I agree, 👍 and I also found that scene quite amusing where she just unexpectedly punches her right in the nose after being asked a question, don't you think? 😁 The film itself is decent enough, though I must admit that Ben Affleck tends to get on my nerves a little bit.🙂
It can be quite lovely to drift away in your own daydreams, isn't it, until reality delivers one of those sharp little jolts that pulls you right back down to earth? After every single one of those wake-up calls, most people find themselves spiraling into deep analysis, obsessing over every tiny detail and trying to diagnose exactly where they went wrong or where things fell apart. But perhaps it’s best to just let things be, as there is a good chance that everything will eventually settle into place on its own given enough time.
I actually caught it yesterday, and while the movie was pretty much all filler, there were a few funny jokes and situations scattered in there, I suppose. 👎
I found myself voting for The English Patient, mainly because I think it's such a magnificent film and it truly holds a special place among my all-time favorites.👍
Sean Doyle said:It’s this tiny little suction tool, maybe about an inch long, shaped somewhat like those little drain cleaners—what do you call them again? I can't quite recall the name 😳—that you press against the lens (the semi-rigid kind, right?) to gently pull it out. Back when I was wearing semi-rigid lenses, I actually used that little gadget whenever a lens would slip off my iris.
Goodness, that little suction tool honestly terrifies me. I’ve been wearing soft contacts for four years now, with a prescription of -3.50 in one eye and -3.75 in the other, but my vision has actually worsened by a full diopter in just the last year. My ophthalmologist told me that if my prescription drops again, I should probably switch to hard lenses since they supposedly don't allow the prescription to fluctuate as easily, which has left me feeling quite anxious. To be honest, seeing that little device looks absolutely dreadful to me; they seem so small and rigid, and just thinking about the possibility of having to use one gives me the chills.😱
Does anyone happen to know where I might be able to get laser engraving done here in the States? Ideally, I'd love to find a shop in Seattle if possible. Thanks! 🙂
I find them absolutely wonderful; their music is the kind of thing you can listen to on repeat without ever getting tired of it, at least for me right now 👍
It brings to mind Slash—who actually reminds me quite a bit of my dear husband—as well as Chris Martin from Coldplay, who is just such a sweetheart, don't you think?

I know there’s usually this distinction between "less than 12 hours" and "more than 12 hours," but what happens when I land right on that 12-hour mark??!!😕 Hey, is there still a chance I could end up pregnant?!
I remember missing my pill once and waiting about 12 hours before taking it, and luckily, I didn't end up pregnant.😳 Fortunately, everything turned out fine.🙏
Thanks, ladies, I just have one more quick question for you all 😘>
So, if I understand correctly, I should take my last dose on Monday instead of Tuesday, which means I’ll receive my shipment then, and subsequently start the next round on Tuesday rather than Wednesday... doesn't that sound about right? 🤔🙂
Hey everyone, I could really use some advice here.😢
Today, my pill slipped right into the lavender diffuser, and I just couldn't manage to fish it out. What should my next move be? Should I simply skip today's dose, or would it be better to just take tomorrow's pill when the time comes? I've been combing through the patient information leaflet, but I can't seem to find any specific instructions on what to do when a single dose goes missing.
If anyone could lend me a hand, I'd truly appreciate it.😢
I honestly thought the movie was wonderful; I found myself laughing along quite heartily. Isn't it just refreshing when a film isn't afraid to lean into those hilarious, unexpected blunders? 👍
Jennifer Lopez is certainly beautiful, and in my opinion, she's absolutely stunning, but does she really have any acting chops? To be honest, her singing leaves even more to be desired, yet she always seems to land roles in those silly movies that just seem to fit her perfectly, don't they? 🙄
So, I went in today to have those half-nails trimmed on both of my big toes, and honestly, it’s incredibly painful and there’s even a bit of bleeding happening right now.😢
