Can anyone recommend a good clinic?
Maybe one of these places—Nemetova, Medikol, or some other local diagnostic center?

Right now, there's a deal for half-priced MRIs through one of those group buying sites. I think I'm technically not supposed to be advertising here, oops! Last year, they actually had a contract with Medicare for MRIs. Aside from the deals, both doctors there are great. They’re really friendly and take the time to explain everything clearly.

I had my MRI this past Monday at St. Catherine, and everything went smoothly (except for me—showing up late and forgetting my old scans on a CD...)
I called ahead, was in line by 2:00, and I actually thought I only paid for a brain MRI, but they ended up doing my cervical spine too.
thanks restlessowl3

Even though I’m seeing this way too late, maybe it’ll help someone else out.
The clinic at Unknown was my go-to.

Has anyone here had any experience with Dr. Patlj or Dr. Kolovrat over at the Mayo Clinic? What was your experience like?

I'm looking for recommendations for a general practitioner in the NYC West area.
I am also looking for a gynecologist or an ICU specialist.

If possible, I'd prefer someone with significant experience.

Hi everyone, does anyone know of a good private clinic and an ophthalmologist? I've been having some eye issues—not sure if it's just allergies or something else, but I've been trying to figure it out for a while now. I already visited the Mayo Clinic, but I wasn't particularly satisfied with the experience. Thanks.

I am reaching out to see if anyone might be willing to offer some guidance or perhaps a bit of advice regarding a persistent issue I’ve been facing. I recently dealt with a throat infection that cleared up after a course of antibiotics, yet I am still experiencing this strange sensation near my Adam's apple—it feels as though something is constricting the area, almost like there is an obstruction right there. Naturally, I sought medical attention; I had blood work done, underwent chest imaging, and even had my heart checked out. They even performed a bronchoscopy, passing a tube through my nose down to my trachea. To my relief, all the test results came back perfectly normal, but the discomfort remains stubbornly unchanged. My doctors have now suggested that I undergo a gastroscopy, speculating that it might be related to stomach acid, though I don't suffer from abdominal pain or heartburn. If a gastroscopy is indeed the necessary next step, I would truly appreciate it if someone could tell me whether it is better to seek treatment at a hospital or through a private clinic. I have heard quite troubling things about the experience at public hospitals, so if anyone knows of a reputable private facility in Cleveland that performs this procedure, I would be immensely grateful for any insight. I am looking for any advice regarding the differences in quality between a hospital and a private practice, and if anyone happens to know the typical cost, that would be incredibly helpful too.

I would suggest seeing Dr. Henc; I have found her expertise and level of experience to be quite impressive.

If anyone knows of a private clinic in Cleveland that performs this, I would appreciate any advice regarding the difference between hospital and private care, as well as the typical cost.

I had mine done privately (which is definitely what I recommend), but in NYC. If you don't mind traveling here for the diagnosis, please send a private message for further details.

I am in urgent need of replacing my primary care physician, so I would greatly appreciate any recommendations for doctors in NYC. I would prefer someone located in Downtown and surroundings, though I am also open to candidates in the Martićev area, DZ West, or similar neighborhoods.

Does anyone have recommendations for foot scans and custom orthotics in Washington, D.C.? I'm looking for a place that actually knows what they're doing—has anyone had any particularly good or surprisingly bad experiences lately? Thanks!

I had a very poor experience with a company located in DZ Kruge, though I cannot recall the exact name at this moment. The entire process was flawed, from the initial measurement to the subpar manufacturing. To make matters worse, following up with the doctor is nearly impossible because she is practically never available there 🙄; you are forced to communicate via email, where they simply provide half-hearted corrections. In my specific case, they adjusted one insole but neglected the other, rendering the entire set completely useless 😲
. I attempted to visit several other locations, but unfortunately, the quality was consistently underwhelming across the board.
Ultimately, my doctor recommended that I steer clear of these computerized analyses and modern manufacturing methods altogether. Apparently, there is widespread dissatisfaction with these technologies, and she suggested that I would be much better off opting for a traditional manual impression instead.

Are you thinking of Dr. Patlj? He’s an abdominal surgeon at the Mayo Clinic. I've actually seen him before, though I must say, he didn't particularly leave much of an impression on me.
