Noah Anderson said:Exactly! Just keep sipping those drinks up to 13 ounces. It’s all about burning those calories! No matter how much you consume, you really have to torch them all, otherwise—well, the kilaza starts creeping up. And don't forget my little tip: drinking up to 13 ounces burns just as many calories as a good round of intimacy! 👋

Oh, come on, Noah Anderson, you put mushrooms in the soup anyway! And trust me, I am definitely burning calories. Between drinking four liters of water today—and then immediately flushing most of it out, haha—and that long walk over to the 13th Street apartments, I've been plenty active. 😁 😁

Transaction for Noah Anderson. 😉 😉 .
So, anyway... does anyone happen to have a good recipe for that soup? I stumbled upon one online that uses mushrooms, but if I remember correctly, reheating mushrooms isn't exactly the healthiest move. I think I’d much rather stick to that first version we talked about. If anyone has it handy, could you please shoot me a DM or just drop the recipe right here? 😁
Exactly, Lush. I honestly feel like they shouldn't be using any harsh chemicals at all. I actually went into the store myself a while back to talk about some issues I was having. The girl working there was super helpful—she suggested two different products. I ended up buying one made with coconut and rose, and I just grabbed a little sample of the other one to test out first. My advice? Just go in, tell them exactly what’s bothering you, buy one thing, and ask for a sample of another. She'll usually give it to you! I tried a little patch test in the shower first just to see if my skin would react, and it was totally fine. Honestly, I have a hunch they don't use any nasty synthetics. Oh, and if you end up buying something, ask if they have any of their newspapers or brochures lying around; they have some great stuff in English you can read through to check the ingredients. It should be all good. Personally, my skin spots have completely cleared up since I switched. I also stopped using fabric softener when I wash my towels, which might help too.🙂
You should totally check out that little corner shop over on 72 Fifth Avenue, near Union Square. They carry some really incredible stuff. Honestly, it worked wonders for me. I used to deal with that exact same issue while showering, and now it’s completely gone. The only thing I do differently is I don't put anything in my towels except for regular detergent.
Melissa Gonzalez9 said:Well, starting out with that is a solid move. Just... hey, watch yourself so you don't totally crash mid-run, okay? If you have a juicer lying around, maybe try some fresh fruit juice—nothing with added sugar. Orange, lemon, maybe even some apple or pear... it really helps keep your energy up.
And look, if you slip up once in a while, don't be too hard on yourself. Even if you're sticking to the diet and end up grabbing a piece of chocolate, you're still eating less than you were before this whole thing started. You've got this! Good luck!!!👍 👍 👍
Melissa Gonzalez9 said:My neighbor actually dropped about 45 pounds on this diet, only to gain every single ounce right back... look, the diet works—you definitely lose weight—but the results are just short-lived because you aren't building any actual healthy eating habits. Eventually, you just drift right back to your old ways... plus, it’s honestly pretty brutal to stick to because you're basically starving yourself... after two days, even the thought of that soup makes you feel nauseous, so you stop eating it altogether, and then you end up eating nothing at all.... which leads to that moment where you just snap and binge on whatever happens to be in the pantry......
It's true. Those crash diets are so tempting because you see changes in just a day or two, but those effects don't last...
There's also this major side effect—once you've pushed your body through a few rounds of such intense, rigid eating, your metabolism starts playing defense. Your body begins storing every single calorie because it's bracing itself for the next period of starvation.... so with every new diet you try, the weight loss just gets slower and slower...
Staying on a diet isn't the hard part; anyone can choose to skip meals for a couple of weeks. What's actually difficult—and what we really need to master—is learning how to eat in moderation...
I'm with you, Melissa Gonzalez9. But honestly, I really have to stick with this since starting my jogging routine has felt so good. So, yeah, I'll have my soup and go for my run. Maybe some fruit here and there, too. That's the plan. I think I can pull it off. Once I reach my goal, I don't plan on going overboard or just eating junk and quitting my workouts entirely.
I dealt with a case of conjunctivitis that just wouldn't quit—chronic and super contagious, too. I was using the same eye drops for the whole month, but looking back, I really think I should have started rinsing my eyes with sterile saline from the drugstore once the drops were done. It takes forever for the aftermath to fade; for me, it took about three months before things felt normal again. My vision actually got a bit blurry because the inflammation spread toward my pupil, which was pretty scary. I ended up seeing Dr. Gabrica, and let me tell you, getting an appointment there can take quite a while. I used to have such sharp vision, but ever since this mess, my prescription has actually shifted down to -0.5. I even had this nagging little ache in my eye. Honestly, if I were you, I’d head straight to Dr. Gabrica’s clinic for a full checkup. Dealing with the public hospitals can be such a headache sometimes.
Did you start using the saline rinse after you finished up with the eye drops?🙄
It honestly feels like there isn't a single curvy woman in sight here. It’s just endless rows of super thin people. I can't help but feel like this place wasn't really designed with us—you know, those of us who are a little more full-figured—in mind. 😁 😁 😁
I used to go through a pack and a half every single day for five years straight. I haven't touched a cigarette in three months now and honestly, I feel pretty great. It’s funny how you don't realize how much of a fool you were being until you finally step away from it all. 😁 😁
dustycanyon6 said:Honestly, give me a break... As long as your smoke isn't blowing in my face, I really don't care. Look, if people want to mess with their own health or deal with smelling like an ashtray, that's entirely on them. Just don't go forcing it on everyone else.
I honestly believe it all comes down to a person's character. For instance, I haven't touched a single cigarette in three months now—phew, typing that out actually feels pretty great. That first week is always the absolute worst part, though. You just have to stay disciplined and keep pushing through, and everything will eventually fall into place. 👍
beyond the window of a restless sleep I can feel their shadows lurking watching them dance right through the walls sons of bitches shut your trap, you aren't worth the breath spit out all that bitterness once and for all their people stationed at the strategic hubs sons of bitches blood dolls without a single thought in their heads highway killers bad night, fleeing the city they're coming sons of bitches I've wandered far, right to the edge of the map the ocean was taking its toll from the sky on the other side, signs of the storm I saw how they beach in the dark a cold night before the big events unfold I don't want to remember anymore they always knew exactly where to find me sons of bitches
I think I’ll just head over to my dermatologist instead; honestly, that feels like the safest bet for me. I’m a bit nervous about just trying things on my own, you know? I really don't want to end up making things even worse than they already are.👋
Ashley Rogers2 said:So, shall we pivot to politics?😁 Alright, I'll try to keep this brief... I actually agree with how the government handles veterans; I have so much gratitude and respect for those folks. I also agree with the current political stance regarding Canada. My own family moved to Washington, D.C. from the Midwest about 25 years ago, and I just don't get the logic. If Americans fighting in Canada is labeled aggression, why is it that when my uncles moved here after the Midwest was occupied and fought in America, nobody even mentions it? Now you're all going to come for me—but honestly, I think Hebrang knows exactly what he's doing. He isn't some wuss who flips his stance every time a newspaper headline pops up (just my two cents, please don't bite my head off!). Sanader is a seasoned politician, quite the character compared to Račan, and he can even speak foreign languages (look at him go!). What bothered me most about the previous crowd was how uncomfortable they made people feel just for identifying as American (or even if you were from somewhere else, you're still an American citizen, right?). Anyway, if I start getting into the economic and financial sectors, we'll be here forever... this is just what matters most to me.
Sorry, but I have to say this 😁
I haven't read anything more nonsensical than this. (No offense intended) 😁
