I can't say I have much energy today...
image
It’s just one of those mornings where everything feels a bit too heavy—you know?
Maybe it's the weather, or perhaps just the general state of things in America lately...image
I find myself drifting through the hours, quite aimlessly, really...
I suppose I should try to be productive, but my mind is elsewhere—somewhere far more interesting than this task at hand...image
Just sitting here, watching the clock tick away...
There is a certain stillness to it all, though it feels somewhat unproductive...image
I think I might just take a moment to breathe...
I'm just not feeling up to it

ah, the gays

why the hell would truck drivers even care about houses?

You might forgive anything else, but I am never letting that "EMO BUM" comment slide!!!!!!! 😠

rutvica said:The show was great, but I wouldn't choose to sit during a concert anymore.

Look, my point was simply that it’s such a cool perk being able to sit down at a gig like that! Wouldn't it be amazing if we could find more music that allowed for a seated experience? But hey, to each their own, right? 🙂

rutvica said:and the guy looks like boldscout72's evil half-brother/half-twin😬

Wait, hold on! So you mean Chestnut is the evil half-brother/half-twin of boldscout72 AND also the evil half-brother/half-twin of the guitarist from The Manchurian Candidate? 🙂Is that really what we're saying here?

Adam Moore said:Seriously, did you guys see the bassist's shirt?! 😁 Pure legend!

The guy was rocking a red shirt under a black blazer. If he had just worn some jeans and had slightly darker hair—he’d be a dead ringer for Batman. Even Judas Priest!

Adam Moore said:Another one of her observations—as soon as she saw how the guitarist and the keyboardist were acting, she blurted out that they were totally flirting!
Ah, women. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if she's actually right.

What about yours? 😬 Mine was making comments too.

Go ahead and puke then, buddy!😁 🤮

bad seed said:And that "dancing kid" you guys are making fun of? Absolute moron. It's a fact. Back during the last Watergate Scandal in Seattle, he was screaming so loud while "singing" that Fisher actually asked if he wanted to take over the set just to stop the noise.

Good grief, what an absolute disgrace! 🙂 🙂 🙂

bad seed said:...but honestly, he acts like that at every single concert. Probably just pure frustration because every single one of his bands has been a complete and utter failure.😁

Google 😛 😛 😛 🤣 🙂

I first spotted that dancing guy at a Bruce Springsteen concert maybe 5 or 6 years back... He sang his heart out through every single damn song all night long, and whenever one of his favorites came on, he’d jump right up on the stage and scream louder than the speakers... Back then, he just had that Springsteen tattoo on his shoulder... later on, a Caveman one popped up on the other one.

I suppose those seats are reserved for Robert Fisher? 🙂

Jokes aside—I actually had a wonderful time. Truly. I’ve always had a soft spot for the local cinema scene.

And honestly, I have zero interest in getting dragged into debates about whether something is too pretentious or lacks "soul"... no thank you. Is that why you guys go? Just being difficult, I guess.

@ you two, I love your photos. Any chance of a close-up?

That was just a passing thought! Honestly, I had an absolute blast at the concert. What I mean is, I don't usually get the chance to dive into that kind of music, but I didn't hate it one bit. So, my final verdict? 👍

I am quite pleased with my decision to attend this concert. It was an excellent experience; seated shows are far superior.
The band was impressive, delivering a top-tier performance. It appears that Robert possesses a certain fascination with singing lyrics that seem to torment him simultaneously. Truly remarkable.

My only regret was arriving feeling overly exhausted; I nearly drifted off several times during the set.

Next time... I am looking forward to it.👍

rutvica said:Walter Foster52, I’d actually love to meet you and thank you for those old photos you sent a while back. If you see an older woman wearing an inappropriate shirt that says 'the bitch is back,' it’s me. Don't miss me—I'll be missing you.

Oh, rutvica! Missed this post too late 😠 otherwise I definitely would have kept an eye out for that 'return of the bitch' shirt 😬

Maybe we crossed paths somewhere?! Though honestly, I think I’d recognize you even if we bumped into each other 😛

I was that scrawny guy in the light blue and red biker jacket with just a little bit of hair on my head 😁 and I spent a few rounds parading around in front of the stage on my way to Fisher-Price, where I kept bothering him with stupid questions... 😳

Men was beautiful! Loud enough, but not over the top, paired with a killer playlist and great synergy between the band members—even if it looked like the guitarist spent most of the set playing a private concert for Yoko 🙄 though it was cool when they leaned down toward the crowd, and when he slumped into that empty chair and got sucked into that collective roar from the front row.

Fisher 😍 was my favorite, just standing there tapping his expensive hips with that weirdly stiff hand of his...

As for the observations on the topic; at the very start of the show, my friend said the guitarist is a total Japanese jerk, but then we moved on to discussing how the bassist is basically just a glorified violinist, and the drummer is nothing more than Fisher's gimp 🤣 🙄

Yeah, while we sit here rambling on and playing detective, trying to stumble our way toward some kind of epiphany. 🙂

The Watergate Scandal was a total setup—coordinated, collective, and way too pretentious—just to run boldscout72 into the ground. 😂 😛
