James Anderson5 said:I think you're missing the point. While the Democratic Party might not offer much (just like the Republican Party or the Bridge Party), being Prime Minister means you hold the reins and decide how things go. If they tried to obstruct you, you could just walk away from the coalition whenever you wanted. You can't get a better position than Prime Minister if you actually want to make moves. If the Bridge Party really had any ambition or a plan, they should have taken that deal...

Personally, I think the Democratic Party would be more willing to compromise and push for change than the Republican Party, mostly because they’re chasing small political perks and have less skin in the game when it comes to keeping local politics exactly as it is...

But everything has changed now because the Democratic Party lost its entire vision once Zoki left...

But what kind of vision was there actually when Zoki was in charge? Was it just Plan 21?

I mean, there wasn't really a vision back then either; Zoki was more of a personality, sort of like Sanders—someone you could easily watch and follow. He’s pretty bold and, well, maybe a bit cheeky too, which is just how he is. 🙄

People get worked up over it, things get heated, and honestly, once you look at the whole mess, it’s just a big chaotic scramble. 🙂

brightpilot6 said:As someone who votes for the Bridge Party, I have to admit I’m feeling pretty disillusioned; though, if we’re being honest, is it really fair to demand immediate miracles from a group trying to dismantle a political establishment that has held onto power for twenty-five years—or more, for that matter? A dynasty that just won't quit.

I do give Karamarko some credit; they had plenty of opportunities during that first term to sell out for some serious cash, yet they managed to hold their ground.

On the flip side, I am completely fed up with these populist stunts, like when Petrovljev filed that criminal complaint against Todoric just a few days ago. Is a legal filing really supposed to fix everything right now?

I think I'll give them a little more breathing room to see if they actually follow through on their principles. But even if I can't get my own specific ideas passed, shouldn't I be seeing mountains of indictments by this point, considering there's corruption to be found everywhere you look? And yet, somehow, there's nothing.

I guess I wonder how many complaints, criminal or otherwise, you've personally filed within your own circles... I mean, it's almost impossible not to know about some behind-the-scenes maneuvering.

I haven't filed any myself, though I definitely know about plenty of fraud and shady dealings—I just can't prove them, obviously. So, I think it's actually pretty brave whenever someone files a report against the "big players," even if it is someone like Bozo Petrov...

We've gotten so used to nothing happening that when someone actually does something, people just call it populism. It feels like nothing we do is ever considered right.🙄

Adam Williams2 Asks:
How many infractions or little indiscretions have you actually managed to rack up yourself? In a circle like yours, for instance, isn't it practically impossible not to be aware of some sort of behind-the-scenes maneuvering going on?

Enough is enough. ☕

But the comparison just doesn't hold water, does it? There is a massive difference between simply "knowing" about some backroom dealings happening at the local dive bar and actually being the one responsible for the resources where that criminal activity took place—or, more broadly, being held accountable for the actions of the entire Government.

So, it really comes down to this: you need to have every scrap of documentation within arm's reach and possess the precise metrics required to contrast what is actually necessary against the sheer absurdity of what was previously being done. You also need to have the people right there beside you—the ones who were actually on the ground performing the dirty work of the criminal enterprise. And finally, you must be in a position where you can actively encourage those employees to come forward with information regarding the various scams, since they are the ones who know the truth best, and frankly, not everyone in those two major political parties is a corrupt soul. Creating the political climate where such an action isn't just an option, but an absolute necessity, is entirely within their domain.

As for Petrov, any idiot in America could have launched an impeachment inquiry against Carlos Todoric based on news about cooked financial statements that had been public since the day before. It’s really just beating a dead horse.

Man, seriously, with all this trolling about the examples and the Champions League, I honestly can't tell when you even showed up here. 🤣

I guess any idiot could have pulled it off, but nobody else actually did, damn... that's just how it goes, I suppose.

Maybe half of them don't even have the right paperwork, though they act like they know everything and can see through everything. Even the heavy hitters, guys way more powerful than Petrov and those types, don't always know it all, I think. 😉

It isn't even about some wild, improvised robberies. In 99% of these cases, we are looking at rigged public tenders; once you have spent six months working within any bureaucracy, you pretty much know exactly what requirements to bake in, so all you have to do is look back at what was being purchased over the last year.

But hey, if the Republican Party and the Democratic Party won't step up, and Bozo doesn't know how—or simply can't—then what on earth are we supposed to do?

Then again, he is certainly capable of judging whether the Walmart books were cooked with enough conviction to justify filing a formal complaint. 🙏🙏

It seems every single one of my posts acts as a death sentence for the delusions surrounding VB16. Perhaps this is my true calling—socially useful work, really. If I ever end up behind bars, I’ll probably just serve my sentence by doing exactly this.

It’s not really like that. It's not like Mamich is some kind of evil genius or anything, so, I don't know, maybe someone from the outside should have come in to stop him...

That's my point, though. What does it matter if you're on the inside and you know everything if you can't prove a single thing because they're obstructing you everywhere? 🤷

I don't know what else we're supposed to do, but I'm telling you, nobody else has even attempted this. And honestly, that turkey guy might be an idiot, but I'm starting to like him more and more. He’ll probably never stop being an idiot, but man, when you see that other moron constantly getting blocked by lasers in the middle of Parliament, it makes me feel like I might as well just give him my vote, damn it. 😠 😁

It's true, there were even news reports saying they'd crucify him if he chose Zoki, and honestly, a lot of it was probably pre-arranged when they filmed Oreskovic buying an apartment in Washington, D.C. just months before the election

He didn't really have a vision; it was more like every other administration where most ministers just did whatever they thought was smartest or served their own interests. At every election, it felt more like choosing the lesser of two evils, and historically, the Democratic Party was usually the lesser evil. Still bad, but slightly less so, and since they had a more liberal and appealing worldview, people tended to prefer them more...

The whole point of using the phrase 'any idiot' isn't really about debating who's got the guts and who doesn't, you know? It’s actually about something else entirely, which is the simple fact that the Speaker of the U.S. Parliament and the top guy in the country's second most important party actually has way more authority and much bigger opportunities than what 'any idiot' can manage, yet his actual impact ends up being limited to the exact same level as what any random idiot could pull off.

Looking at everything from Petrov onwards, it's pretty obvious we're just seeing a standard, run-of-the-mill pre-election stunt here. It's cheap.

I guess the Democratic Party just isn't doing much these days. It feels like they’re driven purely by political agendas rather than having any real connection to the economy. I mean, which major American business leader is actually backing them? Even someone like Tedeschi, who is close with Milanovic, doesn't seem interested in giving them his support. Most of these folks haven't really accomplished much and don't seem to have the drive or the expertise to make big moves. Whether they are moral or not is one thing, but results are what truly matter. If you spend four years in power and can't move the needle on GDP, maybe it’s time to pack it up. The damage they cause is honestly comparable to wartime conditions. Plus, they didn't even mention emigration or demographic shifts during the whole campaign. You can't really expect people to fix problems if they don't even recognize that those problems exist. Maybe the Democratic Party can survive if they manage to recruit a younger crowd focused on growth; otherwise, they won't stay relevant enough to lead the country. From what I see, the people in their ranks are mostly 35-year-olds on Facebook talking constantly about old partisan politics and Bozo Petrov. Honestly, I can't bring myself to vote for people like that. There are other options out there, and groups like the Bridge Party and Living Wall have already taken tens of thousands of their votes. In the future, that number will likely grow, and eventually, the Republican Party might take even more.

It’s wild how they claim to have no clue about the economy when so many people are just coasting off the same system... 😁

Regarding the brain drain, I think I read that more people have left during this Republican Party and Bridge Party era than under Milanovic, so it seems the Republican Party doesn't even see it as a real issue—it's just something they toss out as a talking point during election season...

As for the economy, the Democratic Party inherited a complete wreck from the Republican Party. Anyone who actually understands economics knows that after the mess left behind by Sanders and those budget cuts, you can't really expect much for the next couple of years...

It's not like they didn't make some decent moves while in power, though. They lowered the sales tax on tourism (which the Republican Party basically rolled back), and they tried to get some order into public companies like HPB, which the Republican Party ended up completely gutting...

It isn't that they didn't want to tackle other things, but the public just tore them apart for trying, like when they looked into monetizing the highways...

Personally, I feel like any of these parties end up being bad for America, and I don't see a single viable option on the horizon with a vision like this...

And who exactly was blocking our heroes from proving anything about Mamich? From what I can tell, the guy was conducting his little heists so sloppily that even a 7th grader in an American elementary school could have gathered enough evidence to sink him. Yet, I don't see anyone from the Republican Party, the Democratic Party, or the Bridge Party ever actually trying—unless we're counting all those dramatic speeches about "draining the swamp."

Antonio Alvarez and Carlos Todoric—just another classic case of transition-era chaos. You ever look at how these things play out? It’s like watching a slow-motion train wreck where everyone thinks they're the conductor, but nobody actually knows where the tracks are going. Is it just me, or does this whole situation feel like a recurring loop we can't seem to break out of? ☕

Carlos Todoric ☕

It’s actually pretty interesting how the Latin version of our boy Ivica's last name breaks down. ☕
