Best protein powders for muscle gain?

A buddy of mine is talking about this 🙂

So, I’m just going to put it out there regardless of age—I'm 14, by the way—is that alright?
Should I toss this straight into my shake or take it on its own?

I ordered half a pound of Weider Whey $47 strawberry flavor. Is this actually a solid choice?

If my memory serves me right—and it usually does, though I can be a bit foggy sometimes—there’s a shop located pretty close to the MIT campus, just a stone's throw from one of those big banks nearby. It might be worth checking out if you don't want to deal with ordering everything through Prosport.

I don't usually mess with supplements, and this is the only site I know of, which is the one I linked... yours is definitely the better move if the price is lower and the quality stays the same 🙂

Look, folks, that 2-3% difference in protein content isn't going to move the needle for you... especially if you're just hitting the gym for fun on the weekends.
