I know we’ve touched on this before, but since tech moves at lightning speed these days, I’m looking for some fresh recommendations. Here’s my checklist: I need them to hold their own without distorting when the volume is cranked up. A solid, balanced sound profile—deep bass paired with crisp highs—is non-negotiable. I also don't want anything overly bulky or massive. My budget tops out at $133, though if I can find a great pair for $200, I’ll be thrilled. I’ll be using these for music about 70% of the time, with the rest dedicated to movies and gaming. Any suggestions? 🙏

Oh, one more thing: they need to be available through retailers in a place like Chicago, or ideally via an online shop like Best Buy or similar where they can just ship directly to my door.

Here's what I'm looking for—basically, nothing that distorts when I crank the volume up, and I need decent bass and highs that actually sound balanced. Not looking for anything massive or bulky, either. My budget is around $133, though if I can find something great for $200, I'll be thrilled. Logitech X-210. They go for $100, but honestly—they might distort if your sound card is cheap. I tried them on a laptop and then on a desktop with integrated audio, and yeah... the built-in stuff definitely struggles...
