Oh yeah, I know those spots... heard they actually collaborate with each other. UFK Dubrava is run by Bernard Ban, and the crew over at UFK Trešnjevka is basically his old colleagues and guys he used to work with. A buddy of mine trains there and says the vibe is solid... anyone here actually dealt with UFC Crows? You know, the one started by Željko Banić?

The Pride Shop website shows various bags available for purchase.
However, it mentions that the bags arrive empty.
How does that work?
And if I decide to buy one, what am I supposed to fill it with?

I filled mine with some old clothes and rags.

The guy I ordered it from actually made it for me.

It settled down a bit after a while, so there's some extra room at the top, but otherwise, it's fine.

Can I throw a question out there for the Pit Bull enthusiasts? So, I see Frane Radnič has taken the top spot, and look, huge congrats to him and all, really, but I’m dying to know when we finally get to see Borović vs. Radnič. I mean, we seriously need to see if he can actually back up the talk and show us how good he truly is. During this last championship, Radnič pulled off a win against Zamana, but honestly, that decision was super sketchy—it felt totally undeserved if you ask me. It makes me wonder, if things start going south and he can't hold it together until the end, will the judges just step in and give him a little extra help to keep him on top?

And some of those other fights were pretty sketchy too, but hey, I guess that’s just how it goes sometimes, unfortunately...

From what I heard, Zaman and this guy were both right up there, but whatever, man...

The European Championships are happening in Lithuania in two weeks, so let's see how many medals they bring home. Good luck to everyone, especially our one guy from Split!🙂

Look, I’m totally fine with people debating the specifics, but the real issue isn't even about that—it's how everyone always seems to jump to siding with Pit Bull, no matter what. Like, if you actually caught that rematch between Tomić (Pit Bull) and Viličić (Mladost), it was clearly going to go Viličić's way, but somehow it ends up being handed right to Pit Bull on a silver platter, but whatever, man. It's just super obvious that Pit Bull is basically giving Borović a wide berth now, especially after he absolutely leveled Tomasovič in the first round. 🙂

I just can't bridge the gap between your username, your takes, and the simple fact that you're a pit bull from Los Angeles.😛

Look, names don't mean a thing here, seriously, and even if you're thinking about that Pit Bull guy from Split—if you actually follow this sport and know what's really going on, then you already know exactly what I'm talking about.

I don't follow things closely enough to know all the fine details, but I’ve noticed people always get heated about the referees. Usually, it's just those who are losing or whose favorites just took an L.

It doesn't matter. I'm sure there's some truth to what you're saying.

I don't give a damn where someone comes from. But when you see this kind of blatant theft happening? It honestly makes you want to hit rock bottom just so you can tear their whole world apart.

That’s just straight-up robbery, honestly. How does that even happen? You’ve got a guy stepping into the ring for the very first time, basically a total rookie, and he somehow walks away with a win after barely landing a single punch. Meanwhile, his opponent has a massive resume and a mountain of fights under his belt. It makes zero sense. Total sham.👎

Even if I were the biggest idiot on the planet, I still wouldn't have gone looking for a fight with them... but hey, that’s just how it goes, I guess.

It’s true, Radnić and his coaching staff are steering clear of Borović... Like, if Radnić is actually as elite as everyone claims—you know, Pro Champion, K1 Max Collision champ, and now supposedly the national "low kick" champ (even if Zaman clearly had the edge)—then why won't he just step into the ring with someone like Borović to prove it once and for all?

Spot on, honestly, in this sport it doesn’t even matter if you’re a die-hard local or an outsider, or what your background is—that stuff just isn't the point when the fight is on, you know? And look, it's totally not true that I'm just picking sides because Zaman fights out of Spartan Gym and Radnič is backed by the Pit Bull crew; I don't have any loyalty to those clubs or anything. It’s simple: Radnič are the champs, plain and simple, so they’ve gotta come out on top. But hey, I actually want to throw a question back at the Pit Bull crowd: when are we finally gonna see Borović vs. Radnič? Because while Borović is out there traveling the world, fighting all over Australia, Africa, and the Netherlands, Radnič is busy grinding through matches in the States, Austria, and Italy, yet all these Pit Bull fans act like Borović doesn't even exist and they're doing everything possible to dodge him...

I had a nasty accident and now, roughly two months later, my left shoulder is still aching and making quite a bit of clicking sounds. I’m sitting here wondering if it’s actually wise to get back into training or if I should hold off. Would getting back under the bar help the recovery process, or am I just asking for more damage?
What’s your take?

Just go get some advice from a doctor

Or maybe just hit the gym first, then you'd actually know what's up...

What if you end up needing another round of physical therapy? Honestly, it's probably better to hold off on training for another two or three months rather than creating a whole new set of issues for yourself...😉

I went through the exact same thing about six months ago. I messed up my left shoulder.

A bit of electricity, some ultrasound, a little physical therapy, and now everything is feeling great.

Everything revolves around the government these days. It’s wild to think about, especially since I'm still so young. 🙂 He got his term quite quickly.

In any case, I’d recommend having a professional take a look at that shoulder. They can give you the best advice on how to handle it.

There you have it. Now you’re back to being a ninja in full gear. 😁

In my opinion—and I’m not the only one thinking this—Vilicic should have taken it. I didn't catch the whole fight because I had a match right after and was busy warming up. I only saw that final round, and honestly, it looked like it went Radnic's way by a hair, mostly just because he was working his hands harder. But based on what the coaches and guys I chatted with were saying, Zaman definitely took the first two rounds.
I don't know much about the scoring system myself, and let's be real, the judges aren't even consistent with their own criteria. One thing is for sure, though... trying to win a decision against a Pitbull fighter is damn near impossible.😁
But look, the judging wasn't even the biggest issue here. The real dirty move was how Pitbull allegedly weighed in a day early while everyone else had to wait until the morning of the tournament. Then the draw was rigged too—every single Pitbull fighter except Vujevic got a bye through the first round.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not bashing these Pitbull fighters. They're solid, tough, and experienced athletes. It's just that the rules should be the same for everyone!

Look, there's one thing you can count on for certain when you're stepping into the ring against a Pit Bull fighter—you aren't just squaring up against the guy in front of you, you're fighting the dog, the referee, and the entire damn bracket too!!!!

I've actually managed to stay disciplined. I'm doing those shoulder exercises my physiatrist showed me every single day.

I added some extra full-body stretching to my routine. Now I have a complete set of mobility and strength exercises that I knock out every single day outside of my regular workouts. It’s been working out really well for me.
