The fees haven't been scrapped $1.75 😢
Paid up today..
But for the first time in five years of shipping and receiving packages, I actually saw a delivery log with signatures right next to the tracking numbers $1.75. Apparently, there's some actual record-keeping happening now! Who would have thought?
I already paid my fees a few weeks ago, so if this is actually some kind of new update... 😁 Yay!
What exactly did they scrap regarding package delivery? Those $1.75?

Thanks 🙂

I held the handset right up to my ear just as the phone rang, and the volume was loud enough to give me a sharp jolt of pressure. Now, I’m dealing with this lingering discomfort in my ear. Is it possible I actually caused some damage, or will this sensation just pass on its own? Has anyone else dealt with something like this? Thanks..
You actually need to provide billing authorization $1.75 for the delivery!!
On paper? In some yellow envelope?
That is easily the worst way to handle this. You end up covering the shipping costs upfront, and then they have to pay fees just to receive the funds being sent back to you. Why bother with all that unnecessary friction? 🙂
Exactly. You ship it as a package and request a "fragile" sticker. Just list the value $27 and you shouldn't end up paying more than $6.75..

Am I the only one who sees the absolute absurdity here? Why pay a shipping fee when the recipient still gets stuck with the delivery charge?
Sending it as a package isn't the best move; otherwise, the recipient is stuck paying extra fees $1.75 upon delivery or trekking down to the local USPS office to pick it up. Just stick to requiring a signature.
If you go with certified mail, USPS will charge you about $3.25 for both inquiries, assuming the shirt is thin or lightweight. If it’s a heavier cotton blend, just send it as a package for $5.00. You can find all the details at www.usps.com. 😁 By the way, their online calculator is actually working again..
The post office on Branimirov is open 24/7. Just head in from the side and go up; you could always send your recommended mail there too..
Look, there are plenty of reasons for this, and we’ve been over it a dozen times. Ever since I started heading down to the downtown area, it’s become a constant hassle—either I'm paying for parking or shelling out for a transit pass. It’s a massive waste of time. But more importantly? Someone already paid for home delivery to my doorstep instead of making me pick it up at the post office, and they paid full price for it! To me, that feels like a total rip-off, and I can't just sit here and take it. 🙂
Elizabeth Brown90 said:Of course you don't have to pay. $1.75 Why bother? You can just head down to the local USPS branch and pick up your package yourself. It’s simple, and you actually save some money. $1.75

It would probably be best if we just headed over to the destination ourselves and picked up the package immediately.
Well, there goes that plan. The limit is set at 300 for anything older than a vintage collection.
Just give her half the money back and you're square. Whether she was lying or not is her problem now, isn't it?
I’m pretty much split fifty-fifty on these kinds of situations. Unless the buyer explicitly stated they wanted it sent via certified mail or as a tracked package—and you somehow missed that instruction—then I’d personally issue a full refund.
What’s the protocol for handling mail and bills when people have moved and left no forwarding address or contact info behind?
