I had a filling fall out, and I spent the last two hours at work in such excruciating pain... I just wanted to pass out. Since I don't have a regular dentist here in New York City, I stopped by a drugstore on my way to the ER to grab something, but even that didn't touch the pain. The ER wouldn't even see me because I showed up too early, around 6 PM... they said I'd just have to wait until they could pull the tooth. So, I headed over to Brooklyn instead and walked into the first dentist's office I found. He just took care of me without asking a million questions. I ended up signing on as a patient right then, and we worked together over the next few months until everything was fixed up.
Maybe we just share the same luck, who knows... I read through your situation.

I don't dwell on it too much. If you overthink it... it won't end well. The main thing for me is just forcing myself to show up. Getting it done is the priority, because if I don't... things will only get worse.
As long as there aren't any unexpected complications—assuming the dentist knows what they're doing, which in my case, they do—handling the discomfort is pretty manageable.
Just stay hydrated and you'll be fine. You're likely just dehydrated. Drinking a few liters of water a day is the best fix, honestly... works for this issue and most others too.
Picked this one up on a DVD yesterday, among a few others. Watched a bit of it, though I didn't really know what to expect, so I just skimmed through the rest... Ended up doing a little digging online to see what it was actually about.
I watched Sunset Boulevard years ago... it wasn't bad. Given the director's style, I suppose something like that was to be expected.

Caught it at the Cinestar last night. It was good—actually decent for a change.
Only thing is, the sword fighting was a bit much for my brain... they made the sound design way too loud. My head was ringing for the rest of the evening.
Overall, though, it’s an okay movie. Definitely worth a watch.
What else can you call it but the truth? Finally, the big shots have admitted that IE just doesn't cut it anymore. Now everyone can see for themselves that there are plenty of other options out there—actually, way better ones than IE. I went ahead and grabbed Opera along with Google Chrome... honestly, I couldn't be happier. Let’s just hope they don't start pumping viruses and worms into these other browsers quite so soon...
