They handled our shoot. I’m satisfied. You won't find a better value for the money.
Aside from them, I only respect Zoom; they're on par. Everyone else is decades behind.

That's my take.

Hey, would you mind shooting me a PM with the price? Also, do you think I need to book them way in advance? 🙂

Shoot me a private message if you don't turn up anything—I actually got married just two months ago and I'm based right here in Indianapolis. My makeup was done by Ivanna B.; she's been a pro for a few years now and is honestly such a sweet person to work with.

Has anyone here tried the cakes or pastries from Dundo from Josipovac?

Hey there—I've actually picked up some treats from them before.
Personally, I think they're wonderful... we usually grab some for Christmas or Easter, and they’re just lovely—really delicious and they look great, too, since everything is sliced so neatly.
A kilogram is about $22, their standard cakes run between 180 and $67, and if you're looking at wedding cakes, those go from 800 to 1300.
They have their own webpage with photos of all their different cakes and pastries, so you can probably get the best feel for what they offer by checking that out.
Hope that helps a bit...

The wedding is in October, right? June and July were totally booked up, weren't they??
So, did you end up deciding on Zelenkrov? Hehe

Sorry I'm a little late to the party here... 🤣 yes, it is the same duo, and I have to say, they really are worth praising 👍 . I've seen some of their work, and honestly, it's phenomenal 🙏 . As for their pricing for next year $3667 , they don't really do those tiered packages. Their price includes an hour-long DVD and 1,000 photos, and keep in mind that every single photo is edited—you won't just get some random shot where someone's head is cut off or something. I was a bit skeptical about the DVD since it's only an hour long, but once I saw it, I was actually impressed; they basically edit out all that boring footage you usually find yourself fast-forwarding through at weddings, so the editing is great. So, that's my take on Studio 69; I am definitely booking them... as for Zelenkrov... well, yeah, obviously Zelenkrov... they are fully booked until September. If I recall correctly, they only had one date left in August and maybe one in September when I went to put down a deposit for the venue about three months ago. I'm pretty happy because I managed to secure everything I wanted... Zelenkrov, The Beatles, and Studio 69...🤣 🙂

Thanks so much. I'll give them a call to see if they do tasting samples.

Anyone know someone who rents out chillers for weddings around Warsaw or Columbus? And what’s the damage gonna be like on price?

I only heard about and saw things regarding Božo from Rokovac during Christmas, but I have no idea what the price point is... Maybe they have their own Vigus and Free Haus options, but I'm just not sure... If you happen to find out the prices, would you mind sending me a DM?

Shoutout to the cookies from Josipovac (Dundo). I picked up a single pound to test the waters, and they were gone within fifteen minutes among a group of six... My aunt suggested five pounds would cover my forty guests, but given how quickly we polished them off, I’m leaning toward eight kilos alongside the cakes...
Recommendation 👍

Dear fellow crafters,

Does anyone happen to know where I can pick up some pre-made bows without too much hassle? I spent the entire day hunting for them and came up empty-handed. I'm also looking for some tulle. I checked out a shop over in Canada and it’s quite affordable... $5.25 (dimensions about 1m x 2.20m), but the catch is that I'd have to cut it into strips roughly 30cm wide by 2.20m long, and honestly, I really don't feel up to all that tedious cutting. So, does anyone know where I might find tulle on a roll that's already close to that 30cm width (ideally in green and white), along with some ready-to-go bows?
Best regards,

I'm not a regular here, but if I can help... 🙂 I wasn't quite sure where you were shopping today, but you couldn't find any bows in Canada? I actually picked some up along the corridor for $0.27/each. Maybe it's worth taking another look over in Canada...

I actually picked up my pre-made bows while I was passing through the Canada corridor, $0.27/piece ($2.75-10pcs)

Well, I’ve been doing some searching through the local Walmart, Kiki, IKEA, Home Depot, PepsiCo, Kroger, and even Buffalo Wild Wings over here in my area, but I haven't had any luck finding any green ribbons anywhere. The tiny bit I did manage to spot at Target was priced at about 8-$$3.00 per piece, which seems a bit steep. I haven't seen them anywhere in Canada either, mostly because I wasn't quite sure where to start looking—maybe in one of those massive supermarkets or perhaps at a local farmers' market? I eventually stumbled upon some near a vendor selling curtains and home decor, but I couldn't find any bows at all. It's a bit frustrating, so I might just try heading over to Canada again tomorrow.😁

you can find them in Canada at the fairgrounds... there are stalls specifically for weddings. I went recently to grab some for myself and they have every color imaginable (green too!), and prices are only like 2 or 2.50 dollars... the bows are identical... just some booths charge 2 and others 2.50. I ended up hitting the 2.50 booth on my first try, but I can't remember which hall it was... anyway, just walk around a bit and you'll definitely find them.. they usually come in packs of 10

Hey everyone.
Does anyone know where I can find some decent wedding lighting that won't break the bank?
I've been talking to a few people, but honestly, none of this makes sense to me. They’re listing stuff like dance floor light shows, uplighting for the room, spotlights, bubble machines, fog, lasers... I just want something simple that actually looks good. No lasers, no fog machines, and as for the rest, I don't even know what's worth the money. Everyone seems to expect me to have all the answers... :-)
I could use some help here...
Thanks

In my humble opinion, if you have already decided to splash out a little cash on this stuff, the best bang for your buck is definitely the stage lighting. It really elevates the whole vibe—people tend to loosen up once the bright house lights go down, and it just looks so much better visually...
As for everything else—well, it really just comes down to how much you want to spend versus how much music you're playing. 😉

In my small town in the Midwest, they have green ribbons everywhere—large ones, medium ones, and small ones! For the medium size, I have $3.25 20 pieces, which works out to about 50 yards per piece. As for the large ones, I believe there are about 20 of them $6.75. They also carry organza and tulle, too.
