analogharbor442 As if to say: I suppose there might be some merit to this, though I can't say I'm entirely convinced just yet. Little Željka from Ohio—stop me if you think I’ve had a bit too much to drink. 😁
I suppose you're just making a joke at my expense, if that's even what's happening here. 😛
I guess I’ve had some pretty perfect sleep over the last couple of nights. Both nights, actually. And all three shows, too. 🙂 That is really all I can say, mostly because, if I'm being honest, I don't quite recall the specific details. I honestly have no idea what Lawrence is even talking about up there.
I suppose I’m just as lost as everyone else here 😁 And honestly, I can't really claim any expertise when it comes to scouting international bands, since I haven't exactly gone out of my way to discover anyone new lately 😬 l00di, that was quite a lovely post you put together, especially considering it's the very first one you've shared on this forum under your new handle. I appreciate the effort it took to set up a whole new profile! It seems you were genuinely determined to get a rise out of me, but well, maybe better luck next time. 👍
Back to the topic at hand: those local indie acts aren't really my thing, but I guess we'll see how they hold up in a live setting
Nicholas King62 said:we shouldn't forget how he bought twelve beers after the show just to hand them out to the folks he recognized in the front rows, or how he spends his time digging through my old vinyl collection and making us all listen to Deep Purple.
well, the beers... 😍 he really is quite the legend, I suppose.
I had a wonderful time yesterday as well! 👋 Those guys were truly something else. I suppose the guitarist was practically beaming like a kid on Christmas after we let his heavy metal band blast through our van. 😁
It was such a blast, a real high-energy punk show. I can't help but wonder though, why did they leave all the lights on? Oh, and that little boy his mom brought along to the gig was just the sweetest thing. <3
I suppose I should mention here that the concert was absolutely stunning 🙂 Getting older isn't exactly something I look forward to, though while watching Toody last night, I found myself thinking that I wouldn't mind turning into a beautiful old witch 🙂 I really hope they come back 👋
Jesse Sanchez60 said:Afterward, I suppose. I suppose things like this tend to happen. I suppose reviews regarding KSET might be a bit too brief for your tastes. 😲
I suppose that’s just what happens when you let a relative write the review. 😁 I suppose I find myself in agreement with driftingeagle27. 🙂
I suppose I'll be there to show my support. After all, the guys have played in Columbus twice now—and yes, they actually came back for a second show.
Raymond Barrett12, I suppose Portnoy might actually sing along with you 😁 though I’d much rather just grab some Lay's and settle in for a horror movie about mammoths from the comfort of my own home.
And yeah, I'll probably end up buying a ticket anyway.
Drew Adams58 said:just adding that my ear has started hurting like hell, and a coworker who was at the concert last night mentioned he's feeling it too. I might have to blame David from Sheffield 😁 if my trip to Mexico gets ruined because of you guys, though I suppose there will be some kind of fallout somewhere ☕
I guess my left ear bled a little after the show at the Papillon 🙂(not entirely sure how that happened)
The DFS set felt a bit aimless at first, though they really started finding their groove shortly after 🙏 Brle was his usual wonderful self behind the kit 😍
Seven were excellent. I can't quite decide if I preferred last year's show at Madison Square Garden or tonight's performance.
It seems Ante really does post just about everything he finds online😳 and honestly look at how hard they're trying, yet it's still not happening... I just wanted to mention that I'm still waiting on that concert report from Horvath😢
Dealing with those crowds was honestly pretty exhausting, but I suppose that’s just how it goes sometimes... cut Self not were actually quite wonderful and such a lovely experience. A truly great band. I guess I'm a little sorry I missed the photographers shoving their way through, though seeing them go through various stages of intoxication throughout the night was probably enough entertainment for me anyway 😁 truthfully, everyone there was pretty wasted, which made for a rather fun atmosphere.
As for the music, it felt as if time had stood still regarding that indie pop sound; it felt like a lot of my old favorites were playing yesterday, so it turned out to be quite alright. 🙂
Eric and JoJo 😍 Eric decided to play photographer, which meant everything moved "a bit" slower than planned. I suppose I should have been more accommodating to the locals 😬
We were at the venue, and there was this kid with a camera 😁 who probably watched him climbing around and straining, throwing those intense, brooding glares at anyone daring to smirk 😍
The concert was wonderful. Toody is such a lovely old witch 😍 She was at her best toward the end, when she finally let out a laugh 😍
I've been browsing through some international spaces lately—not including anyone from the North America, obviously—and I suppose even someone like a major American novelist wouldn't necessarily hit the mark. It’s just how things seem to be going. As for my plans, next time I'll probably head over there right after the concert, assuming I can manage to avoid those crowds. I'd rather not spend my night trying to drink alongside people who I suspect might not even possess a liver, or worse, people who intend to force a drink on me just to claim mine for themselves.
