The worst thing imaginable—what if the baby was still alive? (I’m currently 4 months pregnant)
You haven't even given birth yet?? You've still got 3 months to go... You haven't put on much weight either..
Is it a boy or a girl? — It's a boy.. Oh, a girl would have been better, wouldn't she? Hopefully the third one is a girl.. Good grief, people are crazy🙂
Lady's Mantle 🙏really makes a difference; it won't knock out pain like Advil, but it definitely helps!!!
"It tightens and tones the tissue, making it an excellent astringent and tonic.
It aids in reducing water retention, strengthens the heart muscle, and treats inflammation and ulcers—even neglected ones. For both children and adults experiencing muscle weakness or lethargy in the limbs, it serves as a subtle yet beneficial remedy; it's safe to use and should be taken for at least a year. Lady's Mantle is incredibly medicinal and recommended for various conditions, including many women's health issues: menopause symptoms, menstrual irregularities, abnormal discharge, abdominal pain, postpartum recovery, abdominal sagging after difficult births, uterine prolapse, and pelvic hernias. It strengthens the uterine wall to help prevent miscarriage, heals chronic ulcers, infected wounds, stings, cuts, and sepsis resulting from injuries. It also helps with epilepsy, builds muscle strength in children, stabilizes blood sugar levels, and supports vascular health;
it treats respiratory inflammation, stops bleeding gums following dental work, and eases pains from gout and rheumatism, etc.
Recent scientific studies have shown that certain compounds in Lady's Mantle can even inhibit the growth of Staphylococcus—bacteria that have become resistant to many common antibiotics. Researchers in Japan have even discovered that a compound found in the plant, agrimonin, can help combat breast cancer!
Lady's Mantle also boosts overall health by addressing anemia. Most importantly, it regulates excessive secretions, relieves painful menstruation, and can assist in facilitating childbirth. It helps with both menopausal transitions and puberty (for the latter, a blend of Lady's Mantle and Yarrow in a 1:1 ratio is suggested). However, those suffering from gallbladder issues or gastrointestinal problems should avoid it.
In children, Lady's Mantle can stop diarrhea without any unpleasant side effects.
For women facing difficult labors, it addresses uterine weakness and acts as a safeguard against miscarriage. It would be ideal for expectant mothers to drink this herbal tea starting from their third month of pregnancy. When combined with Shepherd's Purse (Capsella bursa-pastoris), Lady's Mantle becomes a universal remedy for various female ailments, including uterine prolapse.
Experts suggest that "two-thirds of gynecological surgeries could be avoided if patients took Lady's Mantle consistently over time; it treats many lower-body ailments, inflammations, ulcers, and even aids in bone healing.
Every woman should consider drinking Lady's Mantle tea postpartum. Topically, when crushed into a poultice, this plant treats wounds, stings, and cuts... it also strengthens children who may have weak musculature despite a good diet."
Lady's Mantle is also great for weight management; just 2-3 cups a day can help maintain a slim figure."

If you're on birth control, it might be a good idea to have your liver checked once in a while just to be safe... I make sure to go for an annual checkup myself...
Well, there are actually some effective remedies out there—if you wrap boiled barley in gauze and apply it as a compress around your neck, it can really help a sore throat (according to that book, Health from Walgreens)
Acyclovir or Herplex. Both have worked 👍

Check your DMs; I sent over some info on a herbal tea from a local wellness brand that works wonders for digestion and stomach issues. It’s great for cleansing the system and boosting overall health, too... I've been drinking it after lunch to help manage my gastritis, and it really makes a difference. I actually heard about it through a recommendation from a woman on a popular lifestyle podcast who said she can't live without it!
-Stick to drinking plenty of water and some uva ursi tea (though if you go with the tea, skip all the juices and just stick to plain water).
-Make sure you take some Vitamin C, or even higher doses! That's non-negotiable... You can find cranberry juice at CVS; it’s great, but don't overdo it or you'll end up with an upset stomach.
-You could also pick up some urological tea (it’s actually a bit easier to drink than the uva ursi kind).
Anyone on birth control shouldn't see more than an 8 or 9 pound weight gain; otherwise, it’s a sign they aren't working right and you need to switch to something else. The same rule applies to any other side effects getting worse too...
Don't go using those heavy-duty contraceptives; you'll only end up hurting yourselves... especially if you aren't being careful and you smoke or drink... I know a few women who took Diane-35 and completely ruined their health...
They really are the best... Logest🙂 I've been taking them for a year now. They don't have any side effects and they're easy to take, yet they still help manage the pain...Triginal It’s absolutely miserable. You’re constantly dealing with nausea and those first few days of muscle cramps, plus daily bleeding and vomiting that just leaves you feeling hopeless! I Yasmin think they aren't too bad though...
