Best all-in-one printer recommendations?

Looking for some advice on a printer—either inkjet or laser... I need something that handles both black and white and color, but my main priority is how much it’s going to bleed me dry on ink cartridges. Low running costs are the goal, followed by the initial price tag. Thanks
