Edward Green said:Oh please, I used to have all of that—literally in piles—and look at me now! 🙂
Alright, maybe I’m not exactly the gold standard here 🤣
Honey, how many times did you fail that test before we actually realized? 😉
😬
Edward Green said:And hey, maybe you’ve got some kind of hormonal imbalance going on—which, let’s be real, you probably do since you mentioned untreated PCOS. Your gums could be bleeding from inflammation. You might be exhausted because your blood pressure is low, or maybe you're anemic. Or it's just because fall is here. Or stress. That can trigger digestive issues, too. And headaches. And a weakened immune system.
Give me a break, Edward—we were just trying to
lightly spook her, not give her a three-week death sentence. 😁
Eric Robinson81 said:Look, the whole deal here is that if someone doesn't want to be in the military—which, honestly, I get—it’s not actually in their interest to overcome their phobia. It's quite the opposite; they're basically trying to ramp up the anxiety just to ensure they fail the physical and dodge recruitment altogether.
Ali, we still haven't seen anyone back this up with an actual legal statute to prove whether he's legally allowed to refuse that specific psychological testing, or what the fallout might be if he does.
Jamie Clark74, come on out of the shadows and pull that specific regulation out of your sleeve for us.😘
Hannah Watson85 said:.. I've got an appointment scheduled for Thursday, so we'll see what my body actually has to say about all this.
Alright, let's hold our breath and wait for those results—keep us posted.
cosmiccyclist412 said:Alright, I see nobody is taking this seriously.
Look, honey—it's all laid out for you right here: .
And by the way—we aren't "targeting" the people who jump in with two or three posts claiming they’re pregnant after running thirty different tests—it’s not personal. It’s just that we’re all exhausted from hearing the same thing over and over again.
Richard Smith31 said:By the way, my dog went through those exact same symptoms when she had a false pregnancy.
I totally forgot to mention—my dog was just as 😳 except, on top of all that, she started hoarding every single toy onto her bed, obsessively nesting like she was preparing for a massive arrival 🤣
It sounds like you might have a little pup with a false pregnancy on your hands 🧐
Serpent said:Whether you're actually pregnant—well, that’s a secret known only to God and your OB-GYN. 🙂
So, am I once again looking at prime material for my next big "God" complex moment? 😬 🤣
darkranger69 said:Suggestion—we could just rename this thread "SOMEONE CALL THE NATIONAL GUARD!!!!!!"
😂 oh yeah, how could anyone possibly forget 🤣
Kenneth White6 said:Auuuu, man, that's just brutal... 😢 It’s honestly wild how some people have zero empathy for what others are going through... Like the guy below—I mean, does he even know how to read?
I forgot to mention that back when I actually had my wits about me, I told her that if someone is afraid of spiders or heights, there’s an actual medical term for that—and by the way, you can get help through your insurance or social services. But when someone is terrified of needles or breaking their skin, they're basically just making things up. 🙄
Anyway, I forgot to tell you how that whole ordeal went down... Back in the mid-nineties, I was getting blood drawn—can't even remember why at this point—and the nurse just flooded me with a full vial of my own blood... it was a total nightmare. That image stuck with me so badly that I still get nauseous thinking about it; I'm practically tearing up just remembering it now. Ever since then, I've had a massive phobia of anything involving needles.👎
🙂
Look, those pills are just pure hormones—and if you haven't had a period in five months, it’s pretty obvious your body is dealing with a massive hormonal imbalance right now.
Whatever you do, don't just go out and start popping pills without talking to a doctor first; just stick to condoms for now. 👍
Kenneth White6, I totally get you—I have that exact same phobia. Luckily, being a woman, I don't have to deal with that hideous prelude, but since April, I’ve been stuck in this loop of searching for everything from pregnancy stuff to hospital stays. They were probably drawing my blood twice a month, and honestly, nothing made it easier. I had a massive motivation, though—I wanted to get pregnant, so I knew I HAD to go through these tests. As for how I dealt with the fear? Don't even ask!!! In the beginning, I lucked out and ran into some nurses who were absolutely wonderful and deserve a medal; they made the whole terrifying experience actually bearable. But then, I ended up at the Petrov 😠
There's this one absolutely atrocious woman working there who basically wiped me out—seriously, she was so rude and unprofessional. So, I walk in, sit down, and politely ask if I can lie back because I have this massive phobia, and I start shaking uncontrollably... I'm telling you, the needle thing is a real struggle for me.
First off: she rolls her eyes at me,
Second: she just says "ugh, fine" (truly a masterclass in vocabulary right there)
Third: she snaps at me because she can't find a vein in my right arm
Fourth: she tells me to "turn around" (excuse me, are we sheep grazing in a field? Is that how we talk to people?)
Fifth: I'm already tearing up and trying desperately to stop my trembling just to keep it together
Sixth: she had to take 2-3 tubes, so she practically shook the first one right in front of my face, just to make sure I felt the full brunt of her incompetence
Seventh: she held the needle in her hand for way too long, almost like she forgot how to use it or something while she figured herself out
All I can say is: just pray you find medical staff that are actually decent and polite—people who will show some empathy and try to make a stressful situation a little easier for you. Good luck, and please, let me know how it goes 👍
A coworker of mine went through something similar—she tried to just brush it off at first, but once things really hit the fan, she ended up at the doctor and got slapped with some diagnosis like "herpes ophthalmicus" or something along those lines
Mary D. said:He seems perfectly content snoring his way through the entire night—so I guess I’ll just sit here and take it.😠
Ugh, the snoring. Seriously. 😕 Once he’s had a few drinks, everyone just clears out of the room—it’s like an emergency evacuation because nobody can stand listening to him anymore. 🙄 My absolute favorite part of the night? Letting him snore so loud and so aggressively that he basically wets himself in his sleep. 🤣
So, I’ve had this happen maybe two or three times now during my pregnancy—I’ll be snoring away, and he just notices. Then, the very next morning, he’s sure to point it out, like, "Hey, you were snoring last night." Honestly? It doesn't seem to bother him that much, though. 🙄
Kate Garcia2 said:Well, I’m certainly not going to go through the trouble of getting a divorce just over garlic🤣
(honestly, I might actually *want* one if my husband wouldn't let me eat garlic whenever I wanted 😁 🤣 )
But that other suggestion... hmm... now that sounds tempting 😁
People have split up over much pettier stuff—but hey, if you're planning on making a move, you better do it while you've still got that baby bump to make you look more "serious." It's all about that demonstration of vital life force and all that 🤣
Kate Garcia2 said:I absolutely adore him. My husband can't even wrap his head around it. Honestly, I haven't had a decent garlic clove since our wedding day 😢
Well then—get a divorce and go enjoy all that garlic, or just come over to my place for a few days and we'll feast together 🙂
Dora said:So, we'll be making plenty of stuffed pastries for Christmas 😬 😍
Well, obviously—you guys always end up having those massive get-togethers anyway 😍 just don't forget to string up a ton of fairy lights; kids absolutely lose their minds over that stuff 👍
Benjamin Nelson8 said:🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 I'm feeling the exact same way about this. 😍
At this rate, we're looking at a full-blown epidemic 😲—which is funny, considering some people actually call the 😬CDC
what it is.
Katherine said:First, you’re going to have to walk me through what a ticker actually is.😕
Personally, I’d trust my OB-GYN more than this, but if I had to guess—and I’m just shooting in the dark here—we're looking at somewhere around week three.
All our tickers are listed right here—and check below for Desire's breakdown on how to get them all set up.😉
By the way, I still don't see your ticker symbol listed here 😉
So, how far along are you now?
