Music plays a vital role in my life, and while I consider myself quite open to various genres, there are certain things I simply cannot stand—the mindless trashy country hits, those manufactured local pop stars, and all that superficial crowd from MTV and similar outlets.
I truly love being able to share the same musical tastes with my boyfriend; there is something special about connecting over a shared passion and feeling the same way about a song...

I’ve found myself most drawn to the Murder ballads album, and honestly, most of my favorites come from there—especially Henry Lee.

A few others I really love are: let Love in, Christina The Atonishing, The Weeping, as i sat sadly by Her side , The ship song , Jack The Ripper...

I read in the paper today that Nick Cave is coming to Washington, D.C. this June to perform at the Kennedy Center...
Is that confirmed?
