Boy bands

Is it just me, or have they actually vanished into thin air?

There used to be a massive wave of them back in the day, everything from Boyzone and Take That all the way down to Satriani. 😁

But now?

Or am I just totally out of the loop? 🤷

I mean, that’s mostly because they don't call them boy bands anymore... nowadays everyone just labels them "indie pop bands" instead, haha...

They just stayed stuck in the 90s, along with Dance, Guns N' Roses, Grunge, AIDS, and all that other nonsense...

Yeah, boy bands nowadays are either indie, emo, or just some stuff like Cinema Bizarre, etc., etc.

Man, I just found myself thinking about the Backstreet Boys and Nick Carter today. 🤮
I guess they aren't really a thing anymore—they're just not "in" like they used to be. Maybe in another 20 years, it'll all be trendy again. Who knows, I suppose.

Neither is Dance.

Basically, they're all the same. You've got one group that's all blonde hair and blue eyes, and the other is just black hair and dark looks... it really all just boils down to the makeup. :/
