Click on Advanced and check if any of the users have downloaded more than you. For instance, if you're at 35%... you probably need anyone who's sitting above that number.

If you have MP3s on your computer and you want to burn them to a CD in audio format, you can just use Nero (any version).

Opera / personally, I think it's better designed and cleaner

At default settings, I'm hitting 5700 on 3DMark.
