The wings were killer and the beer was Stella😉 I’ve been training my Americans to actually appreciate a decent European brew. As for the game? Honestly, kind of a letdown, and halftime was a total snooze fest—plus those commercials were just straight-up garbage. At least the company was good 👍
Here we go, I’m honestly just counting down the minutes until that commercial break and the concert starts in about half an hour😁😁 but anyway, the crew is finally getting together and the game is kicking off right now😉
Just write it out, man. Seriously, I don't have the time to go through the hassle of downloading RealPlayer right now. Between dealing with a screaming little baby at home, I barely have a second to breathe, let alone mess around with software installations.😉
I’m just sitting here hoping someone actually gives a damn about us too, you know? I mean the people who can't even look at this mess right now, which—unfortunately—is me. So, come on, get typing😉
Order online😉 We’re throwing a whole party at our place today, just doing the usual thing—making a massive batch of chicken wings, cracking open some beers, and letting the good times roll. A group of us are heading over later to watch the Super Bowl, and we even have some betting pools going, though honestly, I have absolutely no clue how I placed my bets; I just scribbled down some numbers someone gave me and now we'll just have to see what happens. My husband handles all that logistics stuff for me, he's the one who coordinates everything. As for who's actually playing, I haven't really been following the season, but let's be real, I’m mostly just tuning in to see the commercials😁😁. There’s always a chance some celebrity does something wild in an ad and makes it worth watching. What day is it again? I’m catching some handball first, and then it's straight to the party to celebrate our gold medalists🙂 and Lindsey Vonn😁 .
Honestly, I’m always on some kind of vitamin regimen, so it’s just become my baseline—I can’t even remember the last time I went without taking something, maybe years ago? Even if it's just a basic multivitamin packed with Vitamin C or some other supplement on the side. Especially when you're dealing with the massive stress of pregnancy or breastfeeding; once that exhaustion hits later on, everything just feels depleted, so I figure it's just common sense to supplement. Plus, let’s be real, our food nowadays isn't exactly a nutritional powerhouse anymore since everything feels so processed and artificial, so we basically have to grab those vitamins from somewhere else.
I mean, sure, they’ve got all those vitamins specifically for nursing moms over there, but honestly? I’m just going to stick with the prenatal vitamins I’ve already been taking.
Look, I’ve spent years fighting through infertility battles, and honestly, I’ve met so many people going through the exact same thing. But even all that experience doesn't change the fact that you can't force people to take action if they aren't mentally ready to deal with it. Sure, obviously starting earlier is better, but we live in an era where plenty of people just wait until much later to actually do something about it. And what do you want me to do, go around lecturing them and telling them they're doomed because they're "too old"? That's nonsense. My ex was dealing with fertility issues way before he even hit his 30s, and I’ve met countless people in their early 20s who are already struggling with these same hurdles, so there really is no set rule here. It really just comes down to how much time you have left to try different medical interventions and see what works.
Ashley Watson, look, there is absolutely nothing else you can do besides keeping an eye on your own body. I mean, seriously, if your period is coming in on time, you’re ovulating—which you can easily verify with your OBGYN—and you're staying on top of your hormones while keeping yourself in decent shape, you know, not letting yourself go and actually working out, then you're doing your part. Just make sure you're getting those regular Pap smears and being smart enough to avoid any STIs. If you have a guy in the picture, all you can really do for him is send him off for a semen analysis and call it a day for preventative care. Beyond that, everything else is just down to luck and whatever life throws at you.😉
Look, Jamie Clark74, you seriously have zero chill. What, is every woman supposed to just hang herself the second she hits thirty if she hasn't found someone to raise kids with yet? Seriously? BTW, my ex was dealing with fertility issues way before he even hit thirty 😉, whereas I got pregnant with my husband at 31 on the very first try, no sweat at all. My mom actually had two kids out of wedlock right after me, also in her mid-twenties, and they couldn't have any more children after that. There aren't any universal rules here, so if you think you need to go around bashing these women, just go tell your "wisdom" to someone else. 🙄 There is a massive difference between getting pregnant in your thirties versus waiting until you're over forty 😉. You know how it is out there—in the States, the pressure is intense, but honestly, it’s mostly just because people are being judgmental and old-fashioned, not because of any actual medical reality.
Look, ladies, quit talking nonsense. I’m currently in my first pregnancy and I’ll be hitting 32 this February. In my social circle, I’m actually one of the younger moms. But that’s because we live in America; here, things have shifted, whereas if I were back home, people would still be stuck in that primitive mindset about women being "old" if they don't jump into motherhood immediately. Times have changed drastically—women are having kids much later on average now and there aren't any issues with it. Nobody treats me like some "old first-timer," though if I were in that other place, I’d definitely be singled out with all sorts of weird expectations. I’m nearing the end of my pregnancy now and honestly, I haven't had a single health issue; I'm still staying active every single day, swimming, hiking, riding my scooter, and I even went skiing right up until the end of the season when I was three months along. It really just comes down to your mindset. The human body is capable of way more than we give it credit for.👍And honestly, if I felt like it, I’d still have plenty of time to pop out five more kids.
Jamie Clark74, look, what you're talking about has absolutely nothing to do with stormylynx14's situation, so maybe try being a little more positive for once. It’s incredibly difficult for us here to find anything decent for the elderly, and honestly, you can't even compare our reality to how things work abroad. What am I supposed to write—some depressing story about where a guy's grandfather and grandmother ended up just to make everyone in America feel miserable?🙄I mean, if I had the choice, I’d live in one of those communities tomorrow; damn, they have everything there and the care is just incredible, but people work their entire lives to afford that kind of lifestyle, and right now we're talking a hefty $3,000 to $4,000 a month. Thank God I can actually swing that cost. This is a very specific issue stormylynx14 is dealing with, and I truly believe he's going through a rough time. That small town in Ohio is a total disaster, and honestly, you're better off not even setting foot there unless you absolutely have to. There are plenty of private facilities and much better places all over the US where seniors can move into, and while it's still nowhere near the standards we see here in the States, compared to what was available until recently, there are actually a lot more options now.
Look, the bottom line is you just have to get the ball rolling first, because once there's momentum, people will naturally find their way to join in. There are plenty of clubs scattered all over Canada, Canada, and the surrounding regions ready to go. If they actually manage to build something substantial here, I guarantee you other groups will start trying to jump on the bandwagon too. It’s an incredibly attractive sport, plain and simple.👍
Lawrence Peterson82, man, this whole throwing the ball thing is driving me absolutely crazy. It’s a completely different technique altogether, and my husband just won't get off his butt and actually teach me how to throw with any kind of decent form. I mean, I can get it airborne, sure, but my accuracy is honestly pretty pathetic right now. As for the dinnerware situation, we'll figure that out eventually, I mean, we're all friends here, right? 😁😁 So, what are you guys paying for it anyway? 😉😁 He was a QB, see, and when he really lets it rip, that ball flies like a bullet—dead on target, too. He actually went through some pro tryouts back in the day, but he decided to go the intellectual route instead, haha. So now, it's up to me to be the one chasing down footballs in the backyard during family gatherings. 😎
Man, if we ever move back to New York City, I’ll definitely send my husband your way to coach you guys. So, what’s the name of your squad anyway? Maybe when we head out for our summer vacation, we'll swing by and catch one of your games. He actually played college ball alongside that one star quarterback—you know the one—haha. These days he’s busy coaching high school kids in our neck of the woods and playing pickup games here and there. Over in the European Union, there are tons of teams that get sponsored by major US teams, and they’re always sending players over for training camps or tryouts, you know? It’s actually pretty common; sometimes you even see highlights from European leagues being shown right here in the United States. I honestly think it’s a great sport, and if we had a son, he’d probably be all over it, but since we have a daughter, she’s going to be more into tennis, haha.
Look, you’ve always got to give yourself a good cleaning after using the bathroom, whether that’s a thorough wash or just grabbing some baby wipes😉—you know, the ones with aloe. But more importantly, and I mean this is huge, you have to stay regular. You need to be hitting the restroom every single day without fail; constipation and hard stools are the absolute enemy here. Load up on flaxseeds, dried prunes, and just tons of fruits and veggies. And honestly, when people claim students are particularly prone to these issues, it isn't some mystery; it’s just because their lifestyles are a total wreck. Between the constant rushing around, eating nothing but junk, staying out late every night, and just generally neglecting basic hygiene... it's no wonder they struggle.
