What program is this? in IT Support ·
Yeah, that's probably exactly what happened.
What program is this? in IT Support ·
Jazz, not Jazz
Below listed documents have to be uploaded in Jazz—that’s what they told me in the last message.
I was just trying to send everything over Gmail, and then JazzHR hits me with an email saying the files are too big to send.
How am I even supposed to upload stuff into this Jazz program? Does anyone actually know what this is?

Hey,
didn't want to clutter things up with a new thread—this one fits my question perfectly.
My company wants me to upload some docs into Jazz.
Does anyone actually know what program that is?
Highly sensitive people (HSPs) in Psychology & Therapy ·
"Highly sensitive person"—yeah, guilty as charged.
It’s always been a struggle with friends because, unlike some people in these comments, I just don't have that natural ability to shut people out.
Honestly? The pandemic was a total blessing for me regarding emotional vampires. I used to be super social, but over the last year, I've narrowed my circle down to just three close friends.
I am officially done with those marathon coffee dates where I'm expected to act like a free therapist—or listen to someone brag about how their kid is a "genius" while they barely even bother to ask how *I* am doing.
Now, it's just three friends I check in with occasionally, and honestly, I've never been happier.
As for family, I still have to deal with them, but I try to keep my distance if things get heated or if someone starts lecturing me—I just try to laugh it off. My mom can be incredibly negative sometimes, constantly venting about bad news, and it just gets under my skin. Now, I'll just cut her off mid-depressing-story, go do my own thing, or just walk away. And wouldn't you know it? She always ends up calling me later to finish the conversation.😁
People are just wired to dump their frustrations and problems onto others, but I'm making a point to stop being the designated listener who feels miserable afterward.

Kenneth Vaughn20 said:To clarify, I am actually talking about myself. I am not quite sure how to describe it in greater detail, but everything is fine now and I am fully aware of what happened. There were periods where I felt like I had completely lost touch with reality; I was essentially lost. I bought a motorcycle, led the police on chases, and insisted I was going to become a professional racer. I was drinking alcohol almost every single day in massive quantities and rambling incoherently, insulting anyone who crossed my path. I moved house frequently, calling ten different people a day for no reason, sending endless messages to various women, and spending money uncontrollably. I even started a major home renovation project. I totaled my car, then a truck as well, and eventually quit my job because I looked and acted as though I were on drugs, which is exactly what everyone assumed. I live in a small town, and now I have become the primary target of local gossip, with everyone convinced I am an addict. This period of "madness" lasted about a month and a half. Prior to that, I had various outbursts as well, though those were strictly under the influence of alcohol; when sober, I remained within the bounds of normalcy. For context, I am 21 years old. I hope this provides enough information for you to draw some conclusions.

Based on what you're saying—honestly?—it sounds like you went through a manic episode, which is pretty classic for bipolar disorder.
But look, none of us are qualified to hand out diagnoses on a random internet forum, so just
go see a GP and have them refer you to a psychiatrist. Tell that doctor everything—don't leave out a single detail. With the right meds, things will get a lot easier to handle.
Loveable but exhausting friends in Psychology & Therapy ·
I totally get where you're coming from—I’ve always been a magnet for those kinds of exhausting people.
The latest example? This friend calls me up for coffee only when they have some drama to vent about or just want to brag. Seriously, imagine me recently looking for a friend in the States because I literally had nobody to hang out with—someone to actually listen to where they've been, what they've been doing, or who they're hanging out with. And yet, they never even think to invite me along to any of it..
Lately, though, it’s been nothing but constant complaining. I finally realized I was basically providing free therapy every other day, so I decided to shut it down. I told them, "Look, I don't have time to sit here forever, I'm in a rush,"
They got offended and haven't reached out since. Maybe they found a new victim.. 👍
Honestly, it's better to be alone than to deal with everyone...
Olivia Gonzalez17 said:.If that happens, I'll happily share some before and after photos with you all and give a recommendation for the doctor. Best to everyone!!

Fine by me—please do! Nobody ever actually posts pictures, so since you offered, it would be awesome😍

Besides, I don't see any "subtle change" in Antonija Mandić's nose. All I notice is that her nasal bridge is way more prominent now—that's about it
Elizabeth Fox57 said:Look, it's not that I don't believe you—I just know absolutely nothing about hair stuff. I was just wondering if anyone else went through this... I know I need to chill, but seeing that massive clump of hair CONSTANTLY falling out? It's terrifying...

If it’s actually getting bad, go see a dermatologist and tell them what's happening. In the meantime, grab some hair vitamins, those Vichy ampoules, or a decent shampoo—that should help 🙂. My friend actually broke out in acne all over her face for the first time ever right after surgery. Just the body reacting to the shock.
Susan Cooper23 said:...

Yeah, I’d pick him too—though honestly, you couldn't go wrong with any of those three you mentioned. 😉
The problem is his website's gallery is basically empty—nothing to look at! How am I supposed to know if he actually knows how to handle a nose?
stormymoose792 said:I'm also wondering—has anyone actually been to see Zambelli?

Seems like only one lady here mentioned her experience with him, and even then, it wasn't that long ago. Such a bummer.😢
All I know is people go to him all the time for revisions—apparently, his boss was bragging in some interview about how she finally has a natural nose and can actually breathe after years of suffering with a tiny, pinched mess (who knows who operated on her originally?!🤣).
Easy on the hype, guys. At the end of the day, we need to see how the nose actually turns out—that’s what really matters, right?

Why isn't anyone even mentioning Zambelli?
Betty Edwards22 said:You're looking at this all wrong—your nose is unique to your face, just like the underlying structure is yours alone. Anything that tries to just "copy and paste" is headed down a bad path.

Good grief, what do you mean "copy"? You gonna call Ecija Ojdanić into the office just to measure your nose?🤣
It’s impossible to copy a nose—you know that much. A photo is just there to give the doctor a general idea of what you're after.🙂 A picture really does speak louder than words sometimes, especially when it's hard to explain exactly what you want—otherwise, you're just asking for a misunderstanding between doctor and patient.
I honestly have to say—I am obsessed with Ecija Ojdanić’s nose. You can see it every single night in Larina's picks 😁 Glumičić did an absolutely stunning job with it! I might actually start carrying her picture around just to show my surgeon exactly what I'm looking for.
...but then, of course, I get totally let down when I see the nose of that other redhead actress in the same series—they shortened it way too much and now she looks just plain weird. You probably know exactly who I mean, so I won't even bother typing her name 🙂 though, maybe that was her goal all along? 🤷
Hormonal Contraception: The Pill [General Discussion] in Women's Health ·
What’s the deal with everyone acting like they have all the answers lately? — honestly, it’s exhausting. Does anyone actually believe this nonsense? kaže:
Hey, quick question about this 7-day break—did I mess up? If I took my last pill on Sunday and started the next pack on Monday after the 7 days were up, was that right? Or should I have actually started on Sunday? 😢

Seven days of downtime—so you’re starting a new pill, huh? osmi Nice job—I assume you actually know how to count, right?😁

Anyone else dealing with vein issues since starting birth control? How are you all handling it?
Hormonal Contraception: The Pill [General Discussion] in Women's Health ·
Yeah, it totally depends on how bad the symptoms are. For certain types of hirsutism or hair loss, they won't even prescribe Diane because it’s—well, "too weak." He says acne clears up after three months, hair growth takes a year or two, and for actual hair regrowth? Way longer 😢. That’s his take, anyway. I haven't started anything yet myself—honestly, I'm just too terrified to even begin
. If only there was some kind of miracle cure for PCOS 🙂. Maybe they'll find it eventually—medicine is moving at breakneck speed—but it feels like nobody actually gives a damn about PCOS, neither here in the States nor anywhere else in the world. It just keeps getting worse and becomes a massive issue, but apparently, doctors only bother paying attention once a woman can't get pregnant. Until then? You're basically on your own 😁. I mean, I've got my pride too, so I doubt I'll be begging on my knees for a referral just to get my hormones checked and figure out what's wrong... Ugh, look at me rambling off-topic 🙂)))
Hormonal Contraception: The Pill [General Discussion] in Women's Health ·
Thanks 🙂. Anyway, regarding the hair loss—my dermatologist told me it takes about a year to see any real improvement, and two years to actually get things back to normal. That’s what he says based on his experience with patients on Diane. So yeah, still got plenty of time.
Hormonal Contraception: The Pill [General Discussion] in Women's Health ·
Sigurna, how much are you even drinking, Diane? What was it about those others that just didn't work for you? We've got similar side effects from PCOS—so yeah, I’m stalking you here on Women's Health sometimes, don't catch me 🙂
I’m still totally lost whenever you guys bring up Dr. Tončić—which one are we actually talking about here? The younger one or the older one?🤷 You know, the one seeing patients or the one doing the actual surgery? I saw some girls mentioning on this forum that the younger guy did their initial consult, but then the older one ended up performing the operation. That makes zero sense to me. Shouldn't the surgeon be the same person handling the intake?🤷
Thanks. So, are you happy with how it turned out? What exactly did he do—lift the bridge, narrow it, get rid of the hump..?
restlessjackal112, Chris Reed4—which hospital did you guys end up at for the surgery?
