Gmail issues [help]

I’m getting spammed on gmail... They keep claiming I’m some kind of V. I. Lenin VIP and talking about how I can make money, supposedly sending funds to an account I don't even own. I've received over 3,000 emails from them at this point. What's the move? Has anyone else dealt with this nonsense??

Those are just spam emails, honestly—you can just ignore them. Do you really think someone would just hand out money to a random stranger like that? It’s all nonsense... just hit delete and move on.

Just mark it as spam and you probably won't see it again. This usually happens when you leave your email sitting on sites that aren't exactly... trustworthy.
