Quick update: my test came back negative, and I haven't even heard back from the clinic yet...
It’s not exactly that we were actively trying to conceive, but now that I’m actually facing this situation, I realized just how much it saddens me that it hasn't happened yet. Oh well—next time the opportunity arises, we're jumping straight into it. 😁

micek, better luck next time 😉😉 and as for your period being late, maybe have your partner go down there and take a little peek to see what's going on👍

I was actually planning on heading out there next week... though, looking at how I feel right now, I think I might be starting to feel those early symptoms, and it looks like my period will probably kick in over the weekend.

So, here I am—not trying to leave you all hanging... but I went to a shoot today and didn't have time to run a pregnancy test... plus, I can't help feeling like it might be too soon 😢
I'm honestly a bit conflicted about whether I should even bother... though I suppose most women probably feel this way during these things 🙂))))))))))))
Anyway, I'll just get it done in the next few days and let you know 🙂!!!!!!!!!!

I’m kind of freaking out here... my period ended about a week and a half ago, and the last time I had sex was two weeks ago. Now, I’ve been dealing with this weird discharge for six days straight—something I’ve seriously never experienced before. On top of that, for the last five days, I haven't eaten anything besides chocolate, and both yesterday and today, I’ve been feeling super lightheaded, though I haven't actually thrown up. Do you guys think there's a chance I could be pregnant?? Is it too early to even take a test since my period hasn't actually missed yet? Or am I crazy?? Help... I feel like I'm fading away...

Nah, you aren't pregnant. Most women get that kind of discharge right around the middle of their cycle, somewhere between periods.

You didn't mention what it actually looks like, though. Is it white? Or what?

Well, there’s always a first time, right? Our hormones are basically just a chaotic mess most of the time... which explains the weird discharge and the aches and pains...

If you're really sitting there wondering if you're pregnant, just go grab a test at $11...
... it's not rocket science.
But honestly? I don't buy it. If you just finished your period and had sex right before it ended, the math just doesn't add up for you to be pregnant already. It's just not how it works... nowhere in the US.

And even if you did have sex after your period, there's no way you'd be feeling symptoms just a few days later. Biology doesn't move that fast.

Maybe it's just stress... or maybe you ate something that didn't sit right...😉

Like cramping, stinging, general discomfort, or pain during urination or sex?

Last month, I had all the symptoms—you know, the whole thing. If my mom had told me, "You're pregnant," I would have believed her... missed period, crying spells, vomiting, nausea... just a total mess. And then, nothing. Right when I was about to lose my mind and grab a test... my period shows up. 😢

Just grab the one from CVS for $11. It works fine... even if you have to wait...

Still, try to hold out for that first thing in the morning one.

Google. I’ve been lurking on this sub for quite a while now, so I figured it was finally time to actually chime in and contribute something meaningful. To be honest, I’m already nine days behind on my cycle—which is frustrating enough—but I haven't pulled the trigger on a pregnancy test just yet. In my experience, things usually don't run late by more than ten days, so I'm holding out until tomorrow. If nothing happens by then, well, there’s really no point in playing the waiting game any longer. I am definitely noticing some symptoms, though I can't tell if they're actually happening or if I'm just psyching myself out at this point.
