Larry Lewis said:I get it, really I do, but we aren't supposed to be having this kind of side conversation here. 😒

Who's actually chatting? I woke up feeling completely frazzled, downed two coffees, and then headed straight to the kitchen to cook. Breakfast was just some watermelon, then I swung by the local corner store to pick up a donut and some bread for my grandma—not that I’m actually eating it myself. 🙂 While I was at the local pub, I ran into this guy who was talking about whether or not she had received a Ziploc injection; honestly, I have no idea what that even means, so I just told him, "Well, that sounds great for you." (He’s dating the girl who supposedly gets the Ziploc thing, and she has a kid from her previous marriage). When I told him how great it sounded, he basically said they constantly have to walk on eggshells around her to make sure she's happy, and then he goes on, "We just met, but I'm going to marry her." He mentioned she'd developed that dreaded little belly—and I'll go ahead and add "dreaded" there, because it's that specific look a lot of female patients tend to get. We call it the "suburban pooch," though I suppose you might have your own version of that midsection bloat. Then I tell him, "Don't you dare leave her," and he just shrugs and says, "No way, she's exactly my type." ☕ Honestly, I'm not going anywhere until 6:00 PM. If the heat doesn't kill me first, I might even head out for a little bit later. ☕

Honestly, it’s bordering on manic 🤣 I feel like everyone is just obsessed with me lately
My computer is acting up and running incredibly slow
Plus, I’ve put on a little weight, so I’m feeling a bit self-conscious
Between sticking to my diet, meal prepping, and running errands at Target or the local grocery store—where there’s always some ridiculous sale going on—I’m exhausted; I still need to find a decent guy, too, so if anyone out there actually has some courage, step up. 🤣🤣

On a diet myself right now🙄
How are you handling those new meds—you think they're making you gain weight?

I’ve definitely put on some weight from nothing but white bread and the sheer, thrilling excitement of being stuck in this hospital—and by exciting, I mean it’s anything but a luxury spa retreat here.
It’s wild, too; I’ve seen two patients who are actually pregnant somehow managing to smoke and take all these medications, which seems like a recipe for disaster. I know plenty of you have kids, but 🕺 honestly, at this point, it doesn't much matter what I think since I already aired my grievances in my previous posts..
So, are you following some specific diet plan, or just winging it?

I’ve officially entered that phase of my life where I’m attempting to actually stick to a diet, which mostly involves trying to walk as much as humanly possible and making a conscious effort to stop treating my body like a dumpster for junk food. 🎉🎉🎉

And here I was thinking you’d disappeared because life was finally looking up with that 1mg dose and your new job, but instead, you're out here trying to end it all. 😲

Has anyone here experimented with using Carnosine to help mitigate side effects?

I suppose... I realize that we are somewhat disadvantaged, existing at the bottom of the food chain or perhaps just at the lowest rung of the economic ladder. It isn't as if we can simply afford whatever we desire.

However, from what I have observed, taking higher doses of B vitamins—which I have tested on myself—can be quite beneficial. I truly felt a sense of revitalization only after spending a few days consuming roughly 200mg each of B1, B2, B3, B5, and B6, alongside a hundred micrograms of B7, B9, and B12.

As soon as my budget allows, I intend to try Carnosine.

I have personally tried much of that highly praised Omega, opting for larger doses of 2.5 grams of EPA/DHA. Honestly, that turned out to be one of my most expensive and least effective experiments.

I neglected to mention that I have also experimented with ginseng. However, I found it only reached its peak efficacy after I had been consuming six tablets daily, with each tablet containing 500mg of ginseng.

Drawing from this particular experience, alongside my observations regarding B vitamins, would it not be logical to conclude that my ideal regimen for boosting energy, aiding weight loss, and preventing daytime drowsiness would consist of two 1000mg B-complex supplements paired with at least three ginseng tablets?

I should reiterate once more that Omega 3 from fish oil yielded no discernible results for me.

😵😵😵😵😵 Well, what can I say? Clearly, my absence from the board speaks for itself.

Honestly, damn... I am just so incredibly glad to be alive; I'm soaking up every single new day to the absolute MAX.

Wait, was 1mg of Risperdal not enough for you, or did you stop taking it because you felt better and then symptoms came back?

Fair enough. I don't quite follow, though. I used to post frequently about my struggles when things were rough, but I haven't been posting much lately because I'm actually doing well on 1mg of Rispolept. Honestly, it really encouraged me when you mentioned you're on the same medication and managed to land a job. So, I guess I'm just wondering—what went wrong on your end?

😒 Honestly, man, whenever I finally find my way back to this forum, it feels like everything has shifted 🤣🎉

Seriously, just ask me what hasn't changed around here, because we all know how it goes: if you drop a piece of buttered toast, it’s inevitably going to land face-down on the floor. 😉
