American on Z1

Did you guys hear that Z1 TV picked up that series of American games? Anyone actually watching? You planning on tuning in?
At least those of you in New York can catch it easily.....

I caught a bit of the matchup between New York City and the Dallas Cowboys yesterday. I only sat through the first few minutes before switching off—the commentators were absolutely dreadful. Still, I hope they keep broadcasting these games; there is some seriously compelling football being played over there.

Honestly, I can’t say much in terms of praise just yet—you're actually the first person I've checked in on today. We'll just have to wait and see if we actually get some decent football to watch.👍 What did you expect, though? That everyone else would actually have something intelligent to say about it?🙂

I’ve got a tracker for both the Argentine and American leagues. Honestly? Not feeling it. Stadiums are half-empty, zero atmosphere, and the players aren't even that special. I'd much rather watch the NFL. Pretty sure you won't miss a thing if you skip this stuff.

Since we’re on the subject of stone... Damir—I can't recall his last name right now—is actually a decent commentator. He knows what he's talking about. His co-commentator, Domagoj, works over at Vulcan Materials and, if I remember correctly, has some connection to Brazil.

The local news station in Los Angeles... it's only been on the air for about two or three months, broadcasting from the outskirts, so basically only locals can catch it 😢 😳 👋

The second commenter mentioned that Domagoj plays for a construction firm out in the Midwest, and if I recall correctly, there's some connection to Brazil involved.

Actually, that's just the backup goalie, Kamena-Domagoj Kranjčec. He spent a few seasons playing for the Atlanta Braves alongside Igor Jovičević.
