Hey ladies, I’m running a bit short on time so I haven’t had a chance to scroll through this entire thread yet. Does anyone know if I can find a cake topper like this
somewhere in Washington, D.C.? 😛 Or whatever the hell we call them... a cake topper?

I can't speak for Washington, D.C., but you'll find plenty of people like that out in Suburban Chicago, probably at some local little bit and pieces shop.😉

Their website doesn't show those decorations, but I am 100% certain I saw them right there when I was over there about a month ago.

I actually ordered mine through eBay, and honestly, I couldn't be happier with it—but let me tell you, those younger crowds who go for all those bits and pieces? They end up just being servants to them, since they're kind of poorly made

There is another cheerful shop in Atlanta that carries those kinds of items. I have yet to visit, though I suppose I will if my search in Suburban Chicago proves fruitless.

Does anyone happen to know where I can pick up some gift boxes? I need them for some cookies I'm making. Please don't suggest the boutique near the mall—I actually went there to reserve some specifically, but they ended up selling them out from under me, so now I'm stuck empty-handed... 😢

I'm looking for dimensions around 14x14 cm and 8 cm deep. The ones I saw were $2.25, and a local packaging company sent me a quote for $6.50 plus tax 😲

Check out the bits and pieces shop in Suburban Chicago; they usually have all sorts of varieties.

Our cake wasn't exactly a masterpiece of visual perfection—it was a little lopsided, if you know what I mean—but I told Lisa Reed5 ahead of time that it might turn out looking a bit rustic like that... still, people devoured every single last bite because it was just that delicious...

As for the cookies? They were absolutely phenomenal—everyone was raving about them, and honestly, they disappeared pretty fast too...
Some guests were even wandering from table to table, chatting away with everyone and picking out their favorite varieties as they went—and believe me, even some of the guys were doing it...

So yeah, I’d say Sugarman is definitely worth checking out 😍

I picked up some treats from their little shop today for the girls' night, and I have no doubt they will be a massive hit. 🙂

Hey everyone! So, our wedding is finally in the books, and I figured I’d jump on here to hopefully help some of you out with your planning...
Honestly, the desserts were the one thing we actually got right, which is huge because the venue and the band were total nightmares...
To get straight to the point, we ended up going with those local homemade treats from Kansas City🙏🙏🙏🙏...but man, once we actually saw the conditions where they make everything,🙂 we just knew. They give everyone such a personalized touch, totally professional... and the sweets? Seriously, they were incredible.🙏🙏 We weren't feeling the cake design they were offering us, so we just grabbed an M&M's cake instead. It was an absolute dream—I think I ate most of it myself, and trust me, I’m usually pretty picky when it comes to cake...
Anyway, I really hope this helps someone out there...
Oh, one more thing—if you want to try their stuff, keep an eye out at places like Walmart or Target. I tried hunting them down four different times, but they were always sold out already...
