So my mom finally decided to give yoga a shot. She’s been dealing with some pretty rough back and knee issues lately, but she swears it's been a total game changer... She fought me on the idea of doing this kind of exercise for the longest time, but now that she's actually started? She's obsessed.

And they’ll probably bring in some Big Brother is watching you vibe too.👎
You can't force people to act a certain way. Me heading out to the AMC Theatres wouldn't somehow diminish my respect for anyone who passed away. And honestly, the deceased wouldn't even be happy knowing I spent all day moping and praying. I don't really care about the local theaters... I don't go to them anyway.😁
yeah, I just put the account number in the field for the number, and then for the routing number, I just type in everything after the dash, like 10000000xx
This virus is absolutely ripping through everyone lately. Honestly, just go get someone to listen to your lungs... btw, I was running a fever of about 95 degrees when I was sick (coughing, chest pains, sinus issues). I was completely out of commission for three weeks!!!
I mean, the boss really crossed a line there with how he reacted... honestly, there’s a higher power watching all this stuff happen.
Anyway urbanseal6, a gastroscopy actually lets them see everything clearly, so it's really not that bad to just get it over with. I’m going full masochist on this one because I figure a little discomfort is worth it, but at my age, you can't be too careful about getting these things checked out... 😁
If these kinds of letters started hitting these addresses on a regular basis, things wouldn't just slide by unnoticed... One letter doesn't mean much, sure, but if we're seeing three a day—and honestly, there's enough material for way more than that—you could actually start making some noise.
rustymoose54 said:Wait, hold on... are you seriously telling me it’s okay for a doctor to just leave a patient mid-gastroscopy—tube still stuck in their throat—to take a private phone call for a few minutes?
If that ever happened to me, I wouldn't just sit there... I'd be writing letters to the doctor, the hospital director, the Secretary of Health, and the local news stations...
I dealt with Helicobacter issues myself and ended up getting a gastroscopy at the Mayo Clinic. It was definitely awkward... but manageable. I'm actually planning on heading back there soon for a follow-up. btw, they put me on a cocktail of antibiotics and the bacteria finally cleared out.

I actually woke up because my dog was snoring right on my shoulder... 6:00 AM this morning. I took advantage of that extra half hour before work to throw a load of laundry in and tidy up the apartment 🙂 so I don't have to deal with any of that later tonight!
dodo, I am seriously jealous of that morning orange and your Starbucks cappuccino!
I used to be one of those people who hit the pavement first thing in the morning, but I’ve switched things up lately... started doing multiple rounds throughout the day instead, which makes planning my schedule way easier at night. Honestly, the biggest headache was trying to cool down when it gets sweltering out. I found myself needing to jump in the shower two or three times just to feel human before heading into work. But hey, there's really nothing better after a run than grabbing some fruit and a good cup of coffee.🙏
My brother-in-law, my niece, and two others were all on a hypno-quit program and haven't touched a cigarette in weeks. They swear they don't even miss them. I can't quite wrap my head around how it works, but for now... it seems to be doing the trick.
I’m definitely a morning person. I get up early and I don't even feel groggy about it... even on the weekends. Honestly, I just can't stand sleeping in. I see it all the time when my friends come over—the guy is wide awake immediately, gets dressed, walks out of the room, and she? She's nowhere to be found. Then comes the whole routine where she claims she can't wake up, and I'm stuck having to coax her out of bed, talk her into getting ready... half the time we end up having a full-blown argument about it.
So, an educator at a local preschool passed away yesterday from pneumococcus... they’re saying this bacterium usually just causes sinus infections, throat issues, or pneumonia, but apparently, this was some much more severe strain. Seriously though, what is actually going on out there?
