I was 16, weighing 180 lbs at 5'9". Everyone—even my closest buddies—used to give me hell about being fat, until one day...
..I stumbled onto some useful info regarding the way Japanese people stay thin (they're pretty much the leanest folks out there). Basically, as soon as you wake up, drink a glass or two of water. But here's the catch: don't brush your teeth or pee first. Just hit the water immediately upon waking. And aim for at least two liters a day.
When I saw this, I thought, "Yeah right, how much can water actually do?" But I gave it a shot anyway. Every single morning, just water. Two months later, I’d dropped 45 pounds—and I didn't even change what I ate. Still 5'9", but now I'm sitting at around 143 lbs.😁
Give it a try before you start talking trash.

So how do you explain why that worked for weight loss specifically? Like, what was it actually doing to your body?????
