You can always request a partial ban on a specific sub-forum.
If you start racking up bans there, you won't be able to escape them on the rest of the site because that constitutes a permanent ban.

As far as I’m concerned, a partial ban is fine, even though I honestly had the impression that everyone had finally calmed down and started communicating reasonably—despite those occasional flare-ups here and there. But they haven't been happening lately.

I believe I was more than fair in my proposal to resolve those ten "impossible" dilemmas posed by the users in this domain, and to reinstate the user route 99. It seems to me his status stalled at three due to sudden outbursts of vulgarity and subsequent deletions.
(To be clear, I have absolutely no personal connection to him; however, everyone insisted we were clones simply because the man possessed the intellect and honesty to stand against a crowd of subjectivists.)

And yes, darling, I am perpetually aware that smarter individuals exist—I say this constantly—yet I encounter them quite rarely. Still, I recognize them when I "see" them.

I have never once declared anyone stupid, nor do I hold such views. It is unseemly to write like that; one might start behaving foolishly if the era of polite, soft-handed decorum has vanished.
