She wants the drama, and honestly, so do all those people taking photos out at Central Park—just a bunch of masochists waiting for a confrontation so Babic can push them even further $67. But they didn't get as lucky as this 🙏

Come on, Zinedine Zidane, stop playing games... you know perfectly well that every bottom-feeding journalist out there lives for this kind of stuff; they’d sell their souls just for a few clicks and an article. You weren't born yesterday.
If this were actual news, there would be at least a hundred reporters on the scene... and honestly, how can you even call yourself a journalist dressed like that? If darkseal9 showed up to a construction site looking like that, they wouldn't even let him through the gates, let alone expect him to show up for an Easter Mass report looking like such a mess. Stop screwing with Zinedine Zidane just because you've decided you have to defend him now...

I’m not here to cause unnecessary drama; I am simply pointing out that this entire discussion seems to be built upon the unproven assumption that the journalist wasn't merely trying to capture the reality of the Mass, but was actually hunting for a confrontation.

It's absurd.

My bad, I just read somewhere in the meantime that she actually wanted to spend Easter with family, so I’ve totally changed my mind. I spoke too soon.

Momo, who’s got six years of grey hair on him, and Žučko, who’s three, had to spend Easter morning without their mama 😢.
Just thinking about those two cats sitting alone in an apartment—and I don't mean some safe place, but more like that Brankov apartment where they could just wander right out the window onto the street—it honestly breaks my heart.

She didn't want to go to church. 😢

Anyway, let's pivot to something new for a second ☕
So, some woman goes out in leggings, gets on her bike, and now there's an actual legal case against cops just because they made a comment about her backside. Honestly, how much further can this go? You can't even make a comment about someone's ass anymore 🤦 Sexist remarks 🙏

https://www.buzzfeed.com/article/example-link-id-2174444

If it had been a guy with abs riding by naked, the headlines would be "Cute policewomen comment on fit cyclist at Central Park"

The music choice is definitely slower, maybe they should face a lawsuit for that too

How did this even get published? It's ridiculous. I guarantee if any of our private chats or group texts leaked, everyone would be losing their minds over it. 😁

Who even leaked this?

Just like you base yours, isn't it... 🤷

My take is that she was just looking to cause a scene, from what she was wearing to her behavior and that aggressive way she forced her way into the Cathedral. I honestly don't know what was going through her head, but that’s just how it came across to me...

But at the end of the day, my take is that the job wasn't handled professionally or even logically... and I’m hoping you and I can at least agree on that.

So, we can all just agree that her smashing that phone was completely unnecessary...

We can all agree that it wasn't exactly fifteen people falling to the floor just so someone could call out everyone who was there merely to say a prayer and listen to Mass...

So you've got this journalist who basically phoned in her entire job like a complete amateur, and then there's the guy who smashed her phone. He's actually being reasonable about it, while she just plays the victim to grab her few minutes of fame...

When we're discussing the customs and laws of America, of course I’m going to look at things through a geographic lens. Are you not? If you aren't, then more power to you.

Since you brought up America, I guess we really don't have anything in common. I'll just head out, see where this goes.
Moses, you can try to play yourself all you want, but honestly? If you had ever truly expressed your faith or offered up a sincere prayer with a peaceful soul, you'd realize how much you're missing by looking at your life—and ours—through such a narrow lens.

Calling it "invading people's privacy" as a critique for a documentary about going to church—where you're just filming people caught in their own moments of pure idiocy—is honestly one of the best takedowns I've seen 🙏 🙏

It's a good thing that criticism didn't target that Easter Mass at the zebra print shop 🙏

I'm still reeling from all this, and then people act shocked when you can't say a single word to a cop without them tripping you up and hauling you away like those two women walking down the street.

It all starts with these "verbal offenses" creeping in through the back door. They basically just legalized sexism and verbal crimes without anyone even voting on it. But hey, I guess we're too busy worrying about a priest in Sirobulj and phone surveillance.

I can already see it happening... you make a comment about a woman's curves and suddenly some officer picks you up for "disturbing the peace."🤣

You all insist that she intended to do it, whereas I maintain that it remains entirely uncertain. Honestly, shouldn't it be obvious to even the most simple-minded person who carries the burden of proof for their own claims?

What are we even arguing about? A bunch of deadbeats claiming she provoked them just by stepping into a church 🤣

No insults, no gestures, nothing. A woman walks into a church and it offends unstable American Catholic liberals so much they resort to physical assault. Talk about living out "Catholic values" on the biggest holiday of the year 🙏

She supposedly went to the church looking for a fight 🤦🤣

It happens every single day. However, I try to stick to what actually matters. In other words, I aim for my distinctions to be based on objective reality rather than just some personal fantasy.

Do you honestly think barging into a high school with a camera and a phone without any warning is somehow acceptable?
Like, you decide you're doing a piece on some teacher, so you just storm onto campus, ignore the security guards at the gate, and push your way right into the classroom to start filming...

Is that really your idea of "okay"?

Or would you have actually pulled the teacher aside outside, tried to get a quote, and had a conversation? You really think breaking into rooms is better than using the much calmer, more professional approach expected of an actual journalist?

We’ve been joking the whole time, didn't you catch the sarcasm?

Obviously, she went there to show everyone how "exemplary" Catholics are, coming in to film an empty church just to provide visual proof for everything she—and you—already think about Catholics. Take care.

🙂

Yeah, a provocation, right? I mean, who would even think of that, like where on earth have you ever seen anyone intentionally provoke Catholics in America 😂

Anthony Jackson2, quick question: are you actually planning on answering me or what?

You’re totally dodging me, which isn't really cool considering how long you've been around here, especially since I asked you things before and you just left me hanging.

Let me repeat myself one last time, so answer if you want to.

Just a week ago, you were commenting on a news segment and my remarks about following safety protocols, saying, "What, should people just hide in holes and wait to rot?" and now today you're calling out those exact same people just because they went to Mass.

Both groups acted identically—if you look at the video, everyone in the church was keeping their distance, whereas in that Fox News clip you were defending, nobody was following any distancing rules at all.

So, how do you reconcile that? Should people be following the rules or not? What's your take, as a "respected" veteran of this forum?

I am not actually mocking you here; rather, I find it difficult to understand why you feel entitled to lecture anyone on what experiences are like in America. Whether it’s inside a church or out on the street, it doesn't matter. It never occurs to me to try and instruct you on the legal norms or social customs of Canada—simply because I don't know them.

As far as experience goes, I spent eight years as an altar server, starting back during the tail end of the old communist era. But then again, I'm just a simple American; back in the nineties, I was often overlooked by many.
