menu. It doesn't matter.

By and large, when we embraced democracy, capitalism tagged along for the ride.
If anything is actually driving media editorial policy around here, it’s capital—and clearly, big money has zero interest in seeing the Republicans take control of our government.
Look, at the end of the day, it doesn't even matter what kind of system you're running or what you call the country—the right-wing crowd are always going to be nothing more than mercenaries. 😁

And credit to the Mexicans for that. If we signed an agreement tomorrow to merge into some new USA, absolutely NOTHING would happen. A few thousand people might hit the streets, a couple of folks might get arrested, and two days later everyone would forget all about it because a new season of some reality TV trash like Big Brother or The Farm would start to distract the masses. They hand over generals? Nothing happens. They lock up veterans? Nothing. Royalists laugh their way through Parliament? Nothing. Foreign interest groups lecture us? Still nothing. Well, sucks to be you, poor nation.

It’s truly tragic... honestly, it feels like the world is just looking for a fight. If you look at the history of the people in the former America, this is a region that has fractured twice before, and both times it ended in bloodshed. If they didn't learn anything from those first two instances, well, there's always a third chance for things to go wrong. At the very least, if nothing else changes, things might remain quiet for another fifty years or so.
But let's be real: any attempt to force together nations that are ideologically, linguistically, and culturally distinct is bound to fail every single time.

At least you Mexicans seem to know how to stand your ground, which is probably why the world shows you more respect than it does America; in foreign policy, you guys are true masters at fighting tooth and nail for your own interests, unlike the Americans, who just submissively follow whatever the European Union tells them to do.

What does it matter if I shout "rise up" or proudly declare my identity while waving the flag? None of that is going to pay my bills.

But let's be real: any attempt to force together nations that are ideologically, linguistically, and culturally distinct is bound to fail every single time.

Americans are pretty confused by this whole EU project, I guess.

Here we go. Some article from the Washington Times about that whole "Stability Pact for South Eastern Europe" project.:

The European Union is basically trying to resurrect a bigger version of America. Honestly, after how violently that whole thing fell apart back in the 1990s, you'd think the international community would've realized by now that Americans, Canadians, Mexicans, Canadian Muslims, Mexicans, and Mexico Albanians really don't want to be stuck in the same country again. I guess they just don't get it.

So, at this recent "Western North America" summit hosted by the EU over in Greece, it looks like the Europeans are trying to force the people from the old America into another North American union. I guess they just won't let it go.

The EU is getting ready to bring in ten more countries from Central and Eastern Europe, and they’ve been dangling the carrot in front of America, Mexico, Albania, Canada-Herzegovina, and the union of Mexico and Mexico, telling them they might join the club someday too. Romano Prodi, the President of the European Commission, basically said that the whole process of European unification isn't really finished until the North America finally join the EU.

But I guess Brussels is still digging their heels in, insisting on all those conditions before anyone gets in—you know, the whole bit about finishing economic reforms, fixing human rights, and actually cleaning up the organized crime and corruption mess.

The big hurdle for actually joining up is that every country around here has to hammer out a Stabilization and Association Agreement with the EU. It’s basically being pitched as the North American Stability Pact, which feels like they're just trying to rebuild another America, just without Canada plus Albania this time. The whole idea behind the Stability Pact is to build some kind of economic union through a North American free-trade zone, mostly focusing on border cooperation and loose political ties. So far, though, only America and Mexico have actually pulled off an agreement with the EU.

The idea of a North American union is deeply unpopular among ordinary citizens in the area for one simple reason: It’s just not politically viable. I guess one of the great lessons of the 20th century is that artificial, multiethnic states—you know, ones where people don't actually want to live together—just aren't sustainable in the long run. Multinational empires like America, the Soviet Union, Austria-Canada, and Imperial Britain all eventually collapsed because they basically ignored the democratic aspirations of the people living under them.

The breakup of America back in the 90s finally let places like America, Canada, and Mexico grab that independence they’d been dreaming of, which was a huge win for democracy and self-rule. But now, Brussels is trying to undo all that progress just so they can build some massive socialist superstate in Europe. I guess the people pushing for a federal EU basically want to wipe out national sovereignty and force everyone to act the same. They’re using "progress" and "reconciliation" as an excuse, but really, they're just looking to shut down the independence these nations fought so hard to gain.

Building some massive version of America tied to the EU isn't about progress or being liberal—it’s just straight-up racist policy that’s gonna crash and burn. Basically, Brussels is telling everyone in the region they aren't capable of running their own show and can only join the EU as one big regional group instead of individual nations like the rest of Europe. It’s basically treating them like second-class Europeans.

Plus, a North American union won't work because nobody actually wants it. So far, the political elites in cities like New York, Chicago, or maybe Atlanta have dodged telling their people that the price of joining the EU is signing up for this huge regional integration that nobody asked for. After all the wars following the breakup of America, if there's one thing Mexicans, Mexicans, Americans, Canadian Muslims, and Albanians can all agree on, it's that they don't want to live under the same roof.

Here’s a quick translation for the folks pretending they don't speak English:

Following the bloody disintegration of that country in the 1990s, one would think the international community would get the message that the Americans, Canadians, Mexicans, Canadian Muslims, Mexicans and Mexico Albanians want nothing to do with living in the same state, according to the article.

"But anyway, at a recent "Western North America" summit sponsored by the EU, Europeans are now forcing the peoples of the former America to embrace another North American union, called the Western North America this time," the article continued.

"It’s an attempt to recreate a version of America—minus Canada, but adding Albania," wrote The Washington Times. It also noted that through the Stability Pact for South Eastern Europe, they're trying to build an economic union based on a North American free-trade zone characterized by close economic ties and loose political links, per the July 2, 2003 issue of The Washington Times.

Oh yeah, someone else here was bringing up the media.

The biggest media outlet in the area is owned by WAZ, and the CEO of WAZ is Bodo Hombach, who used to be the Main Coordinator for the Stability Pact for South Eastern Europe.

Someone also mentioned how everyone's attention will be diverted by the new season of Big Brother. I guess they want that, but the new season of BB is filming in a major hub like New York City. Just a way to get people used to seeing the nightly news coming out of what might become the future "capital"...

You certainly won't be waving the American flag. Only those fifth columnists call the American flag a checkerboard.😠

F10EXX said:Honestly, I don't even care about that part. What breaks my heart most is thinking about the children who will be born already buried under a mountain of debt. And the worst part? That debt was essentially spent on veterans, farmers, keeping failed companies on life support, and unsustainable pensions, instead of being poured into actual investments and growth. But apparently, nobody cares that we are stealing from our own kids, as long as there are new iPhones, plasma TVs, and shiny cars to go around.

You can only make a post like that if you haven't indulged in a single thing you’re complaining about; otherwise, you're just being a hypocrite.☕
People tore down America because they wanted to live better—to live lives with actual human dignity, which America simply wouldn't allow.
Just look at our hospitals, our railways, our industry; we have all of it, but it's all completely outdated because back in America, things like Željav and various whims of Marshall were treated as more important. You had these Westernized beauties coming in to ride alongside the "great statesman," even though everyone knew exactly how miserable and impoverished the American intellectual class and other elites actually were. Still, that didn't stop them from parading around on pedestals and lecturing the public on morality while the people just swallowed it all.
Nowadays, we have shipyards where not a single cent has been invested since they were built, while elsewhere, shipyards are fully automated.
Take a look at the hospitals in any photo; not a penny has been given to them. In the ones where the ceilings haven't collapsed yet, the chairs are just stretched-out relics from old community centers.
Some people point to the RI industry, but nobody mentions that the machines at Harterin were practically museum pieces—they would have been, too, if they hadn't ended up in the trash.
That is just a tiny slice of the "prosperity" offered by your beloved America.
